Hotel is in a quiet location. Nice size rooms, comfortable beds. Loads of options for breakfast (ask for machine made coffee for eg cappuccino separately). Staff were nice and friendly. Free shuttle in the morning to Sliema, Valetta and Julian was so handy to have. The drivers were punctual. Use Bolt app if you're there. Also, Bolt to and from airport is around 12e.

You have to ask at the reception for shower caps, extra towels (as we only got 2 big and 1 hand towel), slippers etc..as these were not in the room.. Hot food for breakfast wasn't hot. Steam room and sauna were not always on..

Very nice place, and it's close to town, about 15 min walk. A nice outside pool, indoor pool, and spa are brilliant. Lovely staff 👌i can give big 🌟 for them. The room is the perfect size for a family of 5, massive and modern. Fully equipped kitchen. The beds are very comfortable. We had two balconies with a view. Wi-Fi free. Free shetulle from Urban Valley to Valletta. Tennis courts free. Nice breakfast. Highly recommend

Everything was great, the staff was super helpful and nice, the facilities was great, our room was spacious and always clean.

We had a lovely 3 nights stay and everything was great from the attentive staff to the spacious room. the room was clean, well organized and aired, with a very comfortable bed and pillows. It has a mini fridge, instant coffee and milk, tea and sugar with a water boiler in case you want to prepare in the morning and 2 complementary water bottles. Great bathroom with proper toiletries. The staff was welcoming and genuinly nice, offered some tips on.what to visit. At our time of the visit the hotel offered a free shuttle to Valletta or Sliema, which came of great use to us. The breakfast is varied to satisfy any need and want, with fresh pastries and bacon and eggs, fruits, yogurt and many others.Our vacation was really relaxing and we would gladly return to Urban Valley and recommend to anyone visiting.

Everything was just great!

The hotel is located in a quieter area, so you can rest comfortably in the hotel. The hotel staff was friendly and always helped us, for example we wanted to change the room and we were able to do that too. Our room was bigger than the usual hotel room we are used to. On our last day in Malta, our flight left at midnight and we were able to store our luggage and use all the services at the hotel all day. The breakfast selection was varied. There were two swimming pools on the territory, where we always found a place. In addition, we rented a car for the trip, which could be parked in the hotel parking lot without any worries.

If you want to use the hotel's free transfer to Valletta, for example, it can only be done in the first half of the day.

Our room was modern and clean. The spa was great! It had a super cold pool which was very refreshing from the heat.

We had a Corner Suite which meant our bed was behind a wall from the air conditioning unit so we had to ask for an extra fan. Also both outdoor pools were warm (like a bath) and they got hotter as the day continued. They weren’t refreshing. I’ve seen a few other customers comment this but nothing seems to change. So, if you want a refreshing dip, this hotel isn’t for you. The reviews (and photos) imply it is a relaxing place, I would disagree. This hotel is now marketed in Malta as the cheapest pool day pass hotel, which means it fills up with non hotel guests and their kids (especially on weekend and bank holidays). There were a lot of screaming kids which made it not relaxing at all.

This place is a hidden gem in Malta! I so much love it! The staff are committed, well mannered, and have the best attitude ever! I have been in so many places in Europe, these are professionals ready to satisfy the clients! Matthew chose exactly the room which I most needed, I can't be grateful enough!! That said, the place itself is in the centre of Malta, yet in a quiet area, one can really say I had a good rest! The rooms are not only well designed but so comfortable. The bed is amazingly comfortable! The price was so good too!! The breakfast was delicious, and there were halel sausages! That was amazing, and definitely, I will tell all my Muslim friends about you guys because you made the effort to be inclusive, which might seem petite for you, but for me, it's really amazing! The heated pool was really a plus in winter, and the sauna was really needed!

Loved this hotel, better than I was expecting. Stayed in a family room. With my partner and 2 year old, room was very spacious, they provided a cot with mattress for child. The bed was king sized and very comfy. Room was cleaned everyday, plenty of fresh towels. Hotel is set in lovely gardens, has 3 swimming pools, and a spa. Everything very clean and well-maintained. Staff very courteous. We had breakfast included food was good with plenty of choice. Location was close to everything, we hired a car and it was a short drive to all the sites and 5 mins to water front restaurants. Also noticed has great accessibility, lifts and chair lifts situated throughout hotel.

Very good breakfast,different type of food .AC in the room works great .The room for 3 people was very spacious,very clean and comfy.Toiletries have a good fragrance and it was a pleasure to use it.We found a welcome gift from the hotel,some peanuts and a welcome mesage.The pool are was very well maintained and the same was the bar near the pool .They have pizza,icecream and good cocktails.They have a lot of sunbeds and umbrelas and a lot of shadow zones.

Too much noise at the pool because the rules about not jumping into the pool were break by the kids under the approval of their parents.There is no area baned to the kids and there was to much noise and agitation.However we stayed at the pool only one day ,so our stay was not affected.

AMAZING STAY, from the reception at check in to the food and service, all 3 pools and the room everything was just amazing. indoor pool was lovely and heated ❤️ bfast and dinner plentyfull. all hotel was very clean, and last but not least the room wow it felt like luxury, not only beautiful but honestly one of the only hotels i have managed to sleep through the 3 nights we were there the beds were just soooo sooo comfy. All the staff we amazing all so happy we loved everything about our stay and cant wait to come back. i must also mention it has one of the best locations in malta right in the middle and hence no place was far at all ❤️ thank you to the whole team for an amazing stay
