the grounds are laid out perfectly, the pools are magnificent, the beach was awesome, the food was excellent and the staff was very helpful. the ability to visit other resorts on the campus was a great added touch. We would definitely return to this resort.

whatever you do, do NOT use the hotel transportation company. their pricing is almost predatory it is so high compared to all other options. In addition, the van that we were made to use had a huge crack along the entire windshield, the drivers seat was busted, the passenger seats were ripped and faded and the van rattled like a baby's toy. When complaining about the service, the transportation manager was very aloof and laughed at my comments about the extremely high price and he told me that they were competitive. I did my own shopping for our ride back to the airport and found several excellent options between a third and a half of the hotels price.

Food the main buffet area was great. Then we had one dinner at Rodizzio and it was not as great as I expected it to be. We had the risotto and it was a bit hard and my filet mignon was too salty. We also enjoyed our Spa time. My wife only did the hydrotherapy part but she loved all that stuff and I got the Swedish massage which was just the right pressure .

We had track someone down just to clean our room/tidy it up. All we wanted was bed made and some sweeping and trash emptied . But all day we had the sign to our door until 2pm they still didn’t come. So then we had to call front desk to have someone come. Another thing is our electricity went out after my wife used the hair dryer and our hair dryer stopped working. She requested another one cause she has long hair and they never brought a replacement. I think we requested it 2 times.

The installations are excelent , the staff at the buffette , pool zone are very friendly , always with a smile .The room was perfert always the room staff leave it perfect .

The staff of the luggage at the lobby when you ask information they are not helpfull . the day that we had waiting for the transportation reserved with the hotel they said you have to waoit or going to the service office . The transportation was late and no one said anything . You have to inform the guest about the delay specially when you have a flight to catch

The staff was excellent! The scenery was beautiful. The service was always prompt, never any long lines. The facilities are nice. This is a really large resort! The marine life are really cool in the water, turtles, fish, snails, etc, just ignoring the people, it's very cool! Reservations are easy. Just go see the concierge in the morning to make your reservation. Understand what I say in the negative part of the review that this beach is beautiful for sure!

Not a ton of sand to the beach, kind of rocky (need water shoes) but once you are passed the rocks the sand feels like carpet. The buffet food is so-so just like anywhere else I have stayed in Mexico. Definitely want to dine at a "reservation" restaurant every night. Slacks required at the restaurants... I understand this but I think dress shorts could do instead of slacks!

Location was great, beautifully organized with tons of pools for kids and adults, sport activities for kids, entertainment through the day, very well organized. Food was always amazing, so many options and choices for every taste or special diets/restrictions. If you did not see anything on the daily options, you just had to ask. We did ask for se few things just a couple of times and everything was prepared within 10-15 min and delivered to your table.

They have great promotions all the time but the only thing that I think they have to do better is have the staff more prepared to deliver the information to the guests. I missed a 40% off on a massage from their SPA (Spa is amazing by the way) because the girl at the booking services failed to let us know upon the arrival that if you book a massage in the first 2 days you get that promotion. So when I went there morning of day three to book a massage for myself and my sister-in-law that came a day after us, I did not get the discount but she did (and that is how I found out there was a promotion). Over all thought amazing vacation. The kids had a blast

The room was beautiful and relaxing. The shuttle bus was easy to use. My family enjoyed it . The resort has a nice swimming pool . The food was delicious! Maya mall is fun place to visit at night. My teenage boys had a good time .

The laundry service was not that great . My son waited and waited his clothes back more than one day and we paid $60 for this service. It was not easy to make reservations for the dinner even though we tried to book on the first day we arrived at the resort . Out of 4 days , We could make reservations only for 3 days at the beginning. The restaurants for dinner was excellent and enjoyed a lot .

The pools were very nice and big and the water temperature was ok. They even had an adult pool. The rooms were very large and confortable and they even had a frigobar with drinks inside for free. The all inclusive was real! They even refill your own container with the drink you wished. And the variety of buffet restaurants was great with everything you liked.

There was not too much entertainment for kids aged 9 and had to pay for the best. The restaurants for the night were difficult to reserve seats. They were mostly taken and had to go on unusual hours. The floors of the rooms were mostly wet. I even slipped down once and broke the mosquito's curtain, but luckily, I didn´t get hurt. The beach wasn´t nice because there was no sand and the sea was almost impossible to reach because there were a lot of stones.

Oversized pools, kids pool zone, convenient sanitation stations throughout resort, bar service, friendly servers, clean resort grounds, access to nearby resorts & their facilities, U Spa, daily housekeeping, closet space and social distance protocols.

Didn't like that we were limited to the number of dinner reservations allowed to make at a time. In addition, they messed up on our dinner booking dates & when accommodated after complaining they sat our family to 2 separate tables each on opposite side of restaurant. Alexia in room service was not accommodating and rude because we did not have a card on file. Rather than assist me in trying to find solution, her response was basically oh well attitude. No friendly or professional customer service. Food at buffet was the same daily. No snack bar available near poolside No night entertainment or live music

This was our first time at an all inclusive resort and it definitely didn't disappoint. The staff were amazing, the facilities were fantastic (awesome if you're travelling with kids) and the food was delicious (and plentiful!). I'd love to return again one day and stay longer.

The only thing that could be improved is the set up of the kids club. While the staff are fantastic and the activities were lots of fun, it wasn't available all day and you had to pre book for activities each morning which was a little clunky. There were also gaps of about 20 minutes between activities which meant you'd just relax and then have to collect the kids for a short break. It was still amazing to have access to a kids club, but I think it could have been done better.

Staying at maya palace allowed us access to 4 resorts which was good. Food was good as well

The room cleaning left a bit to be desired and when we called for towels they never did come
