I was in doubt til the last moment whether to give this hotel a try or not and mainly due to the low rated reviews being given. And after spending 3 days in the hotel i can say that those reviews do not represent fairly this hotel. Yes the rooms are tired and some buildings require a paint job, but that's not something exclusively from this hotel. Most of the hotels in Agadir are from the late 80s. There are 3 outdoor swimming pools placed in different areas of the complex so none will be crowded, a bar next to each pool, tennis courts, gym (closed during ramadan), nightclub, 2 restaurants and a main buffet area, a bunch of souvenir shops, a spa (didn't visit) and an amphitheatre. Certainly not easy to maintain and upkeep all of this with the prices they charge per night but they manage. Now to address some of the comments: -There are no bugs in the rooms and the rooms are cleaned on a daily basis -If the food in the buffet area is not of your taste there are 2 a la carte restaurants available and included in the price -There's no tip culture that i've noticed in the hotel. Although if you tip the barman you can expect a better service like not waiting in line. But i believe that's how it works everywhere, isn't it? - People working in the hotel are kind, from the guys in the buffet to the cleaning ladies. If you will be kind you will receive kindness in return -Music plays til midnight in the main pool area where people are enjoying themselves. If that bothers you just make sure to request a room fairly distant from the main pool. -If you get easily upset with minor imperfections don't bother coming To finish, i couldn't end this review without making reference to the animation team. They are INCREDIBLE. You can see they put a lot of dedication to their craft when you join the evening shows. It's not just quizzes and magic show but an 1 hour acrobatic, dancing, acting play. And a very friendly crew.

The breakfast requires improvement. Though if you are on all-inclusive you can snack at any given time. Wifi is non-existent, so make sure to buy a sim card in the airport or an e-sim Hope my review will help those in doubt if to pick this hotel

Loved the stay. Food was good, the beer is in bottles so if you like a beer, this is a bonus. Location is good, the beach is very close and is super clean. Ile be going back. The man who sells the leather bags is the nicest man you will meet, also the man as the bar in the lobby is the best. You have the main pools were all the action is or 2 other quiet pools to chill out.

Room needed a little refurb as my balcony doors were falling to pieces but this is just a polite bit of constructive criticism.

Lovely all inclusive amazing settings with cool opportunities for crazy golf, tennis swimming in 3 or 4 pools. The sex on the beach cocktails at any time of the day were great fun! Great value!

It may be more suited to families.

Really good for the price, if you getting the good price ofc, I can't imagine why would anyone complain - food 3 times a day, 2 restaurants, alcohol free and truly unlimited (beers in bottles, no shady tap), huge hotel compound. Food is not 5-star hotel but if 3 types of meat at lunch leave you hungry (like people say in negative reviews) that is a definition of "white world problems" and you should pay much more for a better stared hotel. Room is old but clean enough for my taste, some view and far away from the loud main pool if you just ask for it. Staff awesome btw

If the hotel is getting crowded you can expect some queues for food and drinks, some logistic adjustments could be made there like a 20min British queue for the chips can stretch long and cover tables with other food so you can't get there without shoving people.

The animation team at the hotel was incredible especially Jasime❤️, so friendly and always getting people involved in a range of activities. Each night there was a different show which provided great entertainment. The layout of the hotel is beautiful it is a little village with lots of separate houses dotted around the space. There is so much to do with the mini golf, table tennis, pool, volleyball and basketball as well as organised activities every half an hour such as darts. The rooms exceeded expectations, although the design was slightly outdated the beds were very comfortable and our balcony was huge, which made watching the sunset perfect. Very large spacious shower and everything was perfectly clean. The food in the restaurant was always lovely and served with a smile, the choice was limited as we came out of season but I can imagine it’s even better in season! The all inclusive bar was open from 10.30am until midnight everyday with a wide range of drinks, much more than expected! There was beer, wine and all the common spirits. The bar staff are extremely lovely and also serve incredible coffee as well as gorgeous mint tea!

Our only issue was around day 5 of our stay the showers were no longer hot, however we never went to reception to address this as every time we walked past we would forget. The cold showers ended up being quite a blessing after a whole day in the sun.

