The hotel is perfect if you need somewhere to stay while in transit - it is well signed. The room was quite compact - but I had everything I needed. The shower was good and hot, while the bed was extremely comfortable. Good size TV on wall. There were new toothbrushes etc, hairdryer, tea/coffee. There is a bar and a self-service restaurant serving fairly basic, but quite edible, food in the hotel, and the staff there were helpful. Breakfast can be included on some deals, which I hadn't realised. I actually needed my room for 14 hours instead of the 12 I had booked, and paid for the additional hours at check in.

I felt a little claustrophobic simply because there wasn't a window in my room - it may be that none of the rooms have windows - I don't know. The air conditioning worked well though, and I was quite comfortable.

Location was fine, but selection of foods was limited. I guess it was Malaysian and I'm used to Western hotels, but I have seen many Malaysian hotels that cater well to Western preferences. The room, availability of the lounge, bar, etc and restaurant - mind you, I only used the room and a small breakfast

I did notice though that even with the a/cat 19 degrees C, that it seemed to keep cycling. One minute the room was at a nice temp and the next, I was kicking the sheets off, then the next pulling the covers back on. Perhaps I was just over tired ...

Very easy to reach from when you step off the plane. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food was great. Buffet served throughout the day and night. Easy check in and check out process. Would highly recommend. If your luggage is not being checked through a transit flight then make sure you have what you need during your stay in your hand luggage as you wont collect your luggage until after passing through immigration. Once you pass through you will find your luggage with whichever airline you travelled with

We were lucky that the Boarding gate C37 was in the same building, so it did not take long to reach boarding gate from the hotel. Per hour charge for stay from time of check-in is convenient for passengers in transit.

The aircon was unable to be controlled with the remote control to adjust room temperature to suit your comfort level. Lack of directions to reach the hotel from arrival hall made it bit difficult for transit passengers who are unfamiliar with the airport terminal buildings. Sending this information to guests prior to their arrival would be useful. We prefer timber floor compared to carpet in the room to keep it more healthier.

Location at C5gate easy to find. Staff friendly, room comfortable as was the bed. no much more to tell as that's all you want in an overnight transit. Has its own restaurant and buffet breakfast. (No real other healthy food options for breakfast in the airport)

Would have liked more shower pressure. Also power went out in the room during the night so devices did not fully charge. Mentioned this on out not sure what the problem was. We swapped to another power point all good.

This was in the terminal and was a very comfortable stop over for the trip. The room was very clean and comfortable.

There was a mix up with someone elses room and at 3am a couple entered the room with a key that worked to be surprised to see us in there sleeping. There was an apology and offer for 2 free breakfasts, but since we had 6 people in 3 rooms we were not wanting to separate for breakfast before our flight.

Fantastic location - not far to either gates (one is a 20 minute bus ride, the other is maybe 10 minute walk). Bed was incredibly comfy and the staff were super lovely!

No windows and I don’t think the door was soundproof as I could hear people going past for their flights. It would have been nice to have a take away breakfast available to grab on the way out - this is just a suggestion as it’s a great touch I’ve had with other hotel stays.

We couldn’t book online for an extra bed for my 2 year old so write in the comments that I needed one. When we first checked in no extra bed was provided. Once we spoke to staff they changed our room to accommodate for my family. The room was a lot bigger so had extra room for my little one to still be able to play

I think the food/restaurant should be included in the price of the stay. It work out over £100 to stay for 12 hours but no food or anything included

Cant do better location than this. It was a sleep over within the airport, to catch up a flight less than 12 hours later. If you are in transit, it is the best method to rest. The staff was nice enough to grant me 4 more hours of rest in the room for the price of 2 Hours. I thank them

there were refurbishments, so on early morning hearing walls was not agreable, yet the staff warned us.. so, it was expexted.

Only stayed the one night. Was basic and compact, however clean and comfortable and of course conveniently located for our next day departure. My wife and I both thought the buffet was good value, although the deserts were a bit ordinary

Found not having a window a bit odd. Was only a brick wall behind the curtains. However sleep quality was good and we slept right through undisturbed. So had no impact on us.
