Great location (just minutes to bars, restaurants and beach) friendly staff, a good book swap! The best thing was being able to take the beach chairs for free!! (and beach towels included), it is now quite expensive to rent chairs on the beach, 600 pesos, so taking the ones from the hotel saved us a lot money). I think this is the only hotel that provides this service.

Location, location, location! Clean rooms, a/c, friendly staff and bonus coffee availability in the morning.

Sadly, when we went to pick up our bags after having earlier checked out, we were told that we could not use a washroom…after having spent a week and only being good guests, I found that pretty cheesy. In the end, after pleading with the attendant, our friend was able to use the facilities. It just put a sour end to our stay.

Absolutely everything. The location made the trip to playa norte quick, beautiful and smooth. 5 minute walk and you're in one of the world's best beaches. On the way we would always have a nice breakfast, or visit the local market. The host is super nice, always ready for a quick chat at the end of the day, or to help you in anything. Unforgettable vacation

It's a nice place to stay. They make coffee and you are welcome to get your un cup before 2pm more or less. The staff are super nice I do hope gusts leave nice tip to them. They keep my room clean and organized every day and the staff were alwawith good attitude. The place in general is comfortable and clean. The island is not that big so wherever you stay you are near the ocean. The hotel is located in a quiet street. If you want a romantic, astonishing place to impressed your date or spouse..maybe this is not the place.

The sheet were stained and the towels with red or yellow spots... I totally understand the linens are expensive in Mexico and overvalued so it would be a huge investment to purchase new sets very often. I mentioned this for those who are looking for a affordable place to stay but are kind of delicate with this stuff ..so it's probably a good idea to bring your own towels and sheets.

The location is the best. Close to everything but not on the noisy streets. Gabriel from front desk was very helpful. the rooms are clean and have everything needed.

The shower was a bit clogged so only a few lines of water were falling

For the price you receive equal comfort. If you want something more fancy and exclusive, then you must pay 20 times more. This hotel offer the basic, a nice bed, a nice bathroom, TV, A/C and towels.

The towels are kind of beat up. But anyone can buy their own towel in any place around the island.

Wifi quite bad. Tried on different locations around the hotel but kept cutting off the connection. At night, there was a drunk couple making noise below us and since there is no sound proofing, it was like they were in our room. The noise was so loud that probably the rest of the hotel could hear it too, so I'm just wondering why the staff didn't interfere at all.

Bed was too hard for my personal liking. Beach towels are in very poor condition Need sink plug for to keep odors down.

Great simple hotel in the center area near North Beach. Very safe and secure, clean, with friendly staff.