After 10 days of travelling around Morroco we wanted to flop on the sunbed in the sunshine with the ease of food and drinks, and this hotel allowed us to do exactly that! The hotel allowed us to check in super early at 8am rather than 12pm. They also gave us our all inclusive wristbands at 6.30am when we arrived so we could have breakfast and then let us stay after check out until our flight later that night! The food was great and there was plenty of variety, and alcoholic drinks were available throughout the day. The staff were so patient, kind and friendly and worked so hard to ensure all residents were looked after. Our room had everything that we needed, we were close to the beach and the boardwalk which had amazing restaurants for dinner if you wanted to go somewhere else to eat. The hotel also was beautifully kept by the gardeners, with great facilities for families like a pool, tennis courts, spa, kids club and theatre. There was also camel rides and little shops to pop into. The value for money was excellent. Also travelling in November meant that it wasn't too crowded.

The bedroom decor/ towels were basic, and the shower head wasn't working properly, which for a few days was absolutely fine, but any longer and it may have been more disappointing to us.

10 minute walk to a very long sandy beach and promenade, partitioned off part for the hotel. Nice sitting and dancing area in the evenings next to the large pool. About a dozen young animation team getting people up to dance and take part in different activities. Rooms cleaned every day if you don't put the Don't disturb on the outer door. Hot shower, and room well painted and clean. Well looked after gardens. Well cooked food but not a great choice.

The whole complex and rooms are well worn with age but OK. Show time in the evenings start at 10pm. Plastic tea spoons for the lovely soup. Not a large selection of food and no french fries in the evening.

Everything, the Staff, the room, the Resort and entertainment team, go above & beyond to make your stay, as good and comfortable as possible. Me & my 8year old son, love staying at the Caribbean Village, it has a lovely atmosphere, great swimming pools, All inclusive, brilliant Breakfast, lovely lunch and excellent choice for dinner, always something to eat. Also a Snack burger & Chips between 12pm & 3pm you have to book and get a ticket. A lovely Moroccan theme Restaurant & Italian one to, you also have to pre-book for these two. There is always day activities and a kids Disco, along with night time entertainment ❣️ The entertainment team, the Restaurant and bar Staff are just Wonderful people they make the holiday experience, that little bit more. The grouds are beautiful and it's cleaned daily. The Front desk Staff are lovely and Welcoming and Cheeck in, is fast and efficient, fill in your form and then taken straight to room. Cheek in from 3pm. Let them know in advance your arrival time, they may be able to help? the resort is huge, with a Kids Club, Mini golf and tennis courts. 3 swimming pools, 2 pool bars.

I personally can not find a fault with them ! I have had 2 great experiences with them and we look forward to returning for Easter, with them❣️🙏🏼🥰 We were last there for Christmas and that was an Excellent stay, with them. We had an amazing time, Thank you, Carribean Village.

People are relaxed ,nice and welcoming, I really liked the food and overall staying for a week with my 9 year old son was great. I would give it a 10 just for the above reasons, but unfortunately I can't 😕 as the previous reviews are correct 😕

I had issue with payment as their bank machine did not work and I didn't bring much Darhams with me to pay with cash. I am still awaiting fot my bank to confirm there were no double transactions 🤦‍♀️This was soo stressful as even their ATM in one point didn't work. TV in the room didn't work, so after 4 day I stopped telling them ,for a young child on vacation, working TV would be helpful. I don't mind the outdated hotel rooms, that is not important as long as it is clean. A big heart for all the cleaning ladies!!! ❤️ 💙 Advice: Have cash if staying at this hotel.

The accomodation is great! We had a few issues at the 1st room booked but we asked at the reception and they changed the room right away so we could be comfortable. They keep cleaning everything every morning, since it's a lot of people and places to clean. Also, they give you all the information you need at the check in time about the meals (there are some restaurants you need to book in the morning if you want a different meal), with a map of the resort. I was concerned about some comments here about lack of information, but I just realised we only need to ask and they will be nice and give you all the information you need (when you go to another country you need to keep the language barrer on mind so lets just be tolerant). I will for sure come back for vacations!
