The breakfast was incredible!! The food is so good in Queretaro that’s saying a lot about how delicious the breakfast and coffee are. King beds, quiet room (even though we chose the room right on the street!!!) AC, wonderful location, Eduardo made reservations for us at Sayil restaurant (amazing!!) the night we got in, the beds and linens were wonderful and everything was so clean! Casa Once has old world charm combined with all the modern luxuries that make a wonderful stay. I couldn’t recommend Casa Once more than I do! Go!! You’ll love it!

this is a boutique hotel, it has two establishments a few blocks from each other. we stayed as a group in one of the houses. it was gorgeous, it’s a huge house with 8 rooms surrounding a open air patio with light stone walls, climbing flowers and a gurgling fountain. Casa Once is in the center of Queretaro, walking distance to churches, restaurants, shops, tours, the place is attended by a staff that serves you in the patio breakfast a la carte included with your stay. Eduardo, the manager is available 24/7, and he will help you with any needs, shuttles, info. the rooms are all different and beautiful. the water is purified, so showers and drinking are safe. the mattresses are so comfortable and the sheets dreamy.

as a boutique hotel, there is no room service and no parking, but Eduardo knows places where you can park at better rates. if not in high season, you will not have trouble finding parking in the street. it’s quite safe

Casa Once is located on a quiet street off the main square of Queretaro. Eduardo, the manager, was so accomodating and cordial. The room advertised on Booking.com that we booked faced the street. It wasn't private and although it was a nice room we requested a change. Eduardo gave us another master bedroom which was quite lovely. The bed is excellent, super comfortable. The staff is so friendly and the breakfast is excellent. We had chilaquiles and pancakes. Highly recommend.

I'm not sure if this was a booking.com issue or Casa Once. THe room advertised as a master suite faces the street. People walking the street can literally look into your room! This is not visible in the photos and therefore misleading. I think this should be made clear and the price adjusted accordingly.

Service was great, staff really friendly and place was truly nice. I will book again when I return to Queretaro in the near future! Cleanliness was superior. Location can't be surpassed. I loved my stay in such a nice, quiet and comfortable hotel. Now I know that there is an extension of the hotel around the corner with a swimming pool.

Warm water in the shower comes out rather late which causes a significant amount of the precious liquid being wasted

Not a pool on the premise, must go down the street to their other location to sit in the very small pool.

It’s a beautiful, quiet, private and cozy place. The room was amazing, great taste, comfortable and clean. Staff were attentive and polite… very nice!!! And to top it all, the breakfast was yummy!!!

They have two buildings a block away from each other so if you want to go to the pool and your room is on the other building you have to leave the premises in order to get to the pool

it’s laid back. We instantly relaxed. The staff were warm and friendly and though our Spanish is weak, it was easy to communicate with them. such lovely people! They went out of their way to make it easy for us to enjoy ourselves.

Honestly? Nothing. We loved it all. Casa Once is an excellent fit for laid back people.

Location, attentive and friendly staff, and the owner makes you feel welcome. He is always reachable and willing to assist you. We were able to have a late check out due to unexpected circumstances. This hotel includes delicious and fulfilling breakfasts; if you are not a big eater, you can easily skip lunch after having breakfast at Casa Once. Every area of this beautiful hotel is spotless. We fully recommend it, but if you like the upper luxury chain hotels, then you may find that it is not for you.

We couldn't find anything that could change the exceptional rating. Keep in mind that this is a Boutique hotel and some services/facilities are not the same as large hotels.

The breakfast was excellent. We were given orange juice and coffee. The coffee was very good. Additionally, we had a choice of cook to order hot breakfast dishes along with yogurt/fruit. It was a great way to start our day. Also, our room was spacious and well lit with a very comfortable room.

Wonderful luxurious space. The breakfast was excellent, a tranquil getaway in the midst of Queretaro's historic center. Easy walk to a plaza filled with restaurants.
