We loved the design of the hotel, the size of the rooms, that restaurant on the ground floor. Although lifts are available, we also enjoyed taking the stairs to our room due to the open design.

Small matter and nothing the hotel can do about it but feels like it is quite a long loop to get to the hotel if we are coming from the out of town direction as there are no direct turns/junctions to the hotel. From town, no problem, 5 mins and you're there.

Hotel very clean and super comfortable beds! Clean and lovely bathroom and nice shower. Location not in centre of town but only a short cab ride away so no problem. I like the deco of the hotel.

I tried to contact the hotel to tell them that I will be arriving at about 2am in the morning. I have to try up to 4 times through booking.com, email and messaging before I get a reply.

we came late at midnight, and the parking was full. there were no clear signs or label as to where we can park. At first we were told that we can park at what i would describe abandoned house area which i wasnt really comfortable with. However on a positive note, the security guy was really helpful in finding us a parking spot. no nearby shop or to buy food

I like the smell of the hotel from the entrance until at our room. The smell of Monocolo that will be remembered. Place is very clean, the staff is nice, got car park also. Place not to busy, u can easily going out and in without jam. The hotel of the design also pretty. I'll be come here again next time for sure!

The interior design of the property is very aesthetically pleasing. Service is good and the room is relatively clean (except for specks of dust here and there especially on the wall). It helps that there is a cafe located in the hotel. And yes, the food served is very nice!

The ambience is nice. Hotel is clean. Parking is easy. This hotel is a new hotel, so everything seems perfect. The bed is so comfortable. I got free upgrade. The staff also very polite and helpful.

No food you can get around walking distance. But this hotel got cafe. Noted that the cafe closed at 10 or 11

Staff is very friendly, left my AirPods in the room but they managed to found and kept for me. Also helped us to upgrade our rooms to a better one. Overall condition of the room is great and comfortable.

Although the room number were next to each other but it was physically quite far apart.

The shower was wonderful. Helpful staff and great service. Beautiful lobby.

The parking was too open and lacking in security. There was no convenience store nearby just in case you need to buy some basic necessities.

Good location, near town and there is shop nearby. cleanliness is excellent. value for money and friendly staff.

There is some sound when it getting dark especially at midnight. Every time book on Booking.com always given the last room.

A BIT FAR AWAY FROM TOWN BUT CAN GET GRAB EASILY .
