We loved that it was very close to everything. Clean and service was great. Carlos and Norman were great, they made sure that we got information for the tours, every morning and evening was great to see them greed us and asking if we needed anything, if we were happy. They made sure my kids enjoyed the pool, always making sure they had enough towels. I would go back just for their great service to us made feel at home! Great breakfast!!! No loud noise’s!!! Very relaxing place!!!

Maybe a little more effort on fixing bathrooms a little mold but understandable do to heat and no bathroom ventilation. Pool needs lights for night!

A nice, pretty and very central hotel, where we felt comfortable, safe and welcome. The staff was very attentive, including guidance with the tricky task of parking the cars in the small patio.

The only window of our room lead to the hallway - it was properly secured, seperated by a glass door and there was daylight, but the bathroom window of another room was just opposite. The guests of that other room happened to get up very early, so we woke up to their bathroom noises emerging around two meters from our bed. Keeping the window closed was not an option either since the air was going bad quickly otherwise. Also our bathroom had no window, just an air vent. All of this was not the case for the other rooms of our party and a bit disappointing for a hotel of this standard.

Such a beautiful place, the room and facilities in general were great. Only downside is that the walls are a little bit thin so privacy is a little bit compromised but other than that it was great. Staff was super nice and they let us stay a bit longer in the common areas after out check out.

Walls are a little bit to thin so you can hear everything that happens in the rooms around, hallways and the pool area.

The location and overall aesthetic was very nice. We never felt unsafe. The view from the balconies is noteworthy. The rooms are spacious enough. The bathrooms are well-ventilated while the room itself is dark. There is a full coffee maker in the room and 2 bottles of water. The pool area is quiet, clean and relaxing. The AC in the rooms work well and the staff is very friendly and helpful even to guests who struggle with Spanish.

The hotel is amazing and a perfect location! Juanita was so helpful with everything, including finding a private driver to take us to Peña de Bernal and 3 wineries. I don't like tours and we speak Spanish so having a guide was not what we wanted or needed. Our driver was amazing, and we got to pick and choose our destinations. The hotel has a pool and beautiful terrace. There is no food on site but so many delicious places to eat nearby, so it was absolutely no issue.

The property was beautiful. Everything you could want in an old colonial mansion but with subtle modern touches. Irma, at reception was exceptional. She took her time to talk with you and answer any questions. Denise was also lovely with her bubbly personality, and eager to help. Rooms are not very large but well appointed, clean and comfortable. The location right in the historic center was fantastic. Short walk to restaurants, shopping, and public squares where you can sit and just enjoy Queretaro.

The most professional, attentive and kind staff you’ll meet. Facility is comfortable, beautiful.

Wish there was more parking options but in this colonial, downtown center, the 1800’s were not designed for cars in that way so it’s part of the charm. Uber and Walking about works just fine.

My fiancee and I have stayed in several hotels in el centro so far and we liked this one the best. It was a spacious, comfortable room with a large TV and good wifi (important as we watched movies and played my Switch). Also had a mini-fridge, which was nice.

The staff was friendly rooms were very clean. The cleaning staff was very attentive . The location is excellent. Breakfast vouchers were available to use at the restaurant across the street

So clean! The staff was very kind. Loved the lobby and the pool. Amazing walkable location. Comfy beds and a/c, complimentary water and coffee. The included breakfast at patio Santiago across the street was fantastic too! Such good value.
