I came for dental work and this hotel was right accross from my dental office. It is a budget hotel for sure when compared to other places I have stayed in Cancun but it was VERY clean and safe.

My wife tried to bring a beer in (bought next door at the store) and security made her pour it out. We thought that was strange but we understand rules are rules and they have a no exception policy with alcohol of any kind.

Everything was super clean, the service was great, the people attended everything properly and the relation between price and quality exceeded all my family expectations.

We were moved to another room because the door of one room was failing, but we were not notified about that, so in an initial point of time we thought we were robbed. It was a misunderstanding that can be avoided with proper communication.

Not much choice of food for breakfast, mostly sugary dry cereal, no eggs or cheese or whole wheat bread. And no kettle to make tea (plus no tea bags in sight, as promised). And very far from the city's restaurants. Would have needed to take a bus.

Excellent location, just 10 to 15 minutes on a bus R1 or R2 from Cocobongo and from Embarcadero which takes you to diffent tours including Isla Mujeres. A close by mall that has all short of shops, from food to clothing stores. You can also by tour tickets here. A car and bike hire just around the corner and restaurants and clubs 5 minutes walk. The rooms are beautiful, clean and comfortable, all staff was always very helpful and would go out the way to help if needed. I definatelly recommend this hotel. Excellent! Everything was simply great!

We stayed here for 1 night before we flew home after a 2 week holiday around Yucatan. It was a good location, close to the ADO bus terminal and the airport was only 20 mins in a taxi. There was great restaurants around the hotel where we had dinner and breakfast. There is also a nearby shopping mall. The hotel itself is very clean and has all you need. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff was kind and tentative, hotel is in a great location, room was clean and updated as well as the rest of the hotel.

Liked everything, but do wear earplugs as it is located in a central avenue, lots traffic noise.

Location was good - walking distance to avenue for bus R1 (frequent local bus service to "zona hoteliera" and white sand - Playa Blanca of Cancun) - just walk about 5 minutes to city center direction. Breakfast is included in the room rate although it is not mentioned on the BOOKING.COM. Breakfast could be better, it consists only from tea, coffee, diluted juice, cereals and some sweet buns. Some cheap eateries you can find on the next R1 bus stop (direction to center of Cancun).

Breakfast could be better. Like all over Mexico some of the staff could improve their English. In some cases the only possible communication is only in Spanish.

The room was clean. The beds were done daily, as well towels exchange and floor/bathroom cleaning

There was no fridge in a room and in the country like Mexico it was a huge minus. The breakfast was very simple but also limited. They serve breakfast 6 to 11 am, but sometimes they were running our of food and drinks by 9 am. The room was clean in general and you could see the effort to make it attractive, but the doors were always dirty with finger prints, and dust on the surfaces haven't been addressed.

it was super clean and big room compared to the price . location was good as i wanted to be at the downtown to feel safe and there was a bus stop 2 mins walking from the hotel that takes you to hotel zone that has everything

And it was. No complaints at all. For the price excellent. Good sized, very clean room. Looked newly decorated. Pool area and common area spotless. Staff always smiling and ready to assist. Free coffee (good) and basic snack ‘til 11:00. Near busy road, could be a problem for some but didn’t bother us. Eats and drinks around, large shopping centre 5 minutes on foot where plenty of (cheaper) taxis to be found.

All good
