This is a really unique place. It is a hotel which doubles as a coworking space. As such, it also seems to have the vibe of a wellness retreat. In so many ways it can be considered a five star property. I found the rooms to be literally perfect and was extremely impressed. I loved the decor, and the bed and facilities were completely comfortable. The staff is accommodating, friendly and helpful. I also got a lot of work done as the place is spacious and can get very quiet. The facilities are top notch.

Any place has some flaws or things we would change. I was just too comfortable here to notice. Some might find the washrooms in the smaller rooms a little compact but this also makes them easy to keep clean. There also isn't air conditioning directly inside the room, however, the rooms are still cooled and comfortable, while leaving the door open for a few minutes can bring the temperature down further as the hallways are very cool.

Location right in Zona Romantica and down town Puerto Vallarta where all attractions are. The hotel is by Rio Cuale so the rooms by the river are specially charming. Hotel’s gym fully equiped. Rooms are clean and very new, nicely furnished and with AC. And the personal is very helpful. I forgot my mobile in my room and Alexis helped me to get it back at the airport. Many Thanks. I really recommend the hotel and I will stay there next time in Puerto Vallarta.

All was very good.

The location is in the Romantic zone where you can easily get to restaurants, beach and river Cuale. It's also a safe area to walk as a women. Staff was friendly and very supportive throughout our stay. The suite room is spacious and was next to a river which was a very nice place to relax. The kitchen is a chef's dream and is fully equipped with tools and basic cooking essential. There was a water dispenser in the kitchen which was so helpful given that tap water is not recommended. The wifi worked great for remote working, there was a smart tv and the laundry and dryer were great. The hot tub was hot enough and comfortable. The staff was also able to securely accommodate our luggage after checking out.

The shower would fluctuate often between warm and cold water which was a bit inconvenient as we would rush to finish the shower before the cold water would come in. Also there were a couple of times we had to remind the staff about a request for housekeeping/extra blankets/new water dispenser but it worked out well in the end.

The location is killer: you can walk to the beach or the malecón in minutes. The nearby cafes are fantastic! AND for us poor cold loving Canadians the a/c was impeccable. I recommend upgrading to a river front room. For the difference in price it is worth it. We saw iguanas on our balcony and tons of different local birds on the river.

My only single complaint is that the walls are very thin. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper, because you’re going to hear everything that happens in the hallway.

I really liked this hotel. As soon as you walked in, you k re it was special. Clean , modern, welcoming. The river view room was small but beds were amazing !! Six con was efficient and quiet. Towels were fluffy and great hot water. Location was awesome.

I liked everything about the place. Two minor recommendations.. it woukd be fabulous if there was a small bar fridge in the room. Also a talker lip in the shower to catch the water.

Stayed at this location for nine days and the stay was exceptional. Staff was very friendly, services were awesome, location was great, right across from the street from a bar, store and restaurant. Also right next to a bus stop if needed. Price was also reasonable for 9 days. All in all, great hotel, would recommend for any traveler.

This is more of a nitpick, but the shower and bathroom were opposite from each other instead of one single room, more of a preference thing.

Loved this hotel--nice cotton sheets and towels, nice hot shower, filtered hot and cold water, friendly staff. It was nice to have an expanse outside the large sliding glass doors--sometimes hearing music from the shops on the island on the other side of the river, in a good way. There's an amazing pottery store just down the street (go opposite the bridge) and a wonderful coffee shop/bar a couple of block away. Check out the street food where the bus turns the corner--Irma is wonderful and so is her food. It's another city when you're away from the beach.

I honestly can't think of anything. Everything was more than I expected.

This is a nice smaller hotel with very clean rooms, very quite area of town. If you know Puerto Vallarta at all you know there are some spots that can get pretty noisy, this is not one of them, with a nice view over the river and far enough away from the party area to not hear it, but close enough to walk a couple short blocks to world class food and drinks.

The size of the rooms are mostly enough but could have been a tiny bit bigger, supper clean and nicely decorated, but on the smaller side.

Even though I was supposed to be on vacation, I brought my laptop to do a little work. The WiFi was great. I'm glad that I brought my laptop because I ended up using it to book excursions while I was there. If I had to work remotely in PVR, this would be the place to do it. The location was perfect for what I wanted to do. Having a riverside room was so relaxing. Listening to the river while I drifted to sleep was heaven. But the best part about staying at this place, is the staff. Alejandro, checked me in and was able to decipher my rambling when I first arrived. I was so tired from the plane ride that I am sure I wasn't making much sense. During the rest of my stay, he was very welcoming and we had some nice conversations. Experiences like these are what make a stay more enjoyable. Instead of feeling like I was staying at a hotel, it felt more like staying at a friend's or staying with family. That's nice for a solo traveler like myself.

What did I not like? Not sure if there was anything that stuck out enough for me to comment about it. But if I had to pick something, I cannot think of anything. Sorry. I enjoyed my stay too much. Turtles. I needed some extra characters to complete this box.

Staff was very personable, taking their time to answer my questions and engage in interesting conversation. Location was ideal, next to river and across the street from a cabaret that I went to, and only a few short blocks away from the Malecón. Because it was a workspace, they had an area upstairs with large tables in a naturally lit room with purified water dispenser, fridge and microwave. I didn’t indulge in the jacuzzi but the room where it’s located is nice enough.

Everything was fine, no complaints. No room for improvement.
