The animation team at the hotel was incredible especially Jasime❤️, so friendly and always getting people involved in a range of activities. Each night there was a different show which provided great entertainment. The layout of the hotel is beautiful it is a little village with lots of separate houses dotted around the space. There is so much to do with the mini golf, table tennis, pool, volleyball and basketball as well as organised activities every half an hour such as darts. The rooms exceeded expectations, although the design was slightly outdated the beds were very comfortable and our balcony was huge, which made watching the sunset perfect. Very large spacious shower and everything was perfectly clean. The food in the restaurant was always lovely and served with a smile, the choice was limited as we came out of season but I can imagine it’s even better in season! The all inclusive bar was open from 10.30am until midnight everyday with a wide range of drinks, much more than expected! There was beer, wine and all the common spirits. The bar staff are extremely lovely and also serve incredible coffee as well as gorgeous mint tea!

Our only issue was around day 5 of our stay the showers were no longer hot, however we never went to reception to address this as every time we walked past we would forget. The cold showers ended up being quite a blessing after a whole day in the sun.

10 minute walk to a very long sandy beach and promenade, partitioned off part for the hotel. Nice sitting and dancing area in the evenings next to the large pool. About a dozen young animation team getting people up to dance and take part in different activities. Rooms cleaned every day if you don't put the Don't disturb on the outer door. Hot shower, and room well painted and clean. Well looked after gardens. Well cooked food but not a great choice.

The whole complex and rooms are well worn with age but OK. Show time in the evenings start at 10pm. Plastic tea spoons for the lovely soup. Not a large selection of food and no french fries in the evening.

Everything, the Staff, the room, the Resort and entertainment team, go above & beyond to make your stay, as good and comfortable as possible. Me & my 8year old son, love staying at the Caribbean Village, it has a lovely atmosphere, great swimming pools, All inclusive, brilliant Breakfast, lovely lunch and excellent choice for dinner, always something to eat. Also a Snack burger & Chips between 12pm & 3pm you have to book and get a ticket. A lovely Moroccan theme Restaurant & Italian one to, you also have to pre-book for these two. There is always day activities and a kids Disco, along with night time entertainment ❣️ The entertainment team, the Restaurant and bar Staff are just Wonderful people they make the holiday experience, that little bit more. The grouds are beautiful and it's cleaned daily. The Front desk Staff are lovely and Welcoming and Cheeck in, is fast and efficient, fill in your form and then taken straight to room. Cheek in from 3pm. Let them know in advance your arrival time, they may be able to help? the resort is huge, with a Kids Club, Mini golf and tennis courts. 3 swimming pools, 2 pool bars.

I personally can not find a fault with them ! I have had 2 great experiences with them and we look forward to returning for Easter, with them❣️🙏🏼🥰 We were last there for Christmas and that was an Excellent stay, with them. We had an amazing time, Thank you, Carribean Village.

People are relaxed ,nice and welcoming, I really liked the food and overall staying for a week with my 9 year old son was great. I would give it a 10 just for the above reasons, but unfortunately I can't 😕 as the previous reviews are correct 😕

I had issue with payment as their bank machine did not work and I didn't bring much Darhams with me to pay with cash. I am still awaiting fot my bank to confirm there were no double transactions 🤦‍♀️This was soo stressful as even their ATM in one point didn't work. TV in the room didn't work, so after 4 day I stopped telling them ,for a young child on vacation, working TV would be helpful. I don't mind the outdated hotel rooms, that is not important as long as it is clean. A big heart for all the cleaning ladies!!! ❤️ 💙 Advice: Have cash if staying at this hotel.

Its a big resort, rooms were spread over 2 miles. lots of walking. Room size is big, bathrooms also specious. No AC in the room. We went in Early march so was bit chilly in the evening and night. Hotel is good, bit old do need some refurbishment, but clean. bathroom and rooms were big size. All rooms have big balcony. Good choice for food. 1 restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Good choice and plenty variety, we stayed for 4 nights so had different everyday . Staff is lovely and friendly. Have lots of activities whole day so keep you engaged . ALL INCLUSIVE drinks are ok- not much choice but ok. I will recommended for family as well as couples.

Beach is far away from the main hotel. Around 10/15 mins walk . Its not a private beach so No bar or drinks served on the beach. Just few sunbeds and umbrellas. That's a bit dis appointing, if you want to stay long on the BEACH YOU HAVE TO CARRY YOUR OWN DRINKS :(

Great value. For the price I paid I got far more than I expected. The pool/pool bar area were great and while the selection at the all inclusive buffet wasn’t huge there was always a couple of options and plenty of drinks to wash it down.

the property is a little run down and dated, but there’s a few small (and cheap) improvements that could make a big difference. For example the chair cushions in the room were stained, these looked removable so wouldn’t take a lot to wash during the off season. The towels, while fresh every day, were also showing their age. There were a lot of complaints about the breakfast options, buffet choices were very limited, but there was a fresh omelette station and either hot pancakes or donuts which I think made up for it.

The service in thr open bar, the localisation, swimming pools and the staff, Who will give you the best experience, they make exceptions and go extra mile if you need something not included, just ask and they will make it possible

The buffet for breakfast was not fully ready at 6.30am as written, you have to be tolerant with chaos and disorganisation, this is a Moroccan standard Hotel and it can make some tourists annoyed. If something is missing you have to insist and ask, nothing is given for granted.

The staff amd the vibe they create really make this hotel so much better than it appears at face value. I was iffy when I first arrived but it really grows on you. One of my favourite holidays ever but largely due to the amazing people I met there and became firm friends with.

The food is repetitive but there are loads of cheap nearby restaurants which provide excellent alternatives.

The people, all the staff are super friendly and helpful and made our stay, went over and above for Christmas celebrations to make our time there very special. Everybody works very hard to make the stays great

Nothing, okay the hotel is a little dated and food can be hit or miss but for all inclusive at this price it's outstanding value and think people forget this
