The hotel is located at some 1.7 km of the city center in a commercial mall named "Paseo 60' having many restaurants and a couple of shops. The rooms are large and clean, and the staff is kind and very polite. The room price seems quite high but it includes free breakfast, free parking and free internet working very well. The towels were replaced daily, the cleaning service was performed daily. The "City Sightseeing" hop-on hop-off bus and other buses (to the airport or to other cities) had a stop in front of the hotel. In the first day we found in the room 2 bottles of complimentary water.

The rooms were furnished very basic. The free breakfast had little options. The paid breakfast was very expensive for what it offered.

Beds are super nice and staff is friendly. But this is a Hotel to come by if you are a couple of days in the city to work or make tourism, not for a family trip

The breakfast option was super early (6 to 9 am) and after that you needed to pay. The breakfast super basic and not so many options to chose. We used the pools and there were supposed to have a space with towels but it was always empty, we called the staff to ask for towels and they took ages to bring them up. Everything slow

it was a nice, clean and modern budget hotel. we stayed over the New year, so I would guess the prices were elevated at the time. A lot of people have written, that it has horrible breakfast, but as a budgethotel, I would call it pretty standard. Not fantastic in any way, but you could have a breakfast and it was ok.

Their coffee in the morning is horrible, like the burnt and bitter coffee you get in many work places. Pretty easy to improve this and it is for me pretty important in the morning. Well, life is too short for bad coffee, so I asked for standard black tea………which they don’t have…..of any kind😂 We stayed at the hotel 3 days and we never had enough towels in the bathroom. there was always an excuse, but please……not enough towels…..?

The location is perfect walking distance to city center and attractions. The staff was very friendly Aldair on the front desk was very friendly and helpful. It was very convenient to have the ADO bus terminal outside of the hotel for the transportation to the airport etc.

The room was clean and big, the bed was comfortable

The location was excellent with some nice restaurants close by. The continental breakfast was great perfect for what we needed. Rooms were spacious and kept clean.

The shower was a little cold for me although the rest of my family found it ok.

Great location, and has a working space in the lobby great for WFH

The kitchen/restaurant staff was not very nice. If you asked them to clean table so you could sit during breakfast, they said they were rude in the response and didn’t attend the ask. This is peak breakfast hour

The hotel is in a nice modern building. The staff was professional and helpful, and they even responded to our request about having a room in the upper floors. We had a nice and comfortable room with a great view from the 8. floor, and the bed was amazing, I would say the best one we had during our 3 weeks trip in Mexico. The room was clean every day.

As everybody else already comment, the breakfast is very simple, which is a pity. In a hotel of that kind of quality, Im sure they would be always graded 10 if they would improve their breakfast service. For us it wasn't a big deal, it was enough to start the day.

hotel is in center with parking space, clean and have vending machine too. there are options of restaurants in same premises.

Another great stay here (this would be my third time). I didn't wake up early enough to try their included breakfast but loved the nearby restaurants below. Friendly staff, great rooftop pool and spacious, clean rooms.

In-room dining could be better, food was not very good compared to the restaurants below and they didn't have dessert when I wanted to order some off the menu. That's about it, no other complaints.
