The property was nice and pretty. Our room was good had a nice view.

Food was not good, the buffet didn’t have too much too offer and the lines to go into a restaurant were horrible. We had to wait more than an hour to seat down and then we were ordering and they had ran out of the majority in the menu. Horrible, Horrible experience with the food. I suggest they replan the lines for the breakfast. There’s other ways scan a barcode to order your omelettes instead of having a line of people in the way of others try to serve themselves some food. They need more varieties of food especially for kids. I saw so many kids not eat.

We love the staff and the resort in general. it’s a beautiful resort with great ocean views. we absolutely adore the staff. they are the reason we were back this year.

The food is the biggest downfall to this resort. the price has increased significantly since we have started coming and the food continues to go down hill. We have been to this resort probably 7-8 times and sadly this will probably be our last. Its just gotten too expensive to have to go into town every night for a good meal.

Check in was a nightmare, 2-3 hrs. Want to sell you the vacation package. Need to sign up for the special restaurants (not Buffett) between 8-12 to get in. The food in the special restaurants is good.

Location is just down the street from some fun shopping. The beach was always beautiful. It was clean and every day we were there, there was always staff out cleaning, trimming trees, etc. Loved LOVED our nature view. We still had an ocean view, but the walk through the trees and nature was one of my favorite parts about the resort. Every night after dinner we played games in the front lobby (card or board games). They never complained or asked us to move, even when our little ones were running circles around our big table and chairs. All staff was friendly and accommodating.

Not a fan of the food. Any of it, but for it being included, I ate what I thought I could enjoy. Hard to explain, but I just ate plain or boxed stuff when available, or ate at the hamburger shack by the pool. For the price though, I got over it. My family didn’t complain, I heard others complain, but everyone’s pallet is different.

Everything! we were a group of 4 adults and 6 kids. We had a great relaxing time. There’s no need to leave the resort. They have two pools with swim up bars. You can snorkel right there at their beach access. The water is clear. We saw sting ray, eel, and tons of fish. My youngest (6) loved that he could swim up to the pool bar he could order a drink all by himself. The staff are great, very helpful. The whole place is very clean.

the food is so so, but we aren’t use to Mexican style food so really can’t say. The buffet had a variety of options for all meal times. The Italian restaurant had was the best. The snack bar by the pool has nachos and cheeseburgers, and hot dogs from like 12-6.

This was our 1st time staying at an all exclusive hotel and it exceeded our expectations. The hotel is clean the restaurants were fantastic and the grounds and location are excellent! Also, the reef being right outside the hotel is absolutely amazing and made the experience really something special. You can go from the pool to the beach to the reef so cool!

My husband and I had a great stay at Grand Park Royal Cozumel. The staff was extremely welcoming from the moment we arrived at the hotel. The resort has a tropical vibe to it and it's very spacious. There are multiple pools to choose from depending on what you're in the mood for. The resort has it's private beach which you access via a tunnel connected to the resort. The beach is small but it's beautiful and very relaxing. There are 2 hot tubs and an infinity pool with a swim up bar! That was our favorite little spot in the resort. In terms of food options, they have multiple restaurants with different cuisines. Our favorite was the Italian restaurant. The food was pretty good! Room wise, we had a deluxe ocean view room on the 7th floor. The room size wasn't too bad at all and the view was certainly worth it! Overall, we had a very relaxing time which is exactly what we wanted.

I think the resort could definitely put a little more effort in their food options during lunch time and make the opening times for the restaurants clearer. We didn't know that certain restaurants were closed in certain nights which was a little confusing. Breakfast was satisfactory. There were plenty of options but some of the food items didn't appear fresh to me but I never expect much from a buffet! Lastly, I think the resort could have more music around to liven up the pool areas.

We had a great time. Hotel is super clean as is all of Cozumel, we appreciate that, compared to other traveling destinations around the world. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Buffet lunch and dinner food was tasty, with many options. Great small coffee house with espressos and cappuccinos, that was a delight. The location is good, we took a boat ride and submarine experience to see the reefs, all in walking distance from the hotel. We enjoyed the Water Circus entertainment event, very entertaining and impressive circus artists.

It is a very clean hotel and well organized events . The staff was very kind and helpful . The room was always cleaned and tidy . The house cleaners did an excellent job . The kids club was awesome. The pools were very clean .

The food was horrible . Not edible at all . Especially the buffet place .

Its a beatiful hotel, it is big and the pools are pretty good. The buffet and amenities are excellent, the WIFI was always working so well. The view to the ocean and to the cruises is amazing, a good location

Two days our room was not clean my husband asked to do it, even once they did´nt do. The taco´s restaurant could have more options, its Mexico!!! and they offer just 4 types of them. The Italian restaurant is always full, we never could not dinner there
