The staff were exceptionally helpful throughout the entire stay. Always welcomed us with a smile, and gave us some good recommendations for activities in and out of the hotel. The facilities are well kept and seemed to be cleaned on a daily basis. This holds true for the pools, gym, and common areas. The location is amazing, 5 minutes from a Lidl, some local bakeries, and 10 minutes away from the coastline. It's even right behind the main Hospital.

The elevators really need some work. They were very slow and felt a bit old. The organisation could improve. When I arrived, I needed to pay for an extra person and breakfast for that person. This went smoothly. However, for the entire week of my stay, it was never noted that a third person was paid for, hence on day 3 or so, I was asked to pay again for the third person's breakfast. This was quickly resolved by a visit to the reception, but shows a lack of communication between staff maybe?

Room: great size, beautiful bathroom with bathtub, we even had a balcony facing the sea Breakfast: amazing, a lot of different options including omelettes made on request Pool: there are 2, a heated closed one and an open one with infinite border. Both are great Staff: always kind and ready to help. They even found some clothes we forgot in a drawer and informed us in time before we left Malta Bonus: the dinner in the ground floor restaurant was incredible. 10/10!

The location is not bad but it's not perfect. You need a ~8 min walk to get to the beach and roughly the same amount of time to access public transport.

Breakfast buffet was excellent; wide range of foods and well stocked. Room service was reliable and friendly (e.g. a turn down service each evening) The restaurant on level 9 has well appointed rooms and a team of friendly and professional staff. Food there was excellent. We ate in the hotel most nights as we felt the food was good value for money and delicious. They had themed buffet menus so there were different foods to try out in small portions, with seconds allowed!

Some wear and tear in the room needed addressing, e.g. a broken table top, and a broken motorised blind. Air conditioning in the room was not as powerful as it could be so some nights were a little too warm.

The hotel was immaculate and the staff were so friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The room was very comfortable, with plenty of space to unpack our suitcases for our 2 week stay. we were given a lovely room with a balcony with a sea view which was a nice surprise. The breakfast was great, with lots of choice and refilled quickly. Rooftop pool and bar was something special with great views over the island, particularly to Valletta.

Only a couple of points: - The aircon in the gym seemed to be broken until our last day. It was very humid and sweaty in there! - It would be great to reduce the plastic in the room. Perhaps having a fixed shower gel dispenser in the shower rather than small bottles

A very good hotel, a very good value for money ratio. Excellent breakfast and dinner, way over our expectations. Proper hotel room, clear and spacious. In theory, the connection with the old city of Valletta is very simple, unfortunately the bad weather did not allow the small ferry to depart, so we had to use the bus and we lost around 30min per day. If you are looking for a good hotel, with excellent meals, this is the place to stay! If you have limited time to visit Malta (1-2 days only), keep in mind that the crowded streets of Malta will cost you daily a minimum 30 min extra to reach the hotel.

We liked the facilities, the very spacious family room in a quiet location. It's 5 minute walk away from the ferry to Valetta and near shops, restaurants, cafes etc. The restaurants of the hotel are very good and a nice option if the weather does not allow you to go anywhere else. The staff is very friendly but not at the level of professionalism of a 5 star hotel...it's more like a 4 star hotel. The breakfast is fresh and has got many options but not something very special. The rooftop swimming pool is really nice.

We just did not like the fact that the air condition is connected between the rooms and if someone in other rooms put it on sun mode your system will be affected too... However the maintenance guy did his best and tried to fix it.

The hotel is superb on every level. The staff is professional and all amenities are up to highest standards. I would highly recommend this hotel for business people and families with children. There is 2 pools, one outside and one inside. The outside one is on the top floor from which position you have a wonderful view of Valleta and bay and Sliema skyline. Inside pool and sauna were at highest level of cleanliness. We didn't use the top floor pool as I was visiting during winter. Hotel also offers fitness and spa. Staff was wonderful and always willing to help. 10/10 experience!

The hotel is wonderful. Situated on a quiet street in Silema with walking distance to the local beaches, centre of Silema, restaurants, bars, etc. Easy walk to ferry to Valletta as well. The staff are exception and will go above and beyond to help (special shout out to Zohaib Mukhtar who was amazingly helpful, knowledgeable, & friendly!) Breakfast has everything you might want and more and it is a very relaxed atmosphere unlike other where it can feel like survival of the fittest until a deadline. Pool on the rooftop has amazing views of Silema and Valletta and plenty of loungers and shade not to feel crowded. Would definitely come back!

All hotel staffs are friendly, look happy, and enjoy their jobs. High speed wifi is stable. A clean room, good accommodations, and fantastic view. We had a dinner at the rooftop restaurant seeing sunset,and the chef special is super reasonable because of one bottle of wine and water come with if you are a couple.

The tour agency booth is at the reception. Hopon-hopoff bus is terrible. Too hot, no airconditioned, and the driver drives a bus while opening the door. Is it legal? The hotel should not recommend the agency because the hotel reliability goes down.

Based on my expierence the hotel was amazing. We get the traditional maltese welcome drink during chekin. Family suite surprised with the size of the bed. It was about 2.4 meters width :D and comfortable (not noisy) sofa bed also comfortable and large. All the time the room was and around was very quiet, great for the rest with family. Outdoor pool and lounge view at 9 flow was was amazing. During our two nights stay we enjoyed of this hotel and large family room.

We only was disappointed of a water in the pool. It wass to cold for family (a hotel before, has warm water). But the indoor pool was comfortable with warm water.
