Excellent location with a lot of restaurants nearby. Note that some don't serve alcohol and all don't serve pork. The room was fabulous with clean sheets, comfy mattress and pillows. Sockets on both sides of the bed BUT all UK plugs so bring an adaptor. Shower pressure is absolutely fantastic with hot water available. Tiny toiletries are available with slippers. The towels were thin and somewhats grey. There are 2 laundromats within walking distance and note you don't need to purchase detergent as it's already included. There was a hair dryer in the bedroom. I didn't see an iron though I have no doubt it would have been provided on request. Balcony included I presume for smokers with 2 chairs and a table to enjoy an evening drink. It's not a massive sea view as there's a lot of trees in the way but you do see a fair bit of ocean. Most restaurants seemed open a little past midnight.

The electronic key kept malfunctioning which was a pain as we kept having to go down to fix it. You need the key for the elevator.

The location is good and rental car could have free parking nearby. The place is clean, opposite is a mall although not big and with limited shops but it is good enough. Tour agents are available nearby, the beach is just in front so it is very convenient to get there to watch the fire watch during night time. Night market is within walking distance as well.

One of the rooms air-con is not so good but the hotel is very responsive to mitigate which is a good thing. The corridors are without air-con, hotel does not have its own restaurant for breakfast but it is still fine as there are a few breakfast places nearby due to its good location.

Great location right across from Pantai Cenang Beach and near a ton of shops, restaurants, and tour operators. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a lovely balcony with a beach view. Despite some shortcomings, I still highly recommend the hotel.

The room felt a bit dated, and towels weren’t provided at check-in — we had to request them twice. The Wi-Fi was unreliable and down for an entire morning, with no clear update from the receptionist. On the bright side, the receptionist was helpful in arranging a Grab.

Walking distance to the mall, shopping outlet and located beside dataran chenang where a lots of entertainment show held at night like dancing robot and fire show at the beach.the chenang beach was very beautiful with soft n clean white sand.beautiful sun set at the horizon.

Even its facing the beach but i cant enjoy view of the beauty beach n sun set from the balcony bcuz a lots of big trees cover the view of the beautiful beach.. No breakfast in the hotel provided and it quit difficult to find breakfast early in the morning.

Ideal location just in front of Cenang Beach. You can view the beach from a balcony. Good service and host. Though we stay for one night only. There is a busy market where you get anything. Multiple shops that provide water sports services and bike renting.

They have a fixed time to check out. The room was very small, and so was the bathroom. The TV was not working, only displaying the countdown time of the stay. The beach view was blocked by the trees. Breakfast is not up to the standard as compared to the price.

Probably the best place to stay (in terms of location) in Cenang. Right at the beach "entrance", opposite of Cenang Mall (which actually isn't that important, the main street is full of different shops like 7/11 anyway). Our room was probably the best on the 2nd floor! Great sea view, balcony large enough. Btw, the beach right next to the hotel is the best in Cenang, definitely not the Pantai Tengah that is quite hard to access quickly. Although there are almost no people, the sand is not that fine and white over there.

The worst and probably the only bad thing during our whole stay there was the "live Transformers an a gorilla" performance making really huge noise by playing extremely loud music and noises outside the hotel every evening from 6 pm until late evening...midnight? So, if you are used to go to bed early, definitely avoid this hotel. Even closing the windows/door and having ear plugs won't help you turn off that noise.

Spent my birthday in the lovely Langkawi island. We chose Cenang Plaza Beach hotel due to its proximity to the beach and restaurants. Before booking, we checked it out at Google Maps and knew it was what we were looking for! The service was exceptional. They accommodated us for an earlier check-in and left a little birthday present which was very much appreciated! The room is large enough, with a balcony facing the main road. Room is clean and you can request it to be cleaned daily. The receptionist was very professional and met us with a smile. The service and the quality of the room is at par with other 5 star hotels we checked in the past It is facing the mall and a stone's throw away from the beach which becomes alive at night. We highly recommend this hotel. It was too late we saw they are helping out organizing excursions to the mangrove and islanda. The price was at par we booked in Klook.

Great location in the heart of the buzzing high street close to airport and all the restaurants are right on the doorstep.

Bathroom is a bit smaller then usual also the linens are old and look like off white as thought they have not been washed for weeks, even though they have as they smell like fresh. I think it’s just needs to be bleached or changed for some new ones and not wait util it rips. Also during check in the person behind reception wrote down my credit card number and expiration date on system before putting the transaction through the card machine which I felt is illegal. Customer personal credit card details should not be written down when you clearly have chip and pin card machine which has the ability to process transactions right way.

The location is very happening and busy - we as a family thoroughly enjoyed the busy street which is just outside the hotel. The rooms are no frill rooms but the location and proximity to the beach beats it all. The check-in was seamless and the room itself was just fine. No complaints - clean sheets, clean bathroom and a good balcony view to the street. You have KFC Pizza Hut Starbuck and all the local eateries on the street and along the beach as well. Some complained of the noisy street - but once the balcony is closed, the noise doesnt impact much really. Will definitely recommend this hotel to frnds and family

Nothing really - we were spending most of the day outside the room and hotel so didnt miss the room much.

Great for a budget holiday. Bed was comfortable and the staff lovely. I booked the last room available with short notice. I was in a room with a view of the road from the balcony however there was no noise in the room once the door was closed which was great. Really quick at cleaning the room

Bathroom was a little bit dated but I didn’t mind that as it was clean. No pool which was a bit of a shame but then again the sea is right outside.
