It’s really clean and decorated very aesthetically. The Riad is so welcoming for its guests. The massage provided by this Riad was really nice. We loved our massage session with Amal the masseuse. It was fairly priced.

Since the location is a bit inside, so we needed porter to take our luggage. The taxis don’t go inside the main square after 1:00 PM. The porter charges hefty amounts. Better communicate with hotel before the arrival regarding this matter. Another issue was not having the bidet in the toilet. They charge for tea, but since we raised the voice regarding this, they make it complimentary. Also for breakfast you only get sweet savory, the eggs are only provided on alternate days.

The staff or family that welcomed me were very friendly and helpful. The view of the Medina from the rooftop was great. The rooftop is lovely! I had to leave early so they gave me some breakfast to take with me. I only stayed a night as I was joining a tour early in the morning. The Riad is very centrally located but it was very quiet.

The fan in the bathroom didn't switch off, it was running all night. This seems to be a feature in Morocco as it also happened in other places. It was very noisy and I couldn't block it out even with earplugs.

A friendly welcome & tea on the terrace overlooking the djemaa el-fnaa. Our room was cosy and the bed very comfortable, plenty of hot water. We had asked if dinner would be possible and wow we had the most amazing chicken, lemon & olive tangine with another tangine full of vegetables, so pleased we ate in. Breakfast was on the terrace in glorious blue sky watching the market set up. We wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you to all the wonderful advise on what to see in the city.

Everything was perfect but we did struggle to find the alley so for future guest it’s the first right approx 60meters down the side of the cafe de Paris before you get to the fork in the suke.

Our original accommodation cancelled the day before we were due to arrive - this came up as an option when trying to rebook and we couldn’t believe our luck!!! We got lost in the medina - if you know you know - and a quick call to the accommodation and the man came to get us. A hidden gem, outstanding in every way! Nothing not to like and would deffo recommend to anyone who is looking for somewhere central to stay. The staff were attentive and so kind and helpful. Gutted wasn’t staying for more than one night. Beautiful roof top terrace too, much needed oasis of calm.

No - nothing. Would recommend

The location was very central, on top of the main square. Beautiful view from the roof top. Very kind and attentive staff, they arranged a taxi for the other person sharing the room with us and they made sure she arrived safely to the Riad in the night. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. Spotless bedsheets and toilet. We definitely recommend this Riad due to the central location.

The Riad is at the dead end of a small road, if you arrive in the night we advise you to get the taxi arranged by the Riad. The taxi can't get to the Medina in the night so they will send a person to escort you to the Riad.

location, very short walk about 2 mins to the main square, staff very very helpful and polite, feel very safe walking back to hotel even though it is located in a very narrow alley. Breakfast is standard and we like to sit at the roof top to enjoy the view and cold breeze

toilet could be slightly bigger and hot water for bathing not consistent, despite telling the staff and they did something about it. Hot water from wash basin is always there but not from the shower especially if my spouse finish his bathing and when it is my turn, the shower has no more hot water left, so I have to make do with the hot water coming from the wash basin which is just next to the shower area.

Easy 3 minutes walk to the main square jemma al fnaa. The breakfast buffet was served on a tray super fresh bread and pastries eaten on the roof terrace overlooking the square. Staff couldn't do enough...super friendly. Quiet position even being so close to the square. At the end of very narrow walking streets but felt very safe.

Sign for riad at the beginning of the walking street ... then nothing difficult to find and a tiny sign on their gate, this needs to be addressed. Personally i didnt like the hard pillows.

We love absolutely EVERYTHING about this Riad! The hospitality of staff, excellent location , beautiful interior! The staff greeted us with complimentary coffee and pastries on rooftop terrace, and hepled to take our luggage to our room (lots of stairs, no elevator). Our room was designed in traditional maroccan style, and it had great working A/C! We definitely will be back and recommend this Riad for anyone!

Nothing, everything is perfect for our taste!

The staff were exceptionally attentive. Went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The actual property was lovely and traditional but the staff were the stand out.

Though neither of these things were the fault of the property but should form part of the decision to stay here. 1. There are numerous stairs on which sone are quite steep. Probably not for those less mobile. Though they went out of their way to move us closer to the ground floor, it was still hard for my 70 year old mum with heart issues given the heat. My fault entirely. I should have checked before booking. 2. There was a music & arts festival on. Though it added to the atmosphere, it was very loud so if you’re planning your trip and like an earlier night, I suggest you check what’s going on in the Médina or book somewhere further away.
