1) AMAZING staff. ELIANE (property manager) was responding in a minute (on Whatsup), very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. WEIMAR - morning conserje - always smiling, greeting, great attitude, very helpful and friendly (even though Weimar doesn't speak English, he had ALWAYS Google Translate on his phone - so I had no problems to communicate with him). *I want to address to Lockey managment, that all OTHER morning conserjes were kind of not friendly at all. Gustavo - evening conserje - very friendly and polite. 2) Location - u are very close to 5th ave, where all the fun is going on, but at the same time u are in a very quiet and secure district Zazil-Ha. 3) Rooftop pool - not big at all, but nice. I've never seen anybody there, so I felt like it was my private rooftop. 4) Internet was stable and quiet good. Not the fastest in the world, but good enough. *I want to address to Lockey managment about Internet. U've got kind of misleading messages before check-in on Booking. In my case it was said that there is one WiFi network on my floor called 'Piso4', BUT nothing was said about WiFi network in my apartment and its password. So the whole week I was straggling with EXTREMELY SLOW WiFi 'Piso4', unless Wiemar told me about WiFi network in my room. And WiFi in my apartment appeared to be very fast and stable. Thank you, WEIMAR. Lockey managment, please, mention this also in your messages on Booking. 5) nice and clean apartment - nothing extraordinary. Big panoramic windows.

1) Not enough kitchen utensils For example, one uneven pan (so I could barely cook fried eggs in the morning) and one soup pot WITHOUT covers. 2) Not enough hooks or holders in the bathroom. 3) Not enough cleaning utensils (broom and scoop, for example) 4) Would be great to put a sign "Torre42", because even local taxi drivers have difficulties to find this condo. 5) The sink in a bathroom was passing water very slow. Even after a plumber cleaned a pipe under a sink - it didn't really helped. Due to amazing job of Eliane (property manager) the plumber came very fast. 6) If u gonna live on a lower level, keep in mind that u might have this window view (pictures are attached). It didn't affect my stay at all. But I would recommend to choose 4th or 5th floor.

Very clean apartment with acceptable facilities. Location excellent as near to main tourist strip but not on it so not disturbed by noise.

It would have been useful to have some instructions for the water heater and also the tv’s

The location is just 1 block from 5th Ave and literally dozens of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. The condo was very clean and exactly as advertised. Communication with the host was amazing and prompt. The one little issue I had was addressed in minutes. I like that it had a large bedroom, walk-in closet, and large washroom. The kitchen and living area, although small was very practical and perfect for my needs. The AC worked excellently. There is a little balcony to the apartment and I don’t think it’s advertised on the ad. Although small, you can fit a chair out there and enjoy the fresh air, a drink or your morning coffee. It is very quiet in the condo. No noise from neighbouring condos. It has a beautiful rooftop pool and space to sit or work on your laptop. The price was perfect for a relatively new space. I would definitely stay here again.

The wifi in the condo did not work. I wasn’t even able to get the signal to enter the PW. However, there is good wifi at the rooftop. The kitchen desperately need additional pots and a new frying pan. It seems that the Lockey group owns several if not all of those condos. They definitely need to invest in additional loungers for the rooftop. They only have two. Minor issues, but things that are necessary.

The location is really good just 1 block from 5a Avenida and nearby restaurants, grocery shops and 10 min walking from the beach. Comfy apt totally new and equipped with 2 TVs with Netflix. The bedroom has a confortable bed and big closet. Kitchen with cook top, microwave and fridge..glasses, plates and cutlery....however no utenlises like spatula. We liked the place a lot!

The bathroom is a little dark and is the only place you can find a face mirror. Would be good to have a mirror in the bedroom.

The room was very clean. It had a lot of facilities and there where things like shampoo, dish washing soap, toiletpaper, and garbage bag. The owner kept good contact with us. The room was very well located, even better than described online.

The only improvement point is that we did had warm water in the shower

Very comfortable, clean apartment. Great location. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the kitchen/living area are fantastic. They let so much light in and it makes space feel larger than it is. Very good apartment for couples. Pool is nice and there is seating around the pool. The sunrises were incredible from our room and sunsets from the roof.

It would be helpful if the kitchen had more utensils. We stayed for 3 weeks so we used the kitchen quite a lot. Some condiments like salt, pepper, cooking oil for example would be helpful.

the apartment was comfortable and clean. the management company were quick to respond and help

we had problems with the AC during the first two nights which was quite frustrating. we were eventually moved to a different apartment

The place was just how it looked in the photos. Rooftop area was perfect for relaxing while I had to work. Location was great, close to the beach, 5th Ave, and tons of great restaurants off the main strip. I wish I never had to leave!

The kitchen could have been slightly better equipped with some more utensils, etc. But it was good enough for sure!

The Apartment is really complete! With everything and more you need to have a nice stay in Playa dep Carmen! Highly recommended to rent here! Good amenities, pool, wifi and Netflix.

Needs more kitchen utensils. For example, there was only one pan and there were no glasses. The bathroom and the bedroom windows are adjacent to a wall (no view) and the main window (balcony) on the kitchen/livingroom is adjacent to what seems to be an occupied abandoned construction.
