This place was fantastic we liked it so much we stayed twice. Very comfortable living for a good price. The location was convenient to everything. The staff were so helpful with everything. In the week I stayed the wifi connection was very stable.

In one of the rooms the kitchen was a little understocked in terms of utensils which is not a major but its such a nice kitchen it would be good to use it. The upstairs area was a bit run down so we didnt use it but again it was minor for us.

Nice apartment with everything you need for a few days stay. Clean, well equipped kitchen, nice and modern furnitures, great bathroom. Great location close to down-town. Tulums best tacos right outside of the entrance! Very friendly and supportive personnel that helped us get around in Tulúm and surrounding. Much appreciated. Big plus that we could leave our luggage before and after our stay.

Loved it and would definitely return to this place! The apartment is absolutely gorgeous, you get everything that you need. It’s clean, big, good location, easy to get there, you really feel home.

Maybe missing an iron ? That’s all!

Very modern, SUPER clean and well equipped apartment (drip coffee machine with complementary coffee, blender, saucers and pans, very big fridge/freezer..) plus a big water dispenser in the room. Good WiFi, smart TV with Netflix. Comfy beds and great shower. Felt very safe. Private parking space reserved for guests. Good location near the main downtown street.

A/C wasn't working in the living area, but wasn't a big problem. The pool area on the top floor is a little disappointing. Although we weren't planning on spending much time there, they are literally knee deep paddling pools. But on the plus side there is a BBQ area on this floor with nice sunset views!

Very clean and comfortable apartment in a good position close to everything. Sabine, the receptionist went out of her way to tell us how to get around and the places we may need.

The property was good but the transport system in Tulum is terrible. The taxis have a monopoly over the system and charge $30 AUD to take you 1.5ks from the town to the beach. The alternative is to take a minibus for a fair price. However, the collectivo (the minibus) was happy to take us to the beach but for some reason would not bring us back from the beach in the afternoon. We are an older couple and my husband has trouble walking. We tried to flag down half a dozen of the buses but they all drove past despite being half empty. In the end we had to get a taxi and pay the outrageous amount of money. This put us off our time in Tulum and we booked out of there.

The room had everything I needed to stay on whatever way I wanted to. Going to the beach, eating outside, or cooking, I just had everything. The receptionist was really nice and gave me tips on where to take breakfast, which beaches to visti and where to rent a bike.

On the website it says, "Every morning a continental breakfast basket is delivered in your room: Fresh juice, pastry bread, yogurt or milk, granola & fruit." However, these were never provided to me. Link to website with the shared text - https://azuratulum.com/suites/single-suite/

This was a very nice place to relax. Our family of 5 adults stayed in Cenote, a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment with a sofa bed. There were extra towels and extra blankets already stocked. Check in was super easy. There was an air conditioner in each room. The bathrooms/showers were nice. It was a short walk from the bus station (like 1/2 mile) and a couple blocks from the main road with the shopping. We might have extended our stay if the place has not been booked.

Can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

It was easy to find with street parking, it's a couple of blocks from the main centro area and even though its on what I would call a main road, it was very quiet all day. The staff were friendly and ready to answer my questions and gave some great restaurant recommendations.

The Wi-Fi was so slow it was unusable. Luckily, there is a telcel store on the main road, and I was able to get a data sim with 6GB of data for 500 pesos. The splash pools on the roof were closed.

The alartments are beautiful and clean, the host is incredibly positive, insightful, helpful, and friendly. The space is large and in a great location.

The property is 10/10 amazing. Tulum, as a city, though, has quite a few tourist traps to look out for. Also, traffic is bad and the parking situation, especially on the beach, is not great. But if we do come back, we’ll certainly be staying at Azura.

Location, staff, cleanliness, hot shower. Everything was excellent, except for the WiFi.

Wifi was going on and off all the time, so if you need to work or do something serious you better get a mobile sim card.
