A well located hotel with lovely staff. It was only a few minutes to the nearest public pier for swimming in the lake, close to restaurants and a 15 minute walk to the bus station. My room was comfortable with a fridge and safe for valuables. There is a small pool on the roof which was great for cooling off. I booked my pontoon boat trip with the hotel and the cost was cheaper than the prices offered by the sellers on the street and I was picked up and returned to the hotel too.

When I arrived at the hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I arrived earlier than check in time, but they made it ready in no time. I asked for places and they helped me with all the questions and gave me suggestions. Room was nice and clean. Comfortable bed with good wifi.

Breakfast could have been better. Little choices of food. Pool didn’t really look clean, so I didn’t go in there. Room’s window was right next to someone’s roof, so when I opened the curtains, there were people next to my window. Didn’t feel the privacy. Stayed with curtains closed.

Very clean, good location near the water, but far enough that the moquisitoes were not a problem. The staff were great, we stayed a week the staff tryed to change the breakfast a little every day. the breakfast was simple but very tasty. Not far from the main town square, walking distance, with lots of cute restaurants nearby. Very quiet area, even with Mexican Holy week. Highly recommend this place. We come back.

There is no elevator, so if you have problems with stairs the pool and lounge area are on the top floor. The only other thing was that the pool didn't appear to be cleaned often. It wasn't dirty, just the filter never ran. No coffee maker in room.

The hotel stays in an excellent location in a quiet part of the town, close to the beach and not so far from the town center. Both the house and the room are very clean. They clean it up daily. The staff is very frendly and helpfull. Breakfast - Excellent! Great choice, you can eat as much as you wants - eggs with bacon or vegetable, beans, toasts, stuffed omelette, pancakes, müssli, joghurt, fruits, coffee, milk, tea, juice. We really recommend the hotel!

I can honestly say that this place is a tranquil gem. The family run business is very cared for and they are eager to help you. The rooms are clean, fresh and comfy. The breakfast is a lovely fresh buffet. The pool area and relaxing terrace overlooks the lake and is peaceful. Quiet are to stay as no road noise. Overall a great stay. However it is a 10 minute walk to the epistle. Which didn’t bother us, but thought I would let potential people wanting to stay know.

The rooms were clean with plenty of towels and comfortable beds. The breakfast was amazing! We also enjoyed the rooftop view for relaxing and watching the sunrise. The public access point to the lagoon is very close or you can use the boardwalk for about a peso. This is definitely worth doing - watch for the alligator in the reserve area!

It's no fault of the hotel but there is a lot of outside noise - both from construction next door and a happy rooster! I typically wear earplugs anyway for sleeping so this didn't bother me at all but it's something to be aware of.

Small beautiful and clean hotel complex with courtyard, located a bit away from the big hustle and bustle. But restaurants and also the center (castle) is within 5-15min walking distance. Very helpful staff. Only stairs, no elevator. Refrigerator in the room. Bathroom with shower. Breakfast is served on the roof terrace, there is also a small pool. View from the roof terrace reaches to the lagoon.

Parking is available only publicly on the street and often occupied, then it can be difficult to find a free parking space nearby.

Location is great, only a block and so away from the lagoon and a couple blocks away from the ecological public entrance. There is a nice rooftop area with sun loungers, tables, rooftop pool, and it is where they serve a great breakfast! Common courtyard on the ground level with a water cooler for guest use was great. Each level of the hotel has an inside common area to hang out in. The staff were great

The mini fridge in our room is super old felt like it was overheating and had to wear earplugs at night it was so loud

The location was great only a block walk down to the boardwalk and a couple more block to the ecological entrance to the lagoon. The included breakfast was great! Hotel has a nice rooftop pool as well as sun loungers and tables

We showed staff lightbulbs in our rooms that were burnt out and needed to change- as the rooms were in the courtyard so quite dark, but they never did. courtyard rooms are quite noisy as it’s a meeting place for groups before they left the hotel- not a bad idea to bring earplugs
