Fantastic location. Good value for the money you pay- budget friendly. Breakfast place view are good. Easy to walk to Pantai Cenang beach.

Breakfast wasn't great, but staff's helpful attitude made up for it. Pool isn't great- am not sure how often it is cleaned. My child got serious ear infection after swimming in the pool, and had ear pains and we had to go to doctor. Families with kids especially please take extra precaution if you must use the pool. The reception staff for some reason look upset all the time and don't have a welcoming smile. Few suggestions for improvement.

Good clean hotel room with everything you need, decent pool, good location and great views from the front. Staff were friendly and helpful and the housekeeping was to a great standard. Basic but decent hotel

The mattress was a little bit too firm, could do with a bit of an upgrade but manageable

Awesome service, we get extra pillow and duvet on request as there was only one duvet in couples bed and it was not enough for two people who wants to be well under the duvet and rolling around while sleeping 😅 On first day there was no towel for feets but after day or two they left extra bottles of water and towel on floor without even asking 😊 The view in "roof reataurant" was nice, always pleasure to eat breakfast and watch the beach. Room was very big 👌🏼 Location close to beach and everything you need.

Drain flys all over the bathroom I see those even in the restaurant 🤢 No cover for the shower so when you take a bath whole bathroom is wet, the shower was right next to toilet seat.

The location is strategic, can see the beach. Walk distance only to go to beach and restaurant. Room also consider spacious.

Much better if the toilet wall can be clean as well. During my stay got issues with water supply in langkawi so we cannot use the pool. Thats only my regret.

The hotel is located at Pantai Cenang (Cenang Beach) along Cenang Walk. Very near to the Cenang Beach and Cenang Mall where the centre of attractions are there. Within walking distance to Underwater World Langkawi. Lots of dining place to chose from ranging from sidewalk stalls to food trucks to seafood restaurants. if you love spa, there a lots of spas to choose from. I would recommend SERENITY SPA for the service, price and ambience. No need to go to the city centre if you wanna buy chocolates or perfumes. You can get your favourite chocolate and perfumes here in Cenang

The check in time is late, at 3pm. The hotel should do consider releasing the room at 2pm because guests are supposed to check out at 12 noon. Ideally, the should be no problem for guests to check in at 2 especially during week days where the hotel is not fully booked

Always my go-to place when I am at Langkawi. Its unbeatable location, attentive staff, and nearby attractions make it an ideal choice for anyone looking to enjoy a beachside getaway with convenience at its core. I would highly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers and will definitely return(again) on my next visit to this beautiful destination, most probably next year :)

While the rooms are certainly cozy, a bit more space would have been appreciated. Also, there was no table available on the hotel porch, which would have been a nice addition for guests looking to enjoy meals or drinks outdoors. As long as I remember, back in 2019, there was a table there. It would be great if the hotel could consider reinstating this feature for guests in the future.

Checked-in: 18 Aug 2023 Checked-out: 21 Aug 2023. Pros: This property has taken good care of customer-needs. It has the following facilities: 1. Spacious room, with a long desk that has two drawers, power-plug, table-lamp, tea/coffee refills, kettle, and fridge (underneath the desk) with a comfortable chair; 2. On each side of the bed, a small desk with a drawer and power socket; 3. TV (we didn't use it, so, can't comment); 4. Luggage storage, cloth-rack (with enough space and hangers); 5. The bathroom has an electric heater (for hot water), WC, Wash Basin with soaps, shampoo, toothpaste with toothbrush, and, even earbuds. Water heats quickly and pressure is good. 6. Free Breakfast contained appreciable varieties (though we tried only very few, because we were not familiar with all the items served). The sea-view from the roof-top (where breakfast is served) is fantastic; a real feast to the eyes; 7. Swimming pool (we didn't use). Overall, we enjoyed our stay, especially at the beach just opposite the hotel. No hesitation in highly recommending it.

Cons: 1. No intercom to speak to the Reception; 2. Only 500 ml water-bottle per person per day was served free. Had to spend a good amount of money on drinking water; 3. Housekeeping service needs improvement (free water and tea/coffee refills supplied only after requests); 4. Our 'No Smoking' room (number 311) was next to the 'Designated Smoking Area', with cigarette-butts remaining on the ashtray for days; 5. Need to pay cash MYR 50 refundable-deposit upon check-in. This is an inconvenience; 6. Difficult to locate the hotel as its name appears only on the upper floors; not at ground level (at roadside). Even after reaching the spot, we were led by the taxi driver to the hotel.

It is a good value for money , location is great in the middle of cenang area , very close to the beach , my room had a fascinating view for the sea , room service was great , the room is equipped with everything and is wide. The roof top restaurant has an amazing view. Staff is helpful and friendly.

The building and furniture is a bit old, but they spare no effort to make everything okay. The breakfast needs more items.

The rooms were comfortable and had everything needed. The included breakfast on the rooftop was a really nice start into the day, we can also recommend having dinner there and watch the sunset. Everyone was kind and helpful so we had a great experience overall.

Pool was under construction, though it was announced on the website. The room was cleaned daily, however we don't think they ever cleaned the floor so it was quite sandy at the end.

Very nice staff on reception and working in the roof top terrace. Room was enormous and aircon worked great. Very close to lots of shops and the beach. Has a pool however I didn't use this as I would walk to the beach to swim. Breakfast was only MYR 15 which was fine for me as I only ever ate the cereal and drank the juice. Will stay here again it we decide to return!

Lift was very slow. One lady decided to press every button when we wanted to go to the roof which was rather annoying. Also didn't allow 3 of us in the lift even though we were all lighter than the weight noted. Some other customers were very loud shouting at 1am in the corridor which is totally tiled so echoes everywhere. None of this was any fault of the hotels just inconsiderate people!
