The pool, the kitchen cutlery, the stuff hospitality, the cleanliness

The room was great. Hotel had many opportunities like roof top poop or gym. Also location was great.

I would not say I did not like but for future improvement there could some kind of package as slippers, shampoo/ shower gel... İt would make a great addition

The staff were friendly and helpful. the rooms were well cleaned and comfortable.enough kitchen equipment to make a meal. The large sun terrace with comfortable sunbeds. Close to bus stops. Easy walk to silema. valletta is walkable if enjoy walking takes about 50 minutes.

The pool terrace being cleaned above our bedroom very early in the morning.could hear chairs being moved. you can hear other rooms' doors shutting and people talking in the corridor, not very soundproof. There is no sun on the terrace in October until after 1pm.

Rooms are fairly recently refurbished and of good size. My room was cleaned very well, and everything was functioning perfectly. Beds were comfy. I was on the 9th floor, and the pressure of the water was excellent. Staff is super polite and helpful. Breakfasts are decent.

Noise insulation is poor, so you can hear all your neighbors and whatever is happening in the hallway. My room was facing a highway, so it was very noisy with windows open. With closed windows there wasn't much noise from the highway, but then it was super hot in the room. So, with the provided (unbreathable) duvet, getting a good night's sleep was a challenge.

- The staff is very friendly and fast to accommodate any needs, when we requested a clothes iron or a coffee machine, they brought them to us in minutes. - The apartments have all the necessities such as a safe, a hair dryer, all kinds of kitchen utensils, air conditioning... - The room layout was wonderful, and we were blown away by the kitchen. - We got a room with a balcony on the top floor, the view was wonderful. - The rooftop pool and the gym are also very nicely equipped. - The neighborhood is peaceful, but still well connected to all points of interest in Malta. The qroqq bus station is just 5 minutes away and it can get you anywhere on the island.

The availability of a great restaurant under the building that was the breakfast location but also open for lunch and dinner, as well as drinks/coffee throughout the day. Excellent food, and really good service with helpful staff who spoke English. The apartment was great with everything you could need with a fully equipped kitchen and large bathroom. A fitness facility is essential for me when I travel and the gym was actually quite well-equipped for a hotel gym with everything working and clean.

The location was a little more isolated from shops etc than I would have liked, but it still wasn’t that far from anything. It was very easy to call an Uber to take you into Valletta or wherever you wanted to go. The upside of that meant that the building was quiet at night time.

Very nice beautiful and friendly reception area. Light, airy and very spacious...very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go to Malta. Will be back to this place soon..!!!

Convenient location, friendly staff.

The apartment was generally excellent the only exception was the floor under one of the beds was not clean. Large amount of dust and an empty plastic bottle from a previous guest . Not do much a didn’t like. But asked staff member how to use the induction hob - they didn’t know how to. Would be useful to have a guide in the room on how to use the hob and a guide on the microwave .

New, clean and spacious apartment. Nice and equipped kitchen, kettle and complimentary coffee/tea. Bottle of natural and sparkling water in the fridge was a nice touch :) The bedroom comes with a very large and comfy bed. We also requested a baby cot and it was prepared for us free of charge. Pull out sofa in the living room was also very comfortable. Good and fast wifi, TV also connected to wifi (youtube, netflix...). Staff at the reception were very nice (all of them!). The nice girl who checked us in gave a small gift to our 2 year old, which was really nice. Parking space for our rental car was available in the streets around the hotel, and we never had a problem with finding one. We would 100% recommend this place to travelers with family / small children.

Pool was sadly too cold for swimming :( The view from the rooftop was spectacular, it would have been great if the pool was heated.

Appartements are very well equipped, very confortable and clean. Location is excellent just 3 minutes walking from bus stations that can tale you to the Airport, Valetta or even Cirkawa to go to Gozo without changing buses.

Maybe change towels automatically once every 2/3 days. Balconies design is modern but thinking about it the holes can be dangerous for children, you can also lose your stuff that can fall down on the street if it falls down on the balcony ground by accident.
