1. Location is good easy to go Airport/City 2. The room is comfy beyond my expectation with price I paid for 3. Easy access even without reception counter, but staff give instruction and password in whatsapp which is more easier

Check in was excellent. To Be recommended Room was clean and tidy. Showering excellent

The only comments were the bedding and towels were worn and new bedding is needed. The facilities such as kitchen was poor as there were no coffee or tea making facilities. I had stayed here before and I was aware the high standards which are slipping slightly. Location was great.

the little pantry is comfy and stoked with necessities. very very affordable that comes with a great room. would probably repeat booking in the future. it is in the middle of the city and walking distance to the paya bunga square, the bus station, the cinema etc easy to find place to eat.

probably the issue with the a/c. just a little issue for me, that the a/c seems to be less cold(?) eventhough it was set at 18 degree because i was sweating through the whole night and couldn’t sleep properly. other than that, my experience was very good!

The room is very clean and cozy! Love it so much. Third time staying here and always been great. First time taking the two-single-beds room. Of course it’s a tad smaller than the one with queen-sized bed but still very comfortable. Shampoo & shower gel, towels are provided. Bed is so comfyy. The pillows too. The aircond works as good. One of the best properties to stay in Kuala Terengganu. Much better than some of the big name hotels in the city

Value for money. Self check in system where the owner will send details via whatsapp, instructions were clear. Room is clean and doesnt smell. However its small but good enough if you are there just to shower, rest and sleep. Good and strong water in the shower. No cupboard to store clothes. Has a common pantry with shared refrigerator, and the included free flow pod-using coffee machine is a plus! Note that there are only stairs up to the rooms so not suitable for elders/disabled. Will I book again next time? Yes.

Everything...the theme for the room is industrial setting...very clean and chic..many plugs and very clean bathroom...easy check in and free arissto coffee at level 1...easy pay with t&go if u want to buy snack...mosquito repelent is on 24/7...the area is secured with alarm system...

Shared iron board...and some guests take the iron boarf and bring it inside to be used...some guest are noisy and nobody was incharged to quiet them down...only 1 refrigerator and shared with others...

Really love the whole interior and room. really clean, comfortable, the toilet is really clean & quite big for twin room. just nice for 1 night stay. for introvert person like me, self checkin & checkout concept was really brilliant! will repeat staying at this room again soon! the location is strategic easy to find restaurants @ mini market. parking just nice, have basic necessities. overall, love staying here!

Self-check in was really convenient. The place is clean & well equipped with water dispenser, coffee machine, even hair dryer in the room. The hotel is right smack in the middle of town with ample parking around the area & is within walking distance from eateries. This is now my new place to stay if I am ever in KT again.

Just the stairs lol. If you are bringing old or disabled people then it is tough to climb the stairs.

Needed a night between transferring to islands. Easy self check in , no staff on hand at all. Room clean and bed comfortable. Just grab a taxi as in back street . would definitely stay again.

Toilet could be a little cleaner and shower / toilet all one unit so extra thick floor towel would of been nice as can get slippery
