swimming pool, cleaning staffs..etc

- clean - friendly staff - lots of options for "additional bookings" - indoor pool was accessible - location: near to a bus stop, walking distance to restaurants and beach, but also to "downtown" - the size and the equipment of the room were very comfortable in summer there are more facilities open.

- mattress hard (for one of us it was fine, for the other one it caused problems) - a bit "noisy": you hear the other guests (talking in the hallway, moving chairs in the room above ours) - which is fine, if they don't do it by night

On the day of arrival (17th of December) the staff was very friendly and helpfull. They gave good advices about how to navigate thru local area and answered all the questions. Also provided great service at the bar. This surelly will bring only good memories about Luna Holoday Complex. Also we enjoyed local mini market assortiment and pool area (great to relax after long day exploring the island). The bus stop is quite near to the hotel and from it you can travel directlly to airport, ferry terminal or capital city (+ some other options).

The hotel could offer to buy one time pool sleves (we would have surelly bought it!). Also my wife has quite sensitive sleep, so somtimes she woke up from the noise coming from the street (if you have sensetive sleep, you surelly should consider room options that are not facing the main street). Walls are also not good for sound isolation (at least in the room where we lived in, we could hear other residents chatting).

Everyone was kind and helpful. The room was clean and perfect for us. I really liked the location, the beach is only a few minutes walk from the hotel. It's easy to go to the Blue Lagoon from the Hotel. Bus stop is very close, only a minute or max 2 minutes from Luna so you can easily find a bus that takes you to Valletta or Mdina. There are some nice restaurants near if you'd like to have dinner somewhere else. You can have breakfast at the hotel if you don't want to spend time on looking for a place outside every morning. Breakfast costs you 8 EUR per person per day. There are coffee machines, you can drink different types of juices or water. You have many breakfast options and eat what you want, choose what you want: eggs, salads, sausages, fruit, make a sandwich or toast, etc... Checking in and out is really fast and easy. Wifi is free. There is always someone at reception. ATM is in front of the hotel if you need some cash.

We were satisfied with Luna, I don't really have anything bad to say.

The people who worked here were superhelpful and it was super easy to get around. I liked the place facilities, it was always clean and it was easy to make food. The distance to the beach was very short. It was easy to make food at the kitchen, air conditioning was good. The rooftop swimming pool was very great at the morning, but was overcrowded at the evening. I got help from the reception to book an early taxi at 4.30 to reach a ferry to Siciliy.

The options at breakfast were very limited. When I paid 17 euros for breakfast for me and my daughter, I expected more than 1 type of cheese and 2 meet options, croissant and few more things. No yoghurts, no soya milk, it was pretty limited.

Our room was spacious & very comfortable.

There was nothing that we didn’t like

The hotel is stated as being a 3-star hotel, however from what I have seen and experienced, it deserves the 4 stars for sure. The rooms were large, had an amazing view, and comfortable.

The children in the pool but, I guess when you have one heated pool nothing can be done about that. There were ants in our room (not really a big thing but should be checked).

The rooftop pool made the hotel and our holiday. It was brilliant and no problem getting a sunbed and best of all, no one under 17 is allowed up there. The drinks prices were very reasonable. , which was refreshing to see. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and we never once had an issue with the electronic key cards which was a break from the norm!

Beds do not get made every day. A bit of a small gripe, but not a deal breaker! The shower took a bit of adjusting to get the right temperature. It was either too hot or too cold. oh and word of warning, do not lock the shower cubical as there is no way of opening it from the outside. Saturday and Sundays are busy on the rooftop pool due to day visitors being allowed to come in, so if you want to go up there, make sure you are there before 10am.

It is convenient that the room has a kitchen and everything we need for cooking. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Most of all we liked that the hotel had several areas with sunbeds and pools. Awesome idea to separate the pools for adults and for families with kids. The rooftop pools have a beautiful view, there weren't too many people and there was a bar.

When the air conditioner was working, there was a smell of urine. It was good that there was also a fan in the room. There were also problems with flushing the toilet because of the design of the toilet pipe. Also there were no lids for the frying pan.
