Staffs should be trained to explain that guests must put the parking ticket if the car is parked at the road side. Staffs at the counter also should be well trained and alert of any problem faced by the guests. Don't treat this as a complain. Just to help your resort to do extraordinary. Thanks

Our room was right next to the beach and very close to the pool too. The pool was great for kids with seats (not sunbeds) around the outside. It's also right in the middle of Pantai Cenang so lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Our room was ideal for our family of four and the AC and hot water worked perfectly. Surroundings were very quiet despite being beachside. We really liked that there was an option to have breakfast for a very reasonable price and it starts at 6am for those who are early risers or have an early flight. Staff were friendly and accommodating. This place is such good value and we plan to stay again!

In need of a bit of TLC but upgrading work seemed to be happening. It's understandable after covid that places need time to gather funds to invest in the property. The road is busy and slow at times. We arrived in the evening and we were stuck in traffic for quite a while. Walking along that final stretch would've been faster but we had a sleeping child so had to wait it out.

1. The staffs is very helpfully when we request to change room due to air-condition broken in my previous room. 2. The location is the best, easy to go to beach and restaurants around hotel area 3. Swimming pool with nice view 4. Acceptable price

1. The staffs didn't inform each others when change shift, I already told receptionist at night that we will stay 1 more night and check out 8pm the next day, but the receptionist on the next day still knock on my room door to remind me to check out at 12pm when i am sleeping, then another receptionist calling to my room at the same time to remind me to check out? I don't understand how they work? 2. The air-condition was broke in my room, it mean they didn't check the room carefully before they give to customer.

The room was very clean and it is located near the beach. In my opinion the location is very strategic for me. The staff hotel hospitality really good. The suite was very nice to me. It near with convenient store like 7 Eleven and 24 hour mart.

Wifi is not provided at your room. If you wish to use wifi you can use it at the hotel lobby, for me it is a bit disappointed. This hotel also don't have a private space for your car to park. You have to park at the nearby street which is really irritated because a lot of people come to Chenang beach also at that time. So it is hard for me to find parking lot to park my car.

An opened concept hotel, direct access to the beach, the breakfast was sooooooo excellent! The staffs were very helpful. Our beachview room was a 100/100! The AC worked fine, room was spacious. Loved it! There were sooo many watersports view at the beach, very easy to choose. Easy access to the road and shops around the area.

The carpet need to be cleaned, walkway need to be upgrade. The staff did not provide remote for the AC and TV. The wifi was soooooooooo bad! Very very bad!

Near to the beach and have swimming pool too. Convenient bring family with kids as we can enjoy both things. Food are easy to find and we enjoy out stay

When we arrived we dont see any signboard written the resort name and we turn few times and predict the building based on image from booking No parking available which is this not resort fault as it was inform no parking. Cenang is totally hard to get a parking if you drive a car

Prime location, in the middle of everything, everything is close by, instant beach access, great swimming pool, decent breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff, warm welcome and great hospitality

The huge family room with 2 queen beds...we requested for our 5 rooms to be close and we got 4 rooms interconnecting...it was really great for us...the little ones absolutely love the swimming pool and the easy yet well secured access to the beach...

There were water taps outside our rooms but it was not functioning...would be better if we could wash our feet before we enter our rooms...there were no towels readily available in our rooms so we have to walk all the way to the front desk to ask for it since there are no phone in the rooms..

Room is quite basic but the staff clean it everyday..Swimming pool is nicely located near to the room suitable for kids & the guardians to spend family time. Nice tree house & surroundings.Very strategic place, near to the beach, food stall, chocolate shop & personal needs shop. Recommended if u wants the beach, beautiful sunset & sunrise view in Langkawi

Water is a bit smelly for me, but maybe it's normal for those islands residents due to its water system. But it's clean.
