**Location (5/5):** The hotel’s proximity to the airport is fantastic. I was able to get to my morning flight in less than 10 minutes, and they offer a complimentary shuttle service that runs every 2 minutes. It’s perfect for early departures or late arrivals. **Check-in Experience (4/5):** Check-in was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff were friendly and informative, providing me with all the necessary details about the shuttle service and hours. **Room Quality (5/5):** My room was clean and well-maintained, featuring modern furnishings and a comfortable bed. I appreciated the extra soundproofing, as I barely heard any noise from the airport, which made for a good night’s sleep. Sofa bed was set up prior our arrival and additional towel set was provided. The staff was thoughtful and helpful. **Amenities (5/5):** The hotel offers a small fitness center, greenery spaces, outdoor pool, free use of sauna, jacuzzi and steam room which I found adequate for my needs. The facilities are well kept and clean. Overall Experience (5/5):** For anyone needing a place to stay before or after a flight, Sama Sama provides excellent value. The cleanliness, friendly staff, and unbeatable location make it a solid choice for travelers. I will definitely consider staying here again on my next trip.

Location is perfect, especially the buggy services. That’s make Sama Sama Hotel an oasis in the middle of nowhere for traveler arriving or departing at odd hours. Traffic in KL is unpredictable, too risky for catching a KLIA flight if staying downtown. Place is clean and well maintained. Staff is awesome.

A little pricey compared to similar hotel downtown. Do not like the breakfast offered. Although there are variety of selection, Malaysia food or local delight is way below average. Food court at airport has better local food. Ironically, their Western breakfast selection and coffee is good.

We needed one night accommodation close to the airport so the location was ideal for a late arrival and early departure. The buggy service and food was a highlight. Staff also very well trained and helpful.

The fit out is tired and dated making the coat to stay seem over priced relative to other hotels of a higher standard. Clearly paying foe convenience. I would also note the rooms are not sound proof as we could hear other guests coughing. Also as we arrived at Terminal 2 quite late, we should have stayed at the Express hotel as the KLIA express wait was 25 min.

If you're looking for a hotel near KLIA, this one is perfect as it offers direct access to the terminal. It boasts a high standard of 5-star accommodations with comfortable and quiet rooms. My business schedule required me to spend two nights at KLIA, which is quite rare for an airport hotel, but I have no regrets. In fact, I had a very pleasant stay.

The spa was fully booked, and unfortunately, the staff at the reception did not exhibit a professional or courteous demeanor. Additionally, the breakfast selection in the lounge could use some improvement.

So convenient for a short stopover. The buggy-pick up/drop off system was great. The black-out blinds were fab, and it was so quiet in the rooms for a hotel airport. The food in the restaurant was available any time, and was tasty. They were able to accommodate allergies which was wonderful.

We didn’t get shown to our room which was a bit of a surprise, and even though I had a small child with me, they put me in a room very far from the lift. In our room at around 3am one of the lights by the door began flashing every 20 seconds or so. We were due to get up and leave 2.5hrs later so I didn’t bother complaining, but would have to have insisted on a new room if we had been there for another night.

Close to airport, comfortable bed, good water pressure in shower. Nice to have a buggy ride to the terminal for flight.

No self service laundry facility! Very expensive for those of us who travel full time to use the hotel laundry service, and 1 of our 3 layovers we would not have gotten our clothes back in time! We took a 20 minute each way Grab ride to a laundromat in an interesting location. Also, I don’t at all like or need to be supervised in the Premium Room lounge. If I go in to grab a water or coffee, I don’t need help. I understand at night for those getting served alcohol, but please it is not relaxing or helpful to not be able to grab and go quickly! This is a lounge on the same floor as our premier rooms and it’s supposed to be relaxing and convenient. Not every can of soda water or a glass of ice should require a conversation.

Absolutely amazing hotel, amazingly clean and quiet to allow for a good nights rest before our early morning transfer! My son left his rucksack in the airport on the way over to the hotel. We informed the staff upon check in and they managed to find it for us and get it back to us within a couple of hours! Super easy to find and lots of buggy’s on hand to get you both to the hotel and back into the airport on the day of your departure also. Honestly cannot think of a hotel I’ve had such a good experience with and could recommend so wholeheartedly in a long time! Especially since I was expecting nothing more than a very simple budget hotel for a single night layover before an early morning flight the next day!

Nothing- I cannot recommend the hotel enough!

Both my friend and I had decided to stay just one night at this hotel before our long trip the next morning and the flight was a night flight. From the moment that we'd arrived at the hotel we were greeted by the Concierge staff (En. Faizal if I'm not mistaken) with warm and welcoming gesture. He acquainted us during our check-in process and really provided a friendly assistance throughout to ensure a smooth process. Even the Front Desk staff offered us a late check-out knowing that our flight will be rather late the next day. We were checked in to our initial room but the was a slight faulty with the room, then they openly agreed to change our room to another one, that came with a more spacious one, and a great view facing the garden and the airport tower. They even offered us assistance for the room change. The room was very comfortable and the aircond was very cool and cosy. The bed was so comfortable that we decided to oversleep the next day as our flight would be later that night. The staff even called us personally to check on with us whether we were comfortable with the new room assigned. Even though the hotel was situated just within the proximity of the airport but we couldn't even hear any noise of the flights take-off or landing. I have to say, we slept soundly throughout.

I wish I could think of one. But one thing I would like to highlight that our first room that we checked-in may have some faulty, but we were so pleased that the hotel decided to change our room to a more spacious one with a better view to compensate with the faulty. And really hope that they have a better channel option, perhaps a Movie channel so that we could have a better entertainment throughout our stay.

The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Location is fantastic, within 10 minutes or less walk from KLIA1 though a link bridge at KLIA1 level 2. The buggy service is great too, I enjoyed the breezy 2 minutes ride! And I really like the nice scent at the hotel corridor.

Would be helpful if a luggage stand is provided in the room, we had to lay open our luggage on the floor. A more affirmative response to our late check-in request would certainly be appreciated, the ambiguous email reply made me worried that my booking was not secured.

Beautiful hotel! The quality of food served at the Bar and at the International restaurant was excellent! And best of all, it is conveniently located just next to Kuala Lumpur International Airport, with a 24-hr buggy service.

Service a tad slow. Upon our check-in at the hotel, we had to wait for over 30 minutes for our luggage to arrive at our rooms. In the end, I had to go down to reception to retrieve our luggage and take these up our rooms myself. The staff was very apologetic about this though.
