Dorm rooms are designed well and have 2 bathrooms, great storage for luggage and spacious beds with curtains! We enjoyed using the coworking space that had a sink and fridge. Loved the supermarket very close by!

Sometimes hard to find the staff, usually they will be in the restaurant however did not reply to messages on booking site or WhatsApp. They forgot to turn on the air conditioner multiple nights. The dorms can get hot without the aircon at night but then with the aircon it can get very cold as they do not leave the remote in the room and we only had a thin sheet. Location a little walk from the centre.

Everything is great . easy and fast check in and out. clean restrooms clean sheets a lot of space. breakfast is included coffee and fruit but for few dollars more you get a full breakfast is delicious huevos molangeños and chilaquiles super good . LETY went over and beyond in our stay thank you Hostal del Jaguar.

there is no elevator or tv but the staff are super nice they try to help you with everything they can.

The location and the privacy

The room is very hot and they only turn on the ac from 8pm to 8 or 10 am ( you have to keep asking them to turn it on)beside those hours you can’t sit in the room

Everything - the brand new hostel felt like a boutique hostel, absolutely immaculate, stylish, well designed facilities, incredibly comfortable and private pod-style bunk beds. Loads of space in the dorm for cases and moving around, amazing bathroom - just everything amazing and I NEVER take the time to write reviews but for this place I had to. The staff were also incredible so friendly, flexible just so pleasant which isn't as common as it should be from hostel staff in Quintana Roo these days unfortunately.

No vibes when I was there, it wasn't a party hostel or place to meet people, thankfully I know Tulum from previous trips so knew the hostels to go to to meet people and party.

Staffs are friendly. Even though I arrived there before check-in time, they allowed me to check-in. The facility is very new and clean. Each bed has privacy. Some reviews pointed out that they couldn’t go out and get inside without staffs, but it’s improved. So whenever you want, you can go through the door with the keypad lock.

It’s very dark inside the bed space, so it would be great if there was a bedside lamp or something.

Clean, well cared for, and kind staff. The provided breakfast was delicious (though a little boring after several days of the exact same thing). Good location for exploration--2 cenotes, tulum ruins, and beach all within bicycling distance + a grocery store across the street for all your basic needs.

No light inside of dorm beds. Not enough places to hang wet bathing suits/towels. No real lounge area to chill or talk to other travelers.

Location near supermarket super aki and chedraui.(5-10min) 15 min to ado bus station The room is spacious.

No kitchen Free drinking water, and fridge available. There is a common area upstairs , but too noisy ( as it's facing the busy street) and too hot ( no air conditioner) You only allowed to stay in their restaurant downstairs after check out ( if you need to stay longer)

Staff was very friendly and spoke english, rooms were kept very clean, and the price for the rooms was very fair. Having the restaurant in the building was a huge bonus as their food was affordable and delicious. The free breakfast of fresh fruit and yogurt was great as well. Overall this place exceeded expectations.

We were the first group to stay in the family rooms since they opened, and the hostel had some kinks to work out, but overall the stay was still great.

We got the family room, it was very spacious and clean. Looks exactly like the pictures online apart from the green potted plants in the bedroom.

Not all the staff can speak or understand fluent English. You'll need to be able to converse in Spanish.

Hostel is new, so everything around is new, nice beds with curtains, close big supermarket.

Oberproced rental bike and also laundry, you easily find cheaper in the town. What I really missed was kitchen, there is just fridge and nothing else, no plates, glasses, cutlery.
