Clean, Charming, Cute, Great Location. The Staff (all of them) were absolutely outstanding. Our rooms were clean as a whistle. Staff spoke English & Spanish. Sooo happy we decided to go here (again) instead of being stuck to the beach with some 'all-inclusive'. 100% recommend staying here. There was a little fridge in the room, and a patio with a hammock. Literally steps away from some of the best food you could ask for. Walk to the beach is 'give or take' 3 min? (Which is literally nothing lol). Our friends who 'wanted to be beachfront' got it, but they each paid like 6x the price of this place that we did for two people. In my books: friendly staff, welcoming, charming, and proximity to the public buses that take you to the 'secret waterfalls' and 'secret hikes' and 'secret beaches' (10 pesos each way per person) are a block-ish away? Recommend.
My significant other was kind of annoying (lol), but other than that - nothing bad to say about this gem.

It was a great spot that I would definetly come back to. Clean room, bathroom was super pretty, and air conditioning. The staff was great. From the greeting to the check-out, we were always pleased with the nice front staff and cleaning lady. We ended up having an extra person join us on this trip and they were so nice to get us a sofa bed and only charge us $300 pesos per night extra which was super cheap. The place is on a great location. Everything is super close. Lots of food spots, grocery stores, and the malecon was so close. I really recommend it.
The outside noise. It was right next to a restaurant/bar so all night there was music. Nothing bad for us since we knew that for the price, there could be something.

Excellent location, close to everything, and the beach was only a 10-minute walk away. The room was large and had two outdoor areas. Airconditioning was fabulous. The shower was very big and had great water pressure.
There was a lot of noise from the street traffic as the hotel is on a corner with a traffic light. Cars and buses would sit and idle for a couple of minutes at a time and some of it could be loud until at least midnight. The wi-fi dropped out quite a few times and this was difficult as I was doing some remote working at the time. However, when it was working, it was great.

i liked the location, it was close to everything, that's why I picked it. the room was large and the bed was large. it was curteous that complimentary water was included, and it was handy to have a fridge in the room. You can borrow an iron from the front desk which is handy. and the housekeeper I had was a older middle-aged lady and she was so so nice. Unfortunately I got food poisoning and I had to ask her to clean up the bed linen and she did it with genuine care and sympathy, it was really heartwarming.
i was on the top floor and the ceiling was a little... makeshift. parts of it were covered with builder's plastic tarp, which would flap in the wind at night and sounded like someone was breaking in or an animal was on the roof. You could hear everything, and this made me a little uneasy. This is purely bad luck but the guests downstairs had kids that wouldn't stop screaming bloody murder, so you heard it constantly. Worth noting that there is no elevator or ramp, so those with accessibility issues I simply don't recommend staying here, as you will struggle.

overall excellent, everything worked fine for my purposes and I enjoyed staying there the price was great and location as well
there were some type of tiny bugs in my room so I gave the rating a reduced happy face for cleanliness. I understand it could be hard to manage pests like such but it was getting all over my belongings. also the power kept going out.

Staff - every single one is so friendly! I enjoyed speaking with and dealing with every single person, from the front desk to the cleaning crew. Facilities - this is an old building, but all electronics, tv, internet, micro, fridge, are all new. This is an old building, but this is an old part of the city, so it is rare to get new upgrades like here. Cleanliness - you cannot ask for better. It is so clean, from the front door to the patio. Comfort - The mattress was obviously new, very comfy, and even though it was very hot outside, I never turned on the ac, it was so cool inside. Location - This depends on what you are looking for. I was here for work, but this is a great place for clubs, restaurants, etc. And my room was very quiet even though it is a busy street. I was here during the last hurricane, so I will not comment on internet or power, all of my friends that live here had issues, and now, the internet is 100$. This is a very cool place to stay.
Nothing. Nothing here disappointed me, and for the value, it is probably the best place to stay in Puerto Vallarta.

No breakfast included in price. The location was great in the Romantic Zone of PV. great taco stand across the street. The taxi stand was across the street.
It was a bit loud because of the night life in PV. It didn't have an elevator so I had to drag my heavy suitcase up the stairs.

Hotel room was nice and big, clean bathroom with a nice shower. Ac was ice cold. Closed off interior balcony as well as an outdoor balcony overlooking the street. Wifi worked well, front desk staff was helpful and always had a smile. Grocery store and corner store right across the street and endless bars and restaurants around. Would recommend as a budget hotel
Room was noisy as the bed was right beside the balcony and above a bus stop. For us the noise was no problem as it was a constant noise, not random bursts of noise. Bed was harder than I would have liked but again no problem. Cable TV was 99% in spanish. Would recommend as a budget hotel

Great value and in a very good location for a last minute booking. Check in was smooth and safe and the hospitality was very good. I had a lower suite and it had a separate living room. The king size bed was comfortable and it was very clean. The living room space was great.
Nothing, but I wish they had TV’s in the living rooms!! Nothing fancy, just like an inexpensive 30 inch and a Roku would be a big upgrade for not much cost, but I’d still stay here again for certain. it’s all 5 stars from me.
