For muslim people, the area to pray inside room is kinda small and limited.

Self checkin and checkout was smooth with clear instructions. Pantry is very good, have fridge to store our bought frozen keropok. The room is clean, bed comfy, bathroom clean, strong water pressure. Overall very pleasant

Every journey to/fro car & hotel, there will be a group of dogs around the porch area and street. Room lack of place to hang clothes (need somewhere to hang ironed clothes, towels, etc.). Bathroom drains slow, it makes bathroom floor puddle up during shower, kindly check

The windowless room is clean and modern. Spacious with desk, side tables and wall hanger for clothes. A night light by the bedside will be helpful. Bathroom is modern and clean. Room 102 had a faulty shower head so that can be checked by the owner. Location is good, we walked to Chinatown, to the bus terminal and by the river which had a nightly food and clothes market.

Nothing. The parking situation had to be managed, which was a simple system of leaving your number on the dashboard if you had to park in front of someone.

Check in was excellent. To Be recommended Room was clean and tidy. Showering excellent

The only comments were the bedding and towels were worn and new bedding is needed. The facilities such as kitchen was poor as there were no coffee or tea making facilities. I had stayed here before and I was aware the high standards which are slipping slightly. Location was great.

Compact room with no window but does not feel claustrophobic. Well organised and equiped with the amenities needed by a solp traveler. I could see the room being small for two but it was perfect for me. It is located in an excellent area with lots of choices for food! Great communication with the host.

There is no luggage storage so be mindful of that when booking. Thankfully, the host helped me find a solution but it is certainly a fact to take into account!

The room is very clean and cozy! Love it so much. Third time staying here and always been great. First time taking the two-single-beds room. Of course it’s a tad smaller than the one with queen-sized bed but still very comfortable. Shampoo & shower gel, towels are provided. Bed is so comfyy. The pillows too. The aircond works as good. One of the best properties to stay in Kuala Terengganu. Much better than some of the big name hotels in the city

This place is literally amazing. The check in procedure is very fast and easy. The place itself is simple and very clean. The location is amazing, close to the bus terminal, most important places in KT, many restaurants, and Masjid Abidin as well.

Nothing, there was nothing negative about the place.

the little pantry is comfy and stoked with necessities. very very affordable that comes with a great room. would probably repeat booking in the future. it is in the middle of the city and walking distance to the paya bunga square, the bus station, the cinema etc easy to find place to eat.

probably the issue with the a/c. just a little issue for me, that the a/c seems to be less cold(?) eventhough it was set at 18 degree because i was sweating through the whole night and couldn’t sleep properly. other than that, my experience was very good!
