Location to Paseo de Montejo is fabulous. Close to loads of restaurants, shops, Walmart etc. And still walkable to Centro. Room is spacious and comfy bed. Great sized bathroom and AC works well (a must in this part of the world)

Staff were definitely hit and miss, Fantastically friendly in the concierge and yet in the Club Lounge - the staff were mixed. One staff member was particularly rude. Not only to us but to others there that same night. We ended up talking to some of the other guest who expressed how disappointed they were also in the lack of service in the Club Lounge.

The food was delicious and the service was beyond exceptional. Everything was clean and well maintained. My room wasn’t super quiet because of its location, but it didn’t really affect me much. I had a great stay.

I couldn’t get the wi-fi to work, but I also didn’t try hard enough because I was out and about enjoying the city.

Staff was very welcoming and check-in was smooth and easy; we got earlier that expected and they were able to acomodate us. Beds are very comfortable and room was very clean. Location is good. Would stay here again.

Fiesta Club could use some love - lacking snacks and beverages. We spent some time at the pool (which could use some renovations) and wanted to order some food, but there was a single waiter who said would come back, but never did.

This hotel is amazingly beautiful and the staff go out of their way to assist with your every need. Really fantastic place and a great value!

Getting a coffee very early in the AM required us to use the main restaurant instead of the coffee shop. We were required to put on sanitizing gel and get our temperature taken several times a day which was a pain, but also as a traveler during these Covid times I can understand. Small gym by appointment only was a hassle, but understood. It is about a mile from Centro, so be prepared for a lot of walking. Otherwise, taxis are very reasonable.

I order room service, it was good and plenty. Very comfortable bed, nice view to the city, ac was good and overall good service and kindness from the staff.

Be prepared since the Front desk does not take dollars. You need to exchange outside the hotel and at a certain hour, since the shopping mall IS NOT A SHOOPING MALL. Plaza Americana Shopping Center, terrible service at Chillis i walked out, the stores inside the "mall" have overpriced items.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. I was nice to be upgraded to the special guest floor. The coffee in the morning was appreciated

I would have liked to have had real milk available for morning coffee on the Fiesta Rewards Floor. Perhaps a little more snack selection.

Comfortable room, evening service in the lounge. The manager of the restaurants was very friendly and help us to get vegetarian breakfast.

Included breakfast in the lounge only (not in the main breakfast) and has a very limited choice. Lounge staff was not friendly in the morning. 150 MXN extra if you want plain scramble eggs.

dated (somewhat dilapidated) pool and spa area - didn’t look like the pictures in person. also for a hotel of this standing, more in room water should’ve been complementary (2x 200ml bottles on bedside tables are included but the 1.5ltr left on table charged for if you open it)

We loved our Christmas get away at Fiesta Americana Merida! The hotel is very beautiful! The lobby was decorated for Christmas and it was stunning!! The staff was wonderful from the front desk to the people cleaning the rooms and halls! We got an enthusiastic "Buenos Dias" every time we passed a staff member! It was refreshing to see these happy people!! We participated in the Christmas Eve dinner in the dining room and it was a full buffet with carving stations of turkey, beef, lamb and of course every side you could imagine! The desserts were plentiful and varied. The food was excellent and the wait staff were there for any thing you could possibly want! We loved the family atmosphere at Christmas at Fiesta Americana!!! On Christmas Day we treated ourselves to a couples massage and it was fabulous! For a tiny woman the masseuse had the strength of Hercules and gave us both the best massages we ever had!! Our room was a Junior King Suite with two rooms, King bedroom with bath, shower and tub, and huge TV and the living room with a bath, kitchenette, huge TV and dining table. The furnishings we're comfortable and clean. I have rated our stay a perfect 10 and it deserved every point!!

Great location with easy access to much of Merida’s attractions. 50 peso taxi to downtown or sometimes an even cheaper Uber. Hotel was very nice, comfortable, and clean. I would stay there again.

My only complaint, and it was a small one, is that you have to pay for the coffee that’s provided in the room. Seemed odd since they always had complimentary snacks and tea by the elevator.
