Very clean & comfortable room overlooking the swimming pool. Great authentic Mexican restaurant attached ( very reasonable prices & amazing food). Had a swimming pool which was as Gods Send since the beaches are full of seaweed & most of the beach clubs want $70.00 USD food & drinks to use them. Are you fricking serious?? The beaches are supposed to be public in Mexico. Anyway the hotel had a connection to a beachfront restaurant that you could acess a small beach & pay for a lounger that was nice.

Needs to have the pool lounge chairs fixed. One more palapa sunshade area would be nice. TV in room would be nice for some but not a problem for me. Website said free bikes but that was not true.

We got the collectivo from the 7Eleven at the top of the road and it was 25 peso each and we waited 5 mins. Return back flag a collectivo down on main road outside centoes park again 5 min wait Well recommended. Taxis are extortionate in Tulum

Construction everywhere which is not fault of hotel but to be aware of at the moment in Tulum Main road outside being dug up, dust and constant noise Hotel being built next door No TV in room Lighting in room could be improved Tulum is not for us the cenote fantastic but the Nightlife is very House/Rap loud now we like a good party and loud music but definitely not that music

We had the casa It was spacious for my family We could make meals if needed Was Across the street from the grocery store, close to the taxi stands, tour pick up sites, cenote’s and bike path

I really liked my stay at this place, the rooms are big enough and spotless - great housekeeping service! We had a room on the ground floor facing a small garden which was nice and quiet but the balcony was very tiny and couldn´t fit all three of us. I appreciated the helpful staff at the reception, always willing to give tips, they even arranged a taxi for us. Overall, it was a good value for the money.

The pool was closed due to maintenance which was unfortunate but we could use the pool in a neighboring hotel.

We really liked Wish and what come back again! Friendly staff, nice pool, great location and nicely decorated exterior. Also some very friendly cats which we loved. We rented bicycles for a couple of days and they were great, super comfortable and in great shape.

Only a few minor things, there is nowhere to hang anything in the bathroom. Hooks or a towel rack would be great. They provide a little ladder for hanging towels which looks nice but it's not inside the bathroom or even near it so impractical.. Recommend bringing a sleeping mask or perhaps they can find a way to dim the light on the air con which is bright but also shines into a mirror making it pretty bright at night. The mattress were very comfortable but they had flat sheets on the bottom that kept coming off the beds during the night, a fitted sheet would have been great. Also didn't turn out to be a big deal but the restaurant El Capitan is connected to the hotel so you can hear whatever music the restaurant is playing, luckily it never was that loud or that late.

I loved staying at Wish Tulum and feel like I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay during my first visit to Tulum. I’m a solo female traveler so I’m always very picky when it comes to choosing my accommodation and I’m very happy that I picked WishTulum. The location of the hotel is excellent! It’s conveniently located between downtown Tulum and the beach zone. It’s right on the main strip so it’s easy to find and access. It has a lot of restaurants, bars and cafes nearby and a large supermarket right across the road which proved to be really convenient. There’s also a gym across the road which I went to so that’s another added bonus for those who want to workout during their stay in Tulum. All the staff at the hotel is very friendly and will go the extra mile to make sure the customers are happy and comfortable throughout their entire stay. Dario, the guy working at the reception is especially helpful as he speaks perfect English & Spanish. He helped me rent a bike and gave me some useful tips about some spots to visit while in Tulum. My favorite thing about the hotel was definitely the pool! It’s set in a beautiful garden and it’s a perfect spot for chilling. I always ordered drinks and food from the restaurant next door and the waiters brought to me to the pool. It really is a perfect spot to chill! You definitely won’t regret staying in Wish Tulum!

I really liked the balcony and how jungle plants covered the premises and made it private. Also they have a place inside the hotel entrance where you can put your motorbike or bicycle so it is extra safe. Clean water jug at the front desk to fill up water, overall great staff and the young lady at the front desk got us a discount on this awesome cave cenote tour!

A communal kitchen or somewhere to make your own food would have been nice. Also access to the rooftop to hangout like put some hammocks up there.

Beautiful small hotel with a lovely pool and amazing friendly staff. Good sized room with lovely balcony. Very close to supermarket (over the road) and lots of lovely cafes and restaurants. Bikes avail for hire. Highly recommend:)

Doors aren’t sealed/ sound proofed very well so if there is outside noise it’s quite loud. This was only 1/5 nights with a loud night club down the road.

The pool is nice for kids. Very close to the Chedraui super. Staff was very nice. Restaurant next door is good, and not super expensive. Central location.

Bathroom/Shower was a bit small. The floor in the bathroom got wet because there wasn't a proper division. Could use more hooks on walls or hangers of some sort to hang wet items (towels, swim trunks) in the room.

The hotel is very good, the rooms are clean and big. Next to the main road, about 20min walking from the ADO station. The pool is amazing, open until 11pm. The restaurant right next to it has good food, prices are normal. The staff was very nice and informative.

Hotel far from the access to the beaches (1h walking). But you can rent a bike for the day at the hotel. Room didn't have a TV.
