This is my third stay , a bit different from my first stay , but still a pleasant one , the management are really great and they do all they can to solve the issue to make the customer satisfied, most of the staff were very nice , helpful and friendly.

A guy named DRISS , he worked as a night receptionist, he made our stay less pleasant because of his hostile attitude. If you ever booked this hotel and this guy is still there it only means that the management didn't take the measures that they promised they would have taken against this hostile guy ! But I will definitely stay here again because everything else was just great.

I was a bit unsure what to expect having read reviews. My experience; - Staff went above and beyond. Not just for me but I witnessed it for others too. From getting ice for me for a (longstanding) knee injury to allowing some other guests to sit and have breakfast even though breakfast should have finished 45mins earlier and they hadn't checked in yet. All staff, even down to the cleaning staff, were extremely friendly and smiley. - One thing I read that was consistent in other reviews was complaints about breakfast. Either they are unfounded or the hotel has taken those complaints on board because I can hardly think of anything that wasn't on offer at the breakfast menu. There was cereal, fresh fruit, 2 types of bread (the horrid sweet american stuff and local bread), eggs cooked in front of you as well as boiled eggs, sliced tomato, sliced cucumber, sliced cheese, some sort of cold meat, 3 types of pastries and in my opinion the nicest was the moroccan style offering which was fried guava strips, a delicious lentil stewy thing. There was also some sausages and fried potato chunks. Oh and there was what looked liked soup as well. Then for drink, fresh orange juice, moroccan mint tea or other tea/coffee from the machine. - Location wise I saw reference to the streets around not being great. I disagree, the surrounding area is no better or worse than the rest of the city. It is well located round the corner from a market and united nations square, a 30min walk from the mosque and a 30min walk from the habous area. Also a 15min walk from a great restaurant called Sqala. Very close to the station as well. It seemed to me to be perfectly located for everything. - I read some comments over the lift floor numberings, other places I've been in Morocco have been similar in that rooms starting 102 are on the second floor. There are signs by the lifts but its not exactly difficult to remember. - I am quite OCD and the place was impeccably clean.

Air con was a little noisy but that is really splitting hairs because its the same everywhere.

The room is a bit dated but otherwise clean and comfortable and great location, there was a fridge in the room but no mini bar, juice or soft drink contents (not a big issue for us) the shower was over the bath which is not something I like but not a fault (just need to be aware) reception staff were very helpful and always pleasant. Close to the Hassan II Mosque and Ricks Cafe (Taxi Ride) walking distance to the Madina and shopping.

The room had an odor but this is something to expect when travelling in Marocco

The room was nice and clean as was the rest of the hotel. My bed was very comfortable. The downtown location was within walking distance of many shopping and eating areas. If you need travel help, I can't praise Doha's performance enough: ask for her at the front desk, she was a world of help. I can only hope that management appreciates what a good employee she is. I can't say much for the night desk manager as he wasn't so helpful but the rest of the staff went out of their way though the English was a bit rough but they did their best. The late night/early morning crew was also helpful especially the night auditor.

The water fluctuations were really wierd . There were only two English speaking channels on the TV and their erratic reception made them unbearable to watch. The rest of the satellite channels worked fine so I don't know why there was a problem with the two English channels

Location is perfect, 8 minutes to train by walking. It is in a safe area. Breakfast and workers are nice.

There was no towel and slippers in the room. We asked for them but they should exist in the room.

Good location, room was clean and spacious, staff was friendly. They have a restaurant and one can have dinner, lunch or a snack if hungry and don't want to go out.

Not much to complain about to be fair. The only odd thing I came across is a message I received from the hotel on Booking a week or so before my stay, saying they could not verify my card and that I should try to use a MasterCard or make a bank transfer for the room. When I messaged them back and said that I already used a MasterCard which was absolutely fine for the other hotels I booked in Morocco, the hotel replied and asked me to ignore the initial message because it was "a virus". Odd, because the message came on my Booking app and it appeared to have been sent by the hotel...

Very central location and extremely friendly employees. It’s easy to reach all parts of the city by foot or using public transport (taxi/tram/train). Some of the negative reviews I find totally false because it’s Marokko and they have their own mentality over there. Someone expecting European/American efficiency should at all avoid visiting Casablanca in my opinion. All my requests were fulfilled but it takes a while. Breakfast was simple but quite nice with enough choice. The room was spacious and clean with comfy beds.

The rooms are quite noisy and not really well sound isolated. I didn’t like that you can’t open the window.

The room was very spacious, clean and well designed. The hotel has many quirky design features that live up to its boutique description. Hotel reception was friendly and efficient. Bed very comfortable. Good WIFI. Easy 8 minute walk to Casa Port train station and taxis always available outside the hotel.

The area around the hotel is not very nice BUT it is an easy 10 minute walk to the train station and 12 minute walk to Mohammed V square. The proximity to the station was our priority and as a couple I did not mind the grotty area at night but would not have liked to walk there on my own. The shower was over the bath and was extremely slippery. The breakfast area was very clean and the buffet was nice but we would have liked some healthy cereal and yoghurt options. As usual not enough toilet paper supplied for two people but supplied on request. Our request not to have new towels each day was ignored. Minor problems as it was a nice hotel overall.
