The private pool was amazing to enjoy after a day in the beach. The facilities were really good. Shared pools were also really nice and the area is kept clean and tidy by the staff who cleaned it every day. The bed was really comfortable and the AC both in room and living room kept the inside at a perfect temperature. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Decoration was simple but to our taste. You can reach the place using good roads, which is a big deal because there are many roads in poor conditions in the city.

The pods are of a bit of low quality. We have a baby and were worried that some rust or metal would come off the pods and pans into the food. Although there was maintenance done on the private pool the rest of the cleaning of the apartment was up to us. We had to ask for extra toilet paper, garbage bags, and basically take care of all the cleaning. This was not a huge problem for us but it'd be nice if they would have offer to clean at least once in our 8-day stay.

The pool is wonderful. The apartments are clean and comfortable, and the complex is quiet and peaceful. The neighborhood is a little out-of-the-way gem.

Now that it has gone condo, rather than hotel, they are doing weird things like charging for an extra towel. It´s just a dollar, but it´s weird. The neighborhood restaurants are all aimed at tourists and very overpriced for the quality. The few local places in the area were closed--I'm guessing because it was off' season.

Spacious modern apartment in complex with decent pool, gym. Serviced with 24/7 reception and cleaning. Very nice and kind cleaning staff. Comfy beds and nice linen/towels.

Location is OK, but a map with how to get there avoid bad roads would be useful. The area is rather dark-ish, but felt quite safe. Apartment is not so much Tulum vibe - just a modern spacious space. We stayed in few others that did decor and some local touches better. Some amenities are worn out - e.g. dirty/scratched shower. Deposit policy and price list for damages is something I saw the first time and it gives you weird impression you are not fully welcome or trusted…

We really enjoyed our stay for 10 days, very quiet, lovely garden, nice pool area to swim and relax, good gym to do a little workout, the apartments are very spacious and nicely decorated, staff is very friendly. Can really recommend it.

when you stay a bit longer it would be nice if the towels and sheets would be changed,

A very nice property, with a kitchen area & table. Nice lounge area plus on our ground floor, outdoor patio with an another table & seating. The property was very modern with a nice outdoor pool & garden area. Just like the pics on booking. The staff were really helpful, housekeeping came every day & were lovely. A few minute walk away there were bars & cafes. A couple of laundromat. A place to get fresh fruit & a small supermarket. We had read some bad reviews about the $200 deposit, we gave cash & had absolutely no problems. Treat the property well & you’ll be ok.

There is a lot of building work going on in the area. The Panacea at the moment is away from that but the roads around are quite poor. However if you don’t mind that, which we were ok with then enjoy.

Very clean, great staff, comfortable and large space. I traveled with my 3 teenagers and my mom, and we were all very comfortable. The kitchen is great and a very easy check-in and check out process. Although it's not located on the beach side, there is a main street nearby with tons of restaurants and shops and right down the street are many restaurants like Carlitos Burrito that jad the best dessert of our trip. A Maracuya ice cream/cheesecake that was to die for!!

Maybe a couple more coffee mugs since we only had 2, but other than that, great service!

The location is a little further from town/beach but don't get discouraged! Very peaceful, clean, and the hosts were the kindest people I have encountered. My friend and I were able to rent bikes at the apartment/hotel. Authentic tacos are up the street at Best Tacos Pepe. Biking from the location to town or beach were about 25 minutes each way. There's an oxxo up the street and cenotes are 12 minute bike ride from the apartment. I would absolutely come back and stay longer!

Fantastic accommodation - excellent value for money and well designed to provide peace and privacy in Tupum. Decent gym, nice pool, lovely rooms. Always sunbeds available during our stay and generally peaceful around the pool. Lovely private balcony. Car parking with cctv. Would definitely return if ever in Tulum and would recommend.

Very little but A/C in gym required and perhaps parasols by the pool for shade. Not super central in Tulum but we had a car so didn't matter. They do take a $200 deposit but returned without issue on departure.

We had the suite with the private pool, which was great and really good value for money. Everything looked like in the pictures, the neighbourhood has some good restaurants and parking is free.

We stayed there for 3 nights and the room wasn't cleaned once. We had to leave a 200 USD deposit, they take a couple businessdays after checkout to return it.

The property was beautiful andin the perfect location. Not too far from the center of the city and only 15 mins from the beach

The only thing I wished is that the plumbing could handle toilet tissue ( which isn’t uncommon) , the suite lounge cushions were replaced and that some of the fabric decorations like the throw or wall decor was dusted a bit more
