Location was great. Daily pass to a large gym around the corner. Nice pool access to the hotel next door (both hotels are part of the same chain). Staff was lovely and helpful.

The kitchen did not have saucepans or kitchenware to cook with, but there were glasses and a blender and microwave, etc. I was on the first floor and the sheer curtain allowed everyone at the pool to see me in the kitchen and living room area. A thicker curtain would give more privacy.

Beautiful property, highly recommend the penthouse with the roof terrace and jacuzzi. Location is great close - to beach and town. Clean and quiet at night

Our apartment on the ground floor was perfect. The beds were clean & comfortable, we had a choice of cooking facilities 2 very clean bathrooms & a hot tub. There were several choices for breakfast, and although served a block away, it was of a high standard. In addition, the apartment was in a fantastic location - close to the main streets but far enough away for peace and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay.again!

The air conditioning in one of the bedrooms failed twice but the engineer arrived in less than 15 mins on both occasions to repair it.

The condo is in a perfect location within walking distance of EVERYTHING but far enough from the clubs that you are not disturbed by music. This condo had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook with.

There are a lot of bats in the area and they hang out on the patios and balconies. One of them was flying around our condo!

Almost everything about the property was fantastic!. It was a secure location with a guard and gate. We cooked most of our meals in the room and it had all the common kitchen items we needed. There was tons of storage space throughout. The property had comfortable sitting areas inside and out. The private rooftop terrace was amazing and we utilized the grill and hot tub! The pool/lagoon was excellent! The location was surprisingly quiet given the proximity to the main tourist areas. We were able to walk to many restaurants and shops. Private parking was a bonus so we didn't have to battle for street parking.

The beds were incredibly firm, to the extent that we found difficult to get comfortable at night. The beach club was not great unless you only planned on sunning and not getting in the water. There was lots of sargassum and boats moored very close to the shore. We had a rental car so we drove to other beaches.

This place was perfect. We arrived in the afternoon and you have to check in at a hotel a few doors up from the one you are staying in. The reception people were lovely and give you all the details you need. We stayed in room 12. It is a one bedroom apartment and looked EXACTLY like the photos I had seen online. It was quiet, secure, big, peaceful and just what we needed. It had a well equipped kitchen and lounge room, a decent sized bathroom and a huge bedroom. There was a lot of storage and a safe. Right outside the room was a little table and chairs and a waterfall with a long pool you can swim down with a jacuzzi at the top end. There are so many plants around and its very calm. There is a gym you can get a free pass for (I went and it was really good!), and the other hotel has a massive pool you can use whenever you want. It is a close walk to the beach but it is worth walking up to the public beach or Playa Esmerelda for a quieter, more beautiful beach. If you are into 5th Avenue and the touristy stuff, it is right there behind the hotel. Personally we were happy to keep away from there and go further afield. We found some incredible restaurants (Mostos en la Costa and Pik Nik) and saw some local events in the park which was great. The reception team gave us some info on how to get to cenotes independently and get down to Akumal, (in a colectivo) it was so easy. There were so many little supermarkets closeby too if you need anything. Alamo over the road does great coffee and you can also get a free 15 min massage downstairs from the condo! This place was perfect for us!

I wonder if you are in one of the front rooms you can hear the loud music from the clubs up the road. They are LOUD and quite close. We couldn't hear anything.

The front staff (big shout out to Havier) were great. They looked into everything for us, gave us a lot of information and really looked after us. The location in Playa del Carmen was central yet quiet when we needed to vedge. You are 1-2 blocks away from a 711, a drugstore and amazing restaurants/food and ATM access (Scotiabank). The condo suite was immaculate: excellent AC, fast wifi, and a kitchenette with everything you need (fridge, oven, microwave, pots/pans, water cooler, etc). We were also impressed by the pool and hot tube. It felt like you were swimming in a jungle. The pool area had a beautiful waterfall feature and several plants to make you really "feel" like you are in Mexico.

The master bed wasn't very comfortable. It was a hard mattress which was bad for my wife (since she's a side sleeper). We ended up using the 2 twins instead. The housekeeping wasn't our favourite service. I suspect they might have stolen some cash so we didn't use them after that.

The beautiful accommodations along with location exceeded our expectations!!! Staff was friendly and helpful. Recommendations for restaurants was fabulous. Location. Location. Location. We walked to everything with ease.

When we stopped at the concierge’s office to inquire about activities the young lady was unhelpful and it seemed that we were bothering her.

I am glad that our five-night stay was over two reservations bc I left some things out of my last review: There is a pool, there is an amazing gym, the towels are large & long and cozy, you are able to have breakfast at the big-sister hotel around the corner (for a fee), & last is that this is a full apartment which also comes with full daily housekeeping service. When we had questions about how to take the ferry, the concierge was very indulgent with her time. The water was hot, the pressure was adequate, and there was drinking water ready to go in the room when we arrived.

The check-in desk is actually a block away, at the building on the corner, across the street from ... a fish restaurant ? It was no problem, except that we didn't know when we arrived. The other thing (I said this in my last review) is that you should not stay here if you have any mobility issues, even just an injury you are hoping to rest on vacation. The word I left out of the last review was "stairs," so now people with stairs concerns will see better. I survived & honestly hope I get better so we can stay here again. Thank you so much!

Perfect location, that means really close to the 5 th Avenue, the beach and everything, and yet quiet accommodation thanks to looking to the courtyard. It was very clean and you could choose from more options of cleaning, so they do not disturb you every day if don’t need cleaning. The staff is nice, including the security guy. It has a good underground garage for parking. They give you a free beach towels, which you can change everyday. I think it was the best decision to stay here during our time in PDC.

The check in was a little bit long procedure. It can smell strange when you first enter. I don't know what it is, because it's very clean, but you get used to it and it's not too disturbing. It's still 10/10. The terrace on the ground floor is not very private, but of course that's not the fault of the accommodation, it's because of building.
