I love the spacious family room with the Balcony Near to places to 7eleven, pharmacies and others like bakery The room suited for family with baby and children especially the room I stayed in I like the smooth check in . Staff can use a little smile but all and all it’s a transactional not something I can say friendly

Parking for someone with stroller and baby is little far u need to drop them first and then only park your car Although some of the edge is dusty but all and all it’s good

Location great - walking distance to Dataran Pahlawan and Mahkota Parade Parking - easy and available Comfort - hotel and room facilites looks luxurious but affordable price.

Parking - parking is big and many spaces but receptionist only able to give 1 parking slot for 1 room which for me not convenient because the parking slot will never full, trust me. Management should check on this issue. View - the view for room 119 so not great. i barely see nothing except "jejantas" and eco tree hotel building. Wifi - very slow. luckily my fone internet much much faster

. I have stay for a 1 nights . Stepping through the hotel very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who go Melaka. Will be back to this place soon..!!! Date of stay: November 2022

Great location. Can easily walk to A'Famosa, the Melaka Sultanate Palace, Independence Monument, St Paul's Hill and if you know the shortcut, you can easily walk to the Maritime Museum and Melaka River area

Despite seeing the hotel on Booking.com earlier, I didn't book it coz I thought it was located in a shopping mall, based on the photo. As the booked hotel rejected my booking due to staff suffering from covid-19, I changed to this hotel and was pleasantly surprised with its positive attributes, esp the drinking water dispenser on the corridor.

The hotel was clean and reasonably priced,a lot of eateries nearby.

The water heater was steaming hot and the faucet controls were not calibrated well,just a little shift caused excessive heat,lack safety.Toilet bowl had a hairline crack,could break ....

The staff were super accommodating. I had accidentally booked the wrong day and came in a day after the date I originally booked and they allowed me to change my booking date and check in without a hitch. Super happy about that.

One of the lights in my bathroom wasnt working and it made it look slightly dingy but otherwise it was fully functional

I liked the location, friendly staff and value for money pricing. The bed was comfortable and the rain showed was super! Will certainly go again on my next trip to Malacca. Not to forget, close free parking is provided.

The coffee provided sucks! Promote some local coffee-lah. :-) Nothing else to complain.

I love the location. It's very near to all the hotspots. The front desk uncle was also very helpful. Worth for money. There is also a multistorey carpark behind this hotel.

Parking is not at hotel area....it's shared carpark with public even though we get free parking coupon from the hotel...

There's a few of coway water filter around the hotel, large room suitable for family. less traffic area. parking space available.

There are not many restaurants in the hotel area
