I truly believe this is the best views of Langkawi you will find from a resort. It’s stunning and you often get rainbows over the island. This is not a very “big commercial” kind of resort - the feeling is that you are left to relax and unwind and not always checked in on or harassed, but that there are services if you need. My favourite parts were the beach bar which has happy hour every day 5pm to 8pm (great value), the beach and the fact the resort feels like you are living in a private village in the jungle. There’s never loads of people around so feels very exclusive. I was looking for something where I felt very much away from the world and this is perfect for that. You can tell they are responding to feedback as the choice of food was quite good and more activities are available. The massage and spa is AMAZING.

The staff were very friendly overall but the hospitality could be a little bit more polished. There is lots of potential for the hotel as being on a private island is a huge bonus.

The property was well maintained and clean. Staff interaction was top notch. In room service and at the restaurant both were good. The facilities like swimming pool, indoor games, lawn tennis etc was excellent.

The extra materess we requested was not at all comfortable to sleep, had to return it back. The A/c was not working but was promptly fixed when notified. The shower cubicle door was not getting closed and hence water used to spill out during bathing. The breakfast spread was sort of repetitive, for the 4 nights we stayed , the breakfast was always the same. Variety would be welcoming. Above are few Minor things but good stay over all.

- Value for money - we took the half board deal and the meals portion were generous. Daily Brekkie, one ala carte and one steamboat for each adult + the room is a steal with their promo. Hope this offer continues. - Great hospitality experience - Everyone from Sati (Resort Manager) to Aziman (Reservation Staff) were courteous and went extra mile to ensure our needs were met. The fact that there was a water dispenser at the jetty for the guest tells about their thoughtfulness - Spacious room - Our OneBedroom Suite was spacious with dining hall, living hall and the bedroom. Not forgetting the bed was big and comfy - Convenience - The increased frequency of return transfer for jetty/island greatly made the day for guests to explore outside the island. - Privacy - Resort and the beaches are all for the guests only which provided a lot of privacy.

smoking policy at pool - i was disappointed that hotel allows guest to smoke at poolside area where kids/family having fun time. Spoke to staff about it and hopefully they will make look into it.

Fantastic location, great facilities. It has to be because the biggest pro is also a bit of a con. You are on a private island. So you will spend more time on the island and the resort as anything else means more effort. Rooms are nice, pool is great, beach (and bar) are nice, lots of activities, etc. I really like the small details, a spontaneous free snack /piece of fruit when you are chilling by the pool or beach.

Most are great but some of the staff are slow at best just ignoring you or forgetting what you ordered. And again the pro of a private island means a boat ride and cab for anything you want to do and the boat schedule in the afternoon has some longer gaps that can make it cumbersome.

Very good place for retirees especially. It's a very quiet place to go to. Better to go with families and friends. Beach is very clean. Sea is beautiful. The yatch area were vry scenic as well.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rebak Island Resort & Marina. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room, was very clean and extremely spacious. Huge bathroom with his/hers basins. The hand made biscuits in our room was a nice touch. The restaurant food was very good and there was a good range for everyone to enjoy. We did enjoy the live music each night too! We really enjoyed "Happy Hour" at the Beach Bar and Rozmani was very welcoming and attentive. The beach was sheltered and safe and the pool was big enough for all to enjoy. We also enjoyed the Nature Walk with Selva. We would without a doubt highly recommend the Rebak Island Resort & Marina. It met all of our expectations and we had an extremely enjoyable stay.

There is nothing not too like!

You are on a private island, reached from the mainland via a 7 minute boat. The ocean view is beautiful, the beach is clean and swimmable. The room was larger than expected and staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. You can tell that the place is re-opening post Covid, so some amenities and activities aren’t running, but with the few people staying there it feels appropriate. After some of the other reviews we were surprised by how good the food was, especially the local a la carte menu. There’s great deals on Happy Hour etc and there’s also a small shop on the island for the marina, where you can get supplies if needed.

You have to get a boat to the island, which are on a set schedule. There’s an afternoon period where there could be another boat, and the final one back to the island from the mainland is 8pm. There is a slight flight path issue, with planes coming in to land over head maybe 10 times a day. It’s surprising at first, but you do just forget about it. If you want to explore Langkawi mainland, this place might not be for you. But if you want a quiet, out of the way resort to chill out then this is great.

First of all, the room is huge. And beautiful. Even the ones that don't state sea view will probably have sea view. Hotel staff are great and helpful. Hotel grounds, green area, beach, ... are absolutely beautiful. The food is great.

Nothing major to report but still, here are my thoughts. The room door had some gaps so inspects could come in. Still only a single small gecko was inside the room to greet us on arrival. Though the hotel supplies insect repellent device and cartridges, still make sure you bring your own repellent creams/lotions with you, you're gonna need them. Though the boat schedule between the Rebak Island and the main island is clear, the trips are not hourly, so read it carefully and plan ahead.

While the staff is really friendly, some were probably very inexperienced at the bar and restaurant. It was not unusual to wait for more than a quarter of hour to have someone take your order while the place is virtually empty, and then another 15 minutes to have your drinks brought out. Nothing that a bit of training wouldn't remedy I guess, but it kind of brings the place down, which is a shame.

The staff, the nature environment and boat ride were amazing! The bed, bedsheets and aircond in the room were great! The staff were extremely friendly. We saw monkeys, monitor lizard and hornbill right outside of our room. It's a very nice place to relax.

The swimming pool chlorine smell was too strong. The scheduled boat ride was quite stressful to catch each time and we nearly missed our last boat ride going into the island due to a last minute cancellation by a Grab driver. The gym facilities are not usable at all. The water pressure of the shower in the room is not great, should replace it with a new one. The quality of the shower gel, shampoo is not great, they should also provide conditioner. The resort needs and upgrade/ refurbishment as it's really old. Wifi signal is very weak. Food was just okay.
