We really enjoyed our stay in Zephyr, the hotel is well located with around restaurants bakeries banks and small shops. The beach is reachable by foot in less than 20 min otherwise there are taxis which pretty affordable. The people from the hotel were always nice and helpful and especially Adil who was always there to help or give advice when having a question.

Very spacious appartment with 2 separate bedrooms and big living room with kitchen. Very clean, fast internet connection

Strangely there was no electric kettle for tea/coffee and using the electric stove was somewhat inefficient as there was no proper kettle provided. We managed somehow but for such little more investment (15-20€) it would look by far more professional and useful for the guests- at least coming from Europe. Also there was NO RAG/sponge to keep the kitchen tidy- a bit weird. Another 3-5€ max. We ended up buying it in the shop. In my opinion it should be provided for a short term rental

5 star experience from check in to check out. We arrived 2 hours early but staff accommodated us with early check in. Apartment was clean and had all the facilities as advertised. Location is superb as close to all amenities e.g shops and restaurants. Housekeeping staff did excellent service as everyday they top up. We stayed for 5 nights and couldn't be more happy.

Overall good experience

A great apartment hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I've read some reviews about difficulty checking in but I experienced nothing but excellent service from the front desk, The facilities are modern and clean and the layout of the room is perfect. Excellent view from the balconies. The housekeeping ladies were lovely - especially as I had to keep sending them away to come back later. One of the reasons for this was the extremely comfortable beds, just the right amount of firmness resulting in an great nights sleep and waking up much later than normal. Genuinely some of the best nights sleep I've had was in those beds. Even though the hotel is is in a busy area, there was no late night noise, but that may have been due to having a room to the rear, overlooking the childrens playground. Excellent value for money, excellent facilities and superb WIFI, which was important as I was working. And if you needed anything organising or some helpful advice, Adil the concierge was always on hand. Thank you!

It would be helpful to have 'do not disturb' labels to attach to the doors. Some days I didn't want my room cleaning and would have to tell the housekeeping not to bother or come back later. Also there was no kettle in my room. I was able to warm water using a pan but I prefer a kettle - maybe it's a British thing.

The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and housekeeping were very efficient. Ahmed on Reception was exceptional as was Adil who helped us with our luggage. Staff were kind and very cheerful. Great location with tons of restaurants on the doorstep. Would definitely stay again.

Once we got our bearings the location was really good, some very nice restaurants very close by, small supermarkets and several banks. Friendly staff, comfy beds and the air con was great,

The small pool at the hotel does not get any sun, There is a pool in another building which is lovely but it is a bit of a pain having to get security to let you in and out all the time. Cleaning was poor our balcony was never brushed the whole time we were there except by myself. The grout was black in places and the kitchen cabinet doors were sticky. No kettle and if you wanted to cook the utensils are very limited.

The size of the apartment was big all bedrooms had ensuite. Everything was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of food places on the doorstep.

Spacious and very clean room with a great internet connection to work from. Staff is very nice and eager to help whenever they can. The hotel has 2 pools, paid access to an amazing big gym area (not for free), and is overall despite a busy street absolutely quiet. Beds are big and comfortable to sleep in.

We just stayed 1 night but it was nice. It looks like a hotel from a movie! The rooms are enormous and very luxurious. Each room had TV and AC. The bathrooms were very nice and clean, with good showers. The mattress was quite comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen that much, but we noticed it was well equipped with everything you might need. Recommended.

- At check in, they sent us a sort of salesman in the hall (with briefcase and everything XD) to sell us organized excursions, which we didn't ask for. - WATCH OUT FOR PHISHING ATTEMPTS!!! A few days before our stay, we were contacted by WhatsApp by a person pretending to be a staff member, THAT PROVIDED CORRECT INFO ABOUT OUR STAY IN THIS HOTEL TO MAKE YOU THINK IT'S LEGIT, asking us to put credit card info into a shady website (which was a very poorly made booking clone). We didn't fall for it but many people do! We informed the hotel, hopefully they can put a stop to this.

I wanted to write and express my deep appreciation for the women who did a deep clean our room 103 at Zephyr Hotel. The service was outstanding, exceptional, reliable, dependable, and extremely professional. We couldn't be more satisfied with all of the BEAUTIFUL girls. And also the hotel straff (Rachid, Manager Salah, Rida, Jawad and Adil also that helped used us with our bags and fixing a taxi! I have really enjoyed every moment in this hotel, timing is good, employee are very excellent and very professional,they were patient and nice,they provided me with everything I needed thanks for your help. See you next time!
