The property was well decorated both inside and out. We enjoyed a free breakfast and used the hotels bike rental both for push bikes and a electric scooter at a reasonable price. The location was close to everything that we needed. The hotel offered good information about Tulum and the staff were friendly. The air conditioning worked well and the bathroom was a great size. The hotel also has a curfew for noise which was good as we were on the ground floor.
The wifi was not very good, therefore we couldn’t do much online when we were relaxing at the hotel. There was also a sewage type smell coming from the drains sadly.

Cool stylish little boutique hotel (although from the outside it doesn’t look it and is easily missed!), 5-10 mins walk from the main drag of Tulum and 10-15 mins walk to a large supermarket. Macarena was a great hostess, the free breakfast changes day to day and is really nice (pancakes with fruit and granola etc with coffee and juice). The room was large and clean with cool furniture and a lovely bathroom. The pool area is very cute, but admittedly only has 4 sun beds (the hotel has about a dozen rooms) and like most hotels in Tulum is in a central courtyard with limited sun exposure
The rest of the young reception staff were a little “cool” at times, not as warm or welcoming as you expect in Mexico (but then a lot of people in Tulum aren’t as nice as the rest of Mexico!), and the bed although large and lovely was pretty uncomfortable. The room has no real lighting except a couple of lamps and the large window looks out on the courtyard so no privacy so you need to have the blind down a lot, so everything is a bit “dark”. You are informed by a sign in your room that any markings at all left on the white towels or sheets will be charged for, the exact amount I don’t remember but it was unusually high. Finally the Wi-Fi was very patchy at points.

Pool is nice. Close to the centre and not too long walk from the ADO station. Renting a bike was nice, it cost 200 MXN/day. There is a fridge and microwave oven in the lobby and guests can use them. It was a very nice surprise. I don't remember I saw a meantion of them when I made a reservation. There is also coffee all day in the lobby even in the afternoon it's already cold, but you can heat it in the microwave oven. Purified water is also available in the lobby.
Wifi didn't work fast all the time. Breakfast is ok if you can eat wheat, but they don't have much to offer if you are on a gluten free diet. At least I was able to make myself a small breakfast, because of the fridge and microwave oven. The room was really basic. I hoped to have even one chair in the room but there was none so I had to eat my snacks and breakfast in the bed

I don't know where to begin... I was so fortunate to have been able to call Los Arcos home for 11 days. And home it was. Everything about this hotel far exceeded my expectations. Location: It can't be beat. This hotel is situated two blocks north of the main road where all the action is, yet it's very quiet. Everything dowtown is walkable, but if you're like me and prefer to dine where the locals eat, there are plenty of options nearby. It is a 10 minute walk to the ADO terminal, and also very close to the Collectivo stop. Room: I was in room 14, at the end on the second floor. My room was remarkably clean, and huge! My room was freshened up daily, with garbages changed, bed made, and fresh towels provided. The room received a thoroughly deep clean twice during my stay, which was more than adequate. I found this room incredibly tranquil. The bed was so comfortable, and I can't remember the last time I've slept so well. The a/c worked flawlessly, cooling the room off within minutes after coming back after a day spent out in the sun. Facilities: It's obvious the staff take great pride in maintaining the property here. I enjoyed my evenings sitting on the loungers near the pool under the large palm trees. The pool was lovely. There is a fountain turned on during the day, so you can enjoy the sounds of water cascading down and birds chirping. I also really appreciated the communal fridge in the main lobby area, and even more, the hotel kitty Fanta kept me good and entertained. Services: The staff at this hotel are so very friendly and helpful. The ladies at the desk greeted me with a smile every time I came and went from the hotel. The daily breakfasts were also delicious, and the variety changed daily. The unlimited drip coffee was available at all hours which I appreciated greatly. I could say so much more, but I'm running out of space to leave more comments here.

The staff were excellent and friendly, very helpful and kind. The hotel room is basic, but the hotel provides great value for the money, because they include a light breakfast and they had a small pool that was nice to cool off in. The location is great, it is in downtown Tulum close to a lot of good restaurants, shopping, just a couple of blocks away from the main road through town.
The main issue I had was that the beds were very hard, and I had trouble getting used to them. I also would have liked our sheets to be washed a little more since we stayed quite a few days at the hotel.

I stayed for 4 nights at this hotel and it was an excellent choice. It is located about 15 minutes walking from the ADO station and also close to where the Colectivos pick up people. The room was clean and spacious, the shower had hot water (which is not a given everywhere) and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was always friendly and helpful: I had a problem with the bathroom door and the next day the lock was replaced. The fact it has a pool for the price is also a great perk.
The only negative thing that I could say is that the breakfast is not amazing, so don’t expect much. However, I was not expecting a continental breakfast and I have to add that on my last day they prepared something especially for me as I had to get my flight really early.

The staff were absolutely amazing and unbelievably helpful. I was here the days before the hurricane Beryl and she was very supportive and gave advise and shared the plans the hotel had for each scenario which was very ensuring. The property is nice and clean and the rooms spacey. There is a well maintained pool and the hotel is close to all the tourist attractions
There was no light on the nightstand which meant it was all light or no light but that would be my only quirk

Stayed here for only one night but had an excellent experience: - clean and modern room with a very comfy bed - hospitable and friendly staff - a light but decent breakfast - they can store your luggage for a while after checking out if needed - ideal location (just in front of the hotel there’s an extremely good seafood restaurant)

The staff were really friendly and had lots of good advice for places to go around Tulum. The AC worked super well, there was hot water and the room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was fairly simple but had fresh fruit so that's a plus. Location is excellent, just a couple of blocks from the main road and one block away from mountains of street food. Great value for the money.
The pool was small, and the water inside was a little cloudy and didn't look inviting. Families with kids in and around the pool can be loud since all the rooms face the courtyard.

The location was great, near everything within the city center, you can rent a bike there too. The staff was really friendly, they helped us out with various things and were really sweet. The pool is nice and the sitting area as well. Also, the staff invited us to hit the piñata as it was the time of the year, so we felt really included
If you’re looking for a place to work remotely, I would not recommend this hotel as the WiFi was very spotty. For us this was no problem, as we didn’t need to work. Also the beds are a bit hard, and the breakfast is quite limited (a bit of fruit, one day we had quesadillas and one day we had just two slices of toast) which is fine, but if you’re looking for a more complete breakfast you’ll need to search for another spot to have that.
