Wow is all I have to say about this apartment. This place has it all, location, modern, comfortable, secure; quiet in the night. Our host Alfredo was available whenever we needed him. Our King Deluxe one bedroom was perfect, beautiful clean washroom, large bedroom with TV, large living room with TV, great kitchen with a large fridge/microwave/two burner gas stove. Great pool and lounge area with tables and chairs as well as sun loungers.

Only bad part is I had to leave to go back home. Not one negative about this place.

This cute apartment complex is exactly as described. The location is safe and close to shopping and close to downtown Cancun while still being quiet and comfortable. The hosts were very responsive - though I did not meet them in person - they answered all of my questions quickly and gave clear instructions on how to enter the building (there is an electronic code at the entrance) and also how to exit.

All was good.

Modern and clean accommodation in a safe downtown area with nice bathroom/shower - the temperature was quite sensitive in the shower but once you get the knack of it, it’s fine. Nice little pool area out the back to cool down. Great communication with the hosts who are on hand to help with any questions. It’s a 20 minute walk to the ADO bus station (for trips to the airport or Tulum etc) and a 10 minute walk to the bus stop that will take you to the beach/party zone. Be sure to download the Moovit app for bus times (it cost 10.50 pesos each way so be sure to have change also). There is a large mall nearby with all the shopping you could desire.

My only complaint is that one of the staff would stomp up and down the stairs very loudly in the morning whilst cleaning.

Great location and beautiful, big, new and clean apartment.

Pool wasn't so clean for swimming. We didn't want to clean the apartment for extra money because we stayed only couple nights. On the other side, they didn't even refill the toilet paper or take the garbage out. We had to ask for toilet paper and garbage bags.

The place is excellent for the value and location. It is my second time . Lots of restaurants walking distance, bus for $1 to go to the beaches.

Nice clean room. The pool. Location to a major shopping centre. I also liked the price as Cancun is expensive.

The beds were fairly hard. Not as bad other beds, but could be better.

Best location, bars, restaurants, shopping mall, and more only like few minutes walk.

The entire building was very clean. The A/C worked great, and I loved the pool. It was quiet and comfortable, and I felt very safe there. It was within walking distance to shops, stores, and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Other guests were smoking outside by the pool so I had to leave several times due to my allergies. And they would leave their cigarette butts and lighters everywhere.

The apartment was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The wifi worked well. Loved the garden outside. It was quiet. Plenty of things to do in the neighborhood, including a big shopping mall, cafés and restaurants.

I had an issue with opening the main door to the apartment. It was a struggle to get in. I also couldn't lock the main door from the inside. The pillows were too bulky for me and made it more difficult to fall asleep.

The location. The AC worked very well. Hot water immediately. The staff lady's were mannered.

It doesn't have mosquito netting at the windows and they were ferocious. There was a envelope on which was written a polite request to tip the cleaning staff as "tipping will motivate my work" , but there was no work done. Why would you put it there if no work was done ? The property let us know from the beginning that if we needed clean sheets we had to pay extra, which is just .... so underwhelming. The floor was very dirty as I had to scrape the dirt and long dark hair off my slippers, and the written request is a mood killer, it just honestly has to be removed.
