Beautiful hotel with lots going on and a great location if you want to be in walking distance of a couple of towns. There are a lot of unnecessarily negative reviews, so don’t be put off! Great to have the private beach area, the reception staff were very friendly, food was good but not 5* and a la carte restaurants are hard to get booked into, but nice food. Pool area was the highlight! And you can get sun beds at any time. NOTE: there is a family of dogs and puppies next to the Radisson Blu hotel (5 mins from hotel), they hide away and are very thirsty and hungry. PLEASE FEED THEM, not many people know they’re there and feed only the beach dogs. They don’t like to be stroked because they’re scared but are super grateful for food and water!!

Rude personnel at the reception ( two girls ). We wanted to pay with cash what was possible this kind of payment there but suddenly they said higher price (140€more ) and asked for card payment complaining that booking is very bad and we were never supposed to book the hotel through booking. I never had problems before and I am travelling only through booking. They poor English doesn’t let them explain why they want more money and at the end I had to pay more what was not okay and I've never had a situation like this before.

First, the property looks exactly like the photos and even better. But what’s even more exciting is the SERVICE. BOOK THIS RESORT. Quality food and optionssss . The cocktails were definitely hitting as well ( did I mention that this is unlimited? ) . I also felt absolutely safe and catered to as a black solo female traveler. none of this is sponsored but I’m just happy that I chose this resort for my birthday trip. They also sent complimentary roses to my room for my birthday and curated a memorable birthday dinner for me at the Krystal restaurant. The servers at both restaurants ( Krystal & le musk) are delightful. lol, this is the first time I’m leaving a written review so you can tell how much value I got. ( btw, I paid with my hard earned money so none of this is sponsored)

We stayed at the hotel twice, and both times in different years had food poisoning.. that was a real pity and it can ruin the experience If you don’t put your towel down on a sunbed before 7am you won’t have a sunbed for the entire day. Notwithstanding the hotel rules, the guests reserve their sunbed by putting a towel down.

Everything about this hotel is amazing!! We only ate in the buffet restaurant, there was a good variety and the dinner had something different on every night, this was the only thing I was worried about after reading some reviews but it was 100%. I also read a lot of reviews about no loungers by the pool, there was mornings we went down around 10am and had no issue getting a lounger, only one day we couldn’t find any & one of the ‘pool staff’ came straight over and found us 2 and put them wherever we wanted, that’s literally what they’re there for, it’s their job, so I wouldn’t pay much attention to the negative reviews (for the proper beds with the canopy you need to be down around 7am). The restaurant staff are brilliant, they learnt our drinks order after a few days and we had our drinks sitting on the table for us coming back from getting food every time. The entertainment staff are also lovely, greeting everyone every morning & afternoon, will have a lovely chat with you but don’t push you to do anything. The rooms are spotless, free mini bar restocked every day. All of the bar staff are also lovely, will have a good laugh with you, all cocktails/spirits are included, and you can ask them to make anything not on the menu. Camel & Horse riding along the private beach, and jet ski’s. We said after the first few days we we’re 100% going back next year.

The only TINY problem we had was trying to get an iron to the room, definitely bring a travel iron with you if you think you’ll need one, but this isn’t enough to make us not want to go back!

Beautiful location, the entire hotel has beautiful aesthetics and truly luxurious. The many restaurants and options for food is amazing. Great gym facilities for a decent workout, and the hotel backs straight onto the beach. Hotel rooms are huge with plenty of space as well as the lobby and chill out areas. I Highly recommended this hotel.

The staff were friendly, but could have been a little bit better in their hospitality.

We stayed there for a week. The hotel itself is very nice and the staff are very lovely people. Our stay was very good. We will be back that's for sure.

There are few things. First, food. Very little Vegan options especially at lunch time. Then there is no way to say whether the food is vegetarian or vegan , or there is meat in it. We are moving towards better environment and more and more people are waking up, and changing their diets. I think hotels need to be more up to date or even advance in this regard. Get more Vegan options and tell it to people. And you will see more visitors, guaranteed. Other than that, I won't be a little kid with size 12 shoes telling every little thing I would do differently like other people do. Lovely stay and we will be back.

The aesthetic is STUNNING. So many pools, gorgeous bar area, lovely views from outdoor dining for lunch and dinner. Rooms were massive, stocked the mini fridge with lots of cold drinks. Easy access to the beach. The staff let us stay all day when we checked out until our flight. Staff very positive and lovely. Entertainment better than I expected.

Food could be better. Alcohol quite cheap, gave me a headache. When I thought cocktails were included I was excited but it was cheap pre made mix rather than freshly made. Did not like that people were able to reserve cabanas/sun beds by throwing a towel on it. Wasn’t fair. Some people would do that and not come all day.

The room was clean and spacious. There was so much to do in the hotel and didn’t feel the need to leave. The staff were very friendly and polite and invited people around the pool to take part in the activities. The restaurants were lovely in the evening to have a different eating experience.

We we’re a room for 3 people but they only left 2 cups and 2 bath robes. Although the cleaning staff were then happy to provide another when we asked. We also went after reading reviews of dodgy stomachs which we too experienced. We hardly get ill but thought it made sense when we saw the chef a couple of days later serving out the cooked chicken with the same tongs that was just handling raw chicken. Our stomachs passed a couple of days later however.

The resort and the rooms were very clean. It is a big resort with lots of space around the pool. the activities were good. There are several restaurants with different cuisines. the food was delicious with wide options.

The service was slow. not enough staff the quality of the wines was very poor. there was no wine list that we can purchase as another option.
