Loved the building and it’s architecture. Lots of light in the rooms nice balconies. The staff is efficient and kind. The 2 sisters, the lady who does the cleaning was very thorough keeps everything spotless, her sister prepares great breakfasts. (Best breakfasts I’ve ever had in a Youth hostel). Keep it up!
There are only 2 showers for the women one of which needs fixing. Netflix is great! However, when used elsewhere, impossible to watch. Perhaps programming the account for each of the locations would unavailable all to watch.

Very good location, nice and friendly staff, speaking english. Very simple but comfortable room with independent entrance.
Each day the room was cleaned with some agressive chlorine detergent, smelling really ugly. Before sleeping, it was necessary to ventilate for several hours with the door wide open, and during this time we sat in the courtyard. The breakfast without meat or cheese, no eggs, no milk, no crema to coffee. Only bread and jam, tea, black coffee and juice.

Location is very good, private rooms and bathrooms are big, very clean and comfortable (there is also a desk if you have to work). The shared kitchen is also very big as well as the lounge. Cute decoration and beautiful terraces when you have a private room (shared and private rooms are in two different buildings, but directly in front of each other).
Nothing, I would definitely come back and recommend this hostel to everyone!

I enjoyed my stay at this place. It’s a chill place to relax and meet people, as well as to come and go. The staff are friendly and helpful, the kitchen is supplied good, the self serve breakfast was nice, the bathrooms and showers are convenient. The beds were comfortable and clean with good ventilation The location was good, not far from the centre or the market, tram, or metro I would stay here again
I found it hard to put my little lock on the provided storage box which was annoying for me and more noise than I wanted to make I didn’t like wearing a wrist band but I took it off and just showed it to the camera when needed and that worked I like the privacy curtains on the bunks, but it was okay without them.

I was on the other side of the street in the private rooms. The area was kept clean, you could have room cleaning daily if wanted. It was nice and quiet during my time there and there was a useable kitchen for cooking. The staff was awesome and there was great tours offered through the Hostel that are definitely worth booking. There is plenty of food choices, and a decent market within walking distance. Also within walking distance there is plenty of things to explore being in Centro Historico. I would highly recommend This place if you’re an adventurous traveler and don’t mind hostel style lodging.
I cant really pin-point anything I didn’t like.

Great location being 5 mins walk into the main square. We stayed in the building opposite in a private room and there were some lovely spaces there with nice courtyards and a kitchen. There was good variety at breakfast, yogurts, fruits, toast, granola and sweet treats. The staff were great, we had a really fun night out with them and they were informative when we enquired about Guadalajara. We also thoroughly enjoyed the walking tour.
Our room was exceptionally hot but they did provide a fan. The bed wasn’t the comfiest.

As a hostel, it's sanitary level is comparable to that of a 4-star/5 star hotel. The pantry, bedroom and bathroom are always kept in good condition by their staff. Staff are very nice and proactive to help. Bed is comfortable with stainless bedsheet and pillow. I especially like the common space where you can access to strong wifi coverage, comfortable sofa, variety of music and decent home-feeling atomosphere. Not to mention the location is so close to all famous tourist spots in centro, all are in walkable distance. Point to note: the walking tours are highly recommended. Local guides are super knowledgeable and willing to share their city's history and culture. One day tour to Tequila is worthwhile too(provided you are Spanish speaker) Overall, 10 out of 10, more than your expectation.
In male washroom, only one tap was working. Water temperature of bathroom is a bit difficult to adjust.

Staff was very friendly, and helpful above and beyond expectations. The location was great for exploring Guadalajara, and the hostel was kept clean. Showers had hot water and wifi was stable and fast throughout my stay.
The one major minus was the lack of air conditioning, which I knew about before booking but didn't think was needed. The humidity made the nights feel warmer than the temperature indicated, and having the balcony door open let in mosquitoes. The fan helped but I still got bit a lot trying to sleep. If not for this situation I would've rated the hostel a 10. In cooler months this wouldn't be an issue.

The private ensuite was quite, clean and worth every penny.
Location was in a sketchy neighborhood, After 8pm, everything in the area is closed and becomes scary. The hostel in this location has two buildings, one has all the dorms and the other has all the private. I had a private ensuite room which was nice, clean and quiet. However, all social gatherings were in the main building and had to cross the sketchy street. Hostel didn't really endeavor to have social activities either. The main gathering area felt a bit gloomy, unfortunately didn't make any good friends, only met annoying characters 😆 who kept chasing me on all tours 😁, which is a part of hostel life. I'd stay at some other hostel in Col Americana area next time.

Great Hostel! Beautiful inside the common areas in traditional Mexican style. Stayed in a private room which is in a building directly across the street from the dormitory area of hotel. The private rooms area had 2 roof top patios that were relaxing and beautiful. Also, has a kitchen and fridge to use. Had to go to the dorm building for reception services and breakfast which was no big deal. I liked that the private rooms were separate from the main area, less people and more relaxing! Breakfast is simple with fruit, toast, juice and cereal and coffee. They offer various events on different days (some free and some with a cost). We did the free walking tour which was worth it to see different things in Guadalajara Centro. The tequila and beers at the bar at the end was the best part! Overall a great hostel which is central to everything!
