The breakfast was amazing, 10/10 one of the most amazing breakfast I've had, a lot to pick from and friendly staff Room size was bigger than anticipated, and the balcony was spacious.

There was random unpleasant sewer smells coming from the bathroom, I could not use the jacuzzi for more than 5 minutes, my eyes were starting to sting from the chlorine, roof top pool was not heated, and it couldn't be used in November. The Gym equipment is a bit outdated.

Nice room with balcony. Not so big, but ok for a few days. Nice breakfast, wide selection. Many different restaurants nearby.

Quite complicated access to the room from reception and pools (tunnel under the road). Very cold water in the pool given by the fact that there is limited sunshine in the area in the pool area. The hotel is on the main street of Mellieha with a lot of traffic and traffic jams all the time. Access to underground parking is very narrow (it is well communicated by the receptionist) and I do not recommend parking there for less experienced drivers.

Good value for money in the hotel. Friendly staff who solve all problems literally in a second. Quite an ok location if you don't mind walking to the beach (about 2km with a downhill walk, but be aware that you have to climb back up. The best option is a bus). Near you can find everything you need: gift and souvenir shops, restaurants, shops and markets. The breakfast is good as well as other services, namely, the pool on the roof - one of the best options for spending your afternoon :)

Nothing much, everything was perfect

Hotel is worth recommending, especially to families with children (outdoor and indoor swimming pools, not far from the beach, bigger rooms with additional beds). The thai restaurant on the roof is worth a visit, especially by fans of thai cuisine. The personel was accomodating and very helpful. Breakfasts in the hotel restaurant were varied and abundand, coffee was very good.

Like every Hotel, this one also has some shortcomings, but some guests might not find them problematic. The room next to the italian restaurant was too close to the street and we weren't comfortable sitting on the balcony with passers-by looking at us. If you can, book rooms on 3rd or higher floor. The main problem was with the car transfer company Billy's arranged by the hotel. The price for airport transfer was said to be 60 Euro, the driver conformed it, however when it came to paying by card, the owner of the company wanted to charge us 62 euro - they wanted to force us to pay with cash. The hotel should be careful who they recommend to their customers, because such incidents reflect poorly on the hotel itself.

We only stayed for one night. We got the room upgrade to one with a jacuzzi. The room had plenty of space, the bed was very comfortable, and the nights were quiet. The facilities are great, and the personnel is pleasant.

Nothing much really. The food in the breakfast buffet could be a bit more cooked/crispier.

The rooms were lovely except my daughter's 457 which overlooked reception and was noisy so she had very little sleep. Let us book in early too thankyou Jelena

457 room very noisy over reception The room I asked for cot in didn't have one so we put the baby in pram as couldn't face more upheaval. Room guests were not correct as in 2 adults and 2 children were as 1 adult and 2 children. Bath Towels missing from room on 5th floor only tiny towels there Dirty towel in 256 with black marks on - reported to reception Fusion restaurant wasn't open and food in Al Pointe was disappointing and over priced

I would recommend anyone visiting Malta to stay here. We stayed on he 8th floor in the new building the other side of the road and our room was perfect with huge new bathroom and deep balcony. Breakfast was solid. Spotless hotel. The garden pool area was beautiful with mature trees/planting. Its the flagship hotel of the town and dead central. The Square gastro bar and Amami restaurant are nearby and are both superb. Very pleasant staff. 10/10

Very hard to find fault with this hotel. We stayed in 3 different hotels for 3 nights each in Malta and this was the best and cheapest of all 3

What a great hotel! We were given a massive room with really comfy beds. Air con and wifi both work brilliantly. Location is excellent, really close to bus stop (for buses all over Malta, including airport) as well as shops and restaurants. The breakfast was also absolutely lovely, and a bonus that it’s half price for kids.

Room was located street-side, which made it pretty noisy. The room was cleaned daily but the cleaner did a very obvious quick job of just turning down the beds and folding towels… no actual cleaning and no replacement of tea bags etc.

The room: the bed was a great size and very comfortable. We were given an upgrade and had a great view of the pool and the sea which was a much appreciated bonus. Breakfasts were great - there was a really great selection of foods and plenty of space to accommodate everyone. We liked the selection of pools - especially the rooftop pool which was calmer and there was always enough sunbeds and good bar service. We tried both restaurants and were very happy with them.

The communication with the sales/reservations department regarding payment. Otherwise everything was good.

The hotel was absolutely fabulous. It was incredibly well equipped with the spa, pools, restaurants and relaxation areas - and filled to the brim with the friendliest and most welcoming staff who really made our stay so much better. Both restaurants had a great selection of delicious food and drinks, the spa had a huge variety of wonderful treatments and the location of the hotel was amazing. Bus routes to every location were just outside the hotel and the beach was a 15 minute walk away. There was a lot of wonderful restaurants nearby and a lot specialising in Maltese cuisine which was delicious! And a lot of wonderful little grottos and churches to visit. A fantastic hotel which I cannot recommend enough.

The only thing we could possibly complain about was at one point, 2 of the lifts were broken. In a busy hotel - it meant we were waiting for a lift for a quite a long time at times. A very minor convenience that was resolved eventually!
