I really liked to stay at the hotel. I got a nice apartment on the second floor. The staff was pretty nice and helpful, although it is better if you speak Spanish. I would recommend this place. The quality-price ratio is excellent. The location is perfect. The overall communication with the host was prompt and satisfactory. Since I went on a work trip, internet connectivity was an important factor. The hotel has great internet connection.

The breakfast was not what I imagined. It is offered by a different provider two blocks away and their service was pretty poor. I recommend to take any of the Quad rooms, as the one-bedroom apartments on the first floor do not have a street view, these look on the inside balcony.

the rooms in this hotel are a bit dated. Although they are clean and well-maintained, the décor and furnishings could benefit from an update. While the comfort and functionality of the rooms were not compromised, a modern touch would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Excellent location, right on 5th avenue. All the staff was very nice, helpful and friendly. In particular, Máximo helped us resolving some issues with the room efficiently and professionally. The building itself is nice, with pleasant internal courtyards. Clean, with comfortable beds.

The good rooms of the hotel all face 5th avenue directly. It is not a fault of the hotel, but the noise level is very high, with loud music from various bars and restaurants from early morning to midnight.. You definitely need ear plugs to sleep. It is not just this hotel. Many other hotels on or near 5th are blighted by the same problem.. Sadly, the local government seems not to lift a finger to help the hotel industry. And local commercial culture seems to use loud music to compete against each other. If you are sensitive to noise, ask for a room not facing 5th. They are older rooms but quieter. Rooms can be appear old and a bit disrepaired, but clean.

I booked for four nights at Alma y Mar. However, upon arrival rooms were not available. So, they offered me to shift to Hotel Eleven, which also belongs to the BFH chain. To sum up, it was a great stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful, rooms were neat and clean, equipped with ac, refrigerator and so forth, location was very nice with plenty of eateries, grocery shops and boutiques. I really enjoyed my stay in PDC at Hotel Eleven.

The check in There is not a 24 hours reception Please message property on intended arrival. I did not and lead to much confusion as staff were not there. It was resolved a d fecueved a free upgrade. Michelle is friendly just requires to slow down a bit. Maid Risu friendly too

The staff was very friendly and always happy to help. The location was fantastic. At the main avenue and 5 min walk to playa mamitas. The room was a good size and the housekeeping services were offered on a daily basis. The room had a safe to keep the valuables locked.

It was super loud til early morning because of the proximity of the bars. But earplugs did the job! Towels were changed only once during my 9-day stay. I wish they had been changed every 2-to 3 days but that's just me being a princess haha

Very nice hotel and rooms. Loved that the double beds were in separate rooms so there was privacy when traveling with friends. Terrace was small but great for viewing the sunset. Close enough to the Ado bus station, but far enough away from most of the gross 5th Ave. section.

It's REALLY close to 5th Avenue, so the room facing the street was incredibly loud until 3am. The windows don't do much to stop the noise. Good earplugs are a must. It's 2021 and we are still doing little packets of individually wrapped shampoo and soap? It's wasteful and lazy.
