The location was fantastic, it was close to the Cathedral that you could walk there within 4 minutes. You also have other restaurants to dine out near here, as well as a Oxxo in front of the hotel which was super convenient. The food served at the restaurant was great as well and accessible. What I really enjoyed at my stay was that this facility was close to all the main points of the city. It was also clean and in a safe area which was a plus. I would recommend this hotel to others.

My only negative would be the drainage system. Whenever you flushed the toilet or opened the faucet to clean your hands a funky smell came out. It appears the drainage system is outdated and needs to be replaced. But this did not affect my stay here nor, keep me from ever returning again.

The location was close to the big market, downtown, museums, bus stops, hundreds of restaurants and shops near, our room didn’t have windows so there was no noise and complete darkness, perfect for me but it depends how fragile is your sleep.

Is clean, is not perfect because is not a five stars hotel, you got what you paid for, clean towels ( they looked old ), they clean the room every day, friendly staff.

Everything was perfect for the 3 nights we stayed. location, was perfect access to everything happening around down town GDL. We chose breakfast in our reservation, for we wouldn't have to worry about another meal so early before we started our day. A variety of options to choose from, not your traditional continental breakfast. Staff were all friendly, clean facility

The first night our room was warm, and the AC did not work well. We asked the front desk, and they apologized for the situation, providing us with two fans as the hotel was booked and no rooms were available at that moment. However, the next day, moved us to another room and resolved our issue. We then felt more comfortable and grateful for their assistance, and we enjoyed our stay.

The location was excellent! The breakfast and service from all of the employees were outstanding!

When we arrived, there was a strong smell of paint thinner near our room. Also, the cleaning staff filled up their mop buckets outside of our room each morning and drug the buckets across the concrete which made a lot of noise while we were trying to sleep.

Nothing much, though the staff need to me a bit more meticulous when it comes to shower gel, and soap etc and ensure they are full not empty when you first arrive in the room. The hotel needs a bit of a refurb, I’ve stayed in many Holiday Inns for work and leisure and this is the drabbest one I’ve stayed in.

The location of this facility was excellent. The staff was friendly and ptofessional. The room eas clean, and the bed was large and comfortable. The restaurant was open early in the mornong until 10:30 pm. The food was fresh and there was seleccion of food.

I love the location, just a couple of blocks away from the cathedral and other attractions. Also the staff are very friendly and helpful, love how comfortable those beds and pillows are.

It was a little tough to sleep at night because the AC didn't seem cold enough at certain hours. Also I requested 4 towels(there were only 3 of us) and I had to keep reminding them every evening. Overall, it was pleasant.

The room was not prepared properly for covid safety clean standards. Old kleenex box almost empty.. toilet paper riolls half. Hair on floor from previous guests. Please remive your hallwall dirty carpets..and on tye stairs.. black marble sinks look dirty.. The 2nd day maid was very attentuve.. food levels have decreased. But very affordable.. very few english tv channels.. great place just a few qualitt issues..

How friendly everyone was. Great service from our arrival to our departure. Went above and beyond in making my diabetic mom as comfortable as possible.
