Spacious room which was nice and cool with the fan and air con. Location is right on the main street and noise wasn't an issue despite there being live music just across from the balcony on the roof of a restaurant. Doesn't tend to go on past midnight and never disturbed us. Check in was straight forward and we were able to pay extra for a few more hours on last day due to flight time.

The kitchenette could use a sharp knife for dealing with fruit and a towel for drying the dishes. The balcony doors could also use a net curtain of some kind as although the glass is tinted this is not enough for privacy from the restaurant across the road. We had to keep the curtains closed and lights on most of the time as naturally we didn't want to be wearing much in the room.

The room was very clean and spacious with nice balcony. There was hot water in the shower with good water pressure. Comfortable bed and a fridge in the room. The staff was kind. The towels were changed daily. They also allowed us to leave the bags at the reception after check-out. The location was perfect - very close to the nicest beach on the island.

There was no drinkable water provided and the kitchen wasn't equipped very well (no knife nor spoon). There were also loud and scary noises during the night (probably coming from some pipes).

Perfect location on Calle Hidalgo, close to everything in Playa Norte. I had a room at the back, so there wasn't too much street noise and my balcony was private. Clean, comfortable and exactly what I was looking for.

Wifi is really weak and kept cutting out, but it wasn't a major issue because I had a Mexican SIM card for data.

Great location in the heart of everything close to North Beach. The room is spacious there's always someone at the front desk it's very safe. I will say the bed is a little hard but that's the only negative.

Really great set up on the Main Street in the north section of the island. Super clean and very well thought through for beachside life.

They state on booking.com that they have no WiFi. It is actually available but not in a reliable way.

Fantastic location, everything within walking distance, great restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Super close to the ferry and a live music bar right across the street if you're looking for some fun

The room was a little stuffy, super clean but the cleaning products can at times be a bit overbearing. and I wish they had a person at the desk at all times or a number to call in case they step away. Took me awhile to check out

Central location on a busy street with shops and restaurants. Short walk to the beach. Loved the little balcony overlooking the street. Also, they store your stuff for you after you check out so you can enjoy the day until you leave the island.

We were first given room one which overlooks the back, view of some dumped cars, and a balcony with a cement walk rather than a railing, which was different from the one shown on the website. I requested a room facing the street and was told there were none available, but I saw that there were other empty rooms that had just been cleaned, but they had one king bed rather than two queens. They reluctantly gave us room 6, front-facing with the one king, which was great, except for the fact that I had to share the bed with my friend, but it was fine as the bed was huge.

small hotel in the middle of centro, the place is always clean, and taken care of. staff was great, especially Stephanie from the front desk, which was always helpful, with a smile.

Very well located between the ferry and Play Norte (5 minutes walk) it offers good value for money. The place is clean, staff attentive and there is no noise from the street. I would book again.

Staff is great - and safe place to stay! Central location is perfect! AC is cold and fridge is nice.

Bed is so-so and internet is spotty in some rooms. Comfortable chair would be appreciated!
