YOU NEED TO BOOK THE OTHER RESTAURANTS WELL IN ADVANCE BUT THE BUFFET IS GOOD AND BREAKFAST.

THERE IS NOTHING OUTSIDE OF THE HOTEL AND DANGEROUS TO WALK AT NIGHT AS THERE IS NOT PROPER PAVEMENTS. THE ENTERTAINING WAS TACKEY AT NIGHT

our beach view was beautiful and it was very clean! excellent housekeeping services!! also there is a nice hiking trail to get to a red castle within view of the property that has a wonderful view, if you’re interested in that

the quality of the food for the “restaurants” offered by the hotel were kinda greasy and didn’t match the energy of the resort

Location!!!! We had everything we needed right there. amazing food, great rooms, pools, activities, beach, entertainment, restaurants, kind staff, comfy beds, fantastic views, less touristy area, great great great deal for the money.

My only complaint truly is that the air conditioning would not get truly cold. I like the fact that it is environment friendly but the temperature stays the same and you can’t truly control it. My friend and I were warm at night and it was only May. I can’t imagine the summer heat!

The rooms were spacious and clean, very comfortable. the sea view was unobstructed, simply beautiful. the food selection was vast, offered lots of variety and was fresh and well made. the Middle Eastern restaurant was the crowning jewel! absolutely delicious food. the staff was always friendly and accommodating.

The alcoholic drink selection was abysmal. not just the alcohol itself though but the actual juices (cranberry in particular) were terrible. very water down. if they were to invest in a better quality mixers that Actually tasted nice, then the alcohol could easily be subpar and no one would be the wiser. Small caveat, the rose and white wine were surprisingly nice.

amazing location and really handy to the bus stops too!

The adults only area is now 16+?? adults are 18+, of drinking age and above. But also, there doesn’t seem to be any sort of way to keep kids out of it after 6/7pm, which is really annoying as they come in every night. it would be nice to have a section of the rooms that are Adults only too.

I liked the convenience of everything, the staff were friendly and helpful, refillable water taps, clean, many big pools, excellent entertainment and endless snacks and drinks. Food choices were lovely

Understandable but uncomfortable, the toilet in our room brought out fumes during the day, possibly due to the heat. This can be easily solved with toilet spray. I tried all the restaurants during my stay and they were fantastic apart from lorient, the waiter forgot that I ordered, only drinks available were water or beer, I had the entree and main then I was completely forgotten, the food that was supposed to be hot was cold. I left before I finished because they forgot me. I ended up having my dinner in the coral.

They have lots of option for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the time range is quite close to each other. Therefore even if you miss the breakfast, you will not stay hungry and you will have lunch soon. Lunch and dinner consist of starters, main food, salads, vegan meals. kids menu, fruits, sweets and cakes, and ice cream. Everything was super delicious. The pizzas in dinner were amazing! In the main restaurants, there was a special adult area, separated from the place where the families with children sit. The same for swimming pool. The beach is pretty close, and the only thing you have to do is to cross the road, and here it is, the beach. The sea is good, but there are jelly fish. The staff was super nice, and helpful, and always smiling. Big thanks to Jonathan for making our lunch and dinner start perfectly with his warm welcome in the restaurant. The most wonderful part is their attention to the guest - We put "Dont disturb" sign for days, and at the 3rd day, we found the letter that if we want the cleaning late afternoon or if we need any new towel, we can approach to the reception easily. There is a bus stop just in front of the hotel which you can go easily to Sliema, Valetta, and anywhere you want with. It is possible to pay directly in the bus. The hotel also has cash withdrawal machine inside. There is Starbucks and beach club near the hotel. Thanks a lot for wonderful time for all hotel staff.

Two nights we had a fire alarm. In the first one, I was super afraid of the alarm, and called directly to the reception, and I found that the reception even was not aware of the alarm. Then we were informed that someone smoked at the room, therefore we had it. On the other hand, when it happened twice, I felt that it was not the guilt of any guest smoking, it seems that there was a problem in alarm system. I would highly ask the hotel to check the system. I have already told the reception, as well. The taste of orange juice is not good. I would recommend the hotel to increase the quality of the juices.

We stayed all inclusive for 8 days. The hotel is big with lots of rooms so is busy but there are plenty of facilities to accommodate everyone. The food was very good and the pools are good with plenty of sunbeds for all the people. If you aren't travelling with children there are 'childfree' zones in the restaurant, bar and also an adults only pool. There are also a number of restaurants you can book if you don't want to use the main restaurant - make sure you do this early though as they are popular. Highly recommend the 3 island trip too.

Although there are childfree zones, it is a big busy hotel so if you are looking to escape children then this might not be the choice for you.

November 2021

Had an excellent time in this all inclusive hotel. We hired a car at the airport and stayed there 4 nights. With the car we could get around the island and travel to Gozo and Comino. Enjoyed the breakfast and dinner, especially the restaurants (succeeded to book the a-la-cart one and the Chinese restaurant). Had a massage at the spa which was very good. The staff was very nice and friendly. The entertainment was nice in the evening. This hotel was definitely worth it, for the little we paid in November. Hotels in Valletta are much more expensive and offer much less. With a car it doesn’t matter that you are a bit far. Recommend also to drop by the Popeye village view point in the morning if you have a car (a few minutes drive). Don’t miss Comino with a walk along the cliffs from the blue lagoon to the tower. Go to Gozo Dwejra bay and the Citadel in Victoria. In Malta, don’t miss the blue cave and St. Peter’s pool. Valletta and Mdina are also nice. Parking was convenient and free (underground parking). The view from the room was great (sea view).

Amazing staff, from check in to bar, to restaurant and housekeeping !. Clean and spacious eventhough the hotel can hold over 1000 people at any time. Pool very big and always loungers available. Melodia from housekeeping was fantastic. Very thorough in her cleaning, always happy and smiling and chatty. She also gave us some useful tips about bus routes on the island. Variety and quality of food outstanding (I'm a chef myself). Animation team very good, speaking 4 languages , very interactive and focusing on every age and gender...a definite positive addition to the hotels offering.

The evening entertainment/shows were a bit boring after seeing pretty much the same thing every night...more variety would be good, maybe a magician 🎩 or a band to mix things up a bit would be good. Although the room was spacious and spotlessly clean, the 1 thing we really didn't like was the poor quality of the bed. We were literally laying in the mattress rather then on it. For almost £1700 for a week , I would expect better....hence my lower score for comfort.
