Nice location. Lovely swimming area at the end of the dock. Room was clean and the A/C was plenty cool! Great water pressure and temp in the shower. Friendly staff.

It feels like it’s an old office building? Like you’re going into a space with a dentist office, a tax accountant, and one or two other small practices. It really feels like you’re staying in a place that wasn’t meant to be a hotel. Our door opened directly to the lobby, and that felt strange.

Amazing property. Lovely people working there. Very hospitable and helpful.

There was no Wi-Fi in the rooms and they seemed a bit like they were still under construction, the shower needed tiling and you could see through the floor to the forest floor, so maybe add some flooring and close the gaps between the thatched roof and the walls so less bugs get in. A mini fridge and 5 gallon a bottle of potable water with a dispenser would be nice additions to the room as well.

The location is prime, we where able to park the car and go for a nice walk to the main town square and enjoy the afternoon. The access to the lagoon is perfect and there's a lot of privacy. Also, the breakfast was fantastic.

the breakfast was very basic nothing fancy as staying in a hotel but really good taste, the service they provide is excellent. I would definitely recommend this place. the workers are so nice and very helpful . the location is very good close to the downtown

that they would have air condition where you have breakfast because it was so hot and lot of mosquitos

Breakfast could be improved upon During my stay, heavy construction work was taking place on the neighbouring parcel. I would have rather woke up to the sound of birds then to power tools. Obviously this is not the fault of the owner, mostly bad luck.

The Place was easy to find, the receptionist quickly opened the gate for us at any time and was really friendly. The Room was super clean and had complimentary water as well as shampoo/conditioner/shower gel/body lotion/soap. The small pool was clean and we enjoyed cooling down in it. We especially loved the little pier onto the lake. Perfect to see an incredible sunrise from the little swing or the hammock! We also loved the hammock in the shade just right at the Beach Front. The Center of the town and a few nice restaurants are in walking distance. Go by foot and enjoy the street art!

The only thing we didn’t fully like was that the breakfast includes only contained a small, but delicious, plate of fruits and either coffee or orange juice. You could additionally order freshly made dishes: * eggs with ham * eggs with bacon * Mexican eggs * hot cakes (pancakes) * flour tortillas with cheese * flour tortillas with ham and cheese * bowl of cereal (like choco pops, fruit loops, etc) at 60pesos each, except cereal for 30pesos The dishes were worth their price though! Also, not a real negative point, but as we read in one of the comments, that kayaks are available and there was a „kayak“ sign at the lake front, we were a bit bummed about not finding any kayaks.

I liked everything about this place, the attention you receive at this place is unbelievable Pepe is the best host ever!!!

I visited April 2021 the lagoon was still recovering but it was still beautiful. I can’t wait to go back.

Great peaceful place, lake front and being able to go swimming in the lake. Terraces in the room also were great. Rooms are very spacious, clean and nice. Staff makes you feel at home. Good location to walk to places, restaurants, etc.
