We had a great time at this Riad. It's a 15 min walk to the Jemaa El-Fna square. I don't understand people's concerns about the neighbourhood. It might seem a bit unsettling at night but the neighbourhood is friendly and safe! The riad is open 24h, the amazingly friendly employee who has the nightshift helped us a lot. The room was amazing, felt really authentic and had enough space. The only thing to be mindful of in Marrakech is the fact that a lot of rooms are really noisy. The facilities are very clean and tidy. The shower feels like a mini spa that will make you feel refreshed after a long day of walking through the crowded and lively medina. The staff is super friendly, and the hospitality is great. They are really nice, relaxed and easy going. They are considered if you need to arrange things. This is a CASH only place so they said we could pay the next day. They booked a taxi to pick us up at the airport which was very nice. We booked the Merzouga 3 days 2 nights excursion with them. We paid €90 p.p. The experience was great, we could leave our suitcase behind while we were gone and they kept it perfectly safe. The departure for the tour is at 7am and they had breakfast ready for us! Our stay was amazing. I'd recommend everyone to experience it as well. Really comfortable and lovely experience.

The riad is very nice. The rooftop is cozy and tranquil. The bathroom is lovely. The pool is great after the hustle and bustle of the center of Marrakech.

The property isn’t really easy to find. I’d include some sign outside.

I had a beautiful impact as soon as I entered in the Riad! Really nice. the room was clear and the staff was nice and very welcoming I really enjoyed my stay there and the dinner was excellent! they were really nice because we arrived in the riad almost at 23:30 but they prepared the dinner anyway.

Staff was very kind and helpfull! Breakfast was good, variated and good amount. Rooftop was really nice to chill and quite. Rooms were cleaned everyday, so were the communal parts.

Boss/owner was a little too much controller. There was no first aid kit.

The room gets cleaned every day and we were given new towels, tissues and soaps. We stayed there for 5 days and we get a different berber breakfast everyday. Staff are very polite and accommodating. Location is perfect, few minutes away from the medina.

The Riad is beautiful and located out of the touristic bubble, in a local but safe area where you can easily walk to/from all the souks and the main square. Breakfast was delicious and Adil and his dream team made us feel welcome to use the common spaces of the Riad and to explore the city. They were very helpful and friendly and were available 24/7.

The shower pressure is the only thing we thought could be better.

The Riad is very nice for couple, clean, really quiet and close to the main square of the old town. Breakfast was really good and abundant. Adil and the whole team have been very helpful and provided all the services we asked for. Highly recommended :)

Not much to not like, but if I was being picky, one of the showers in the bathroom had very slow drainage. Just meant that we had to wait a bit before the next person could jump in.

The staff and the room were very nice. The cleaning service was great and we had an overall friendly experience with the staff.

The breakfast was almost identical everyday, so i think this can be a point to be improved.

COMFORTABLE ROOMS, BATHROOM WITH HOT WATER, CLEAN TOWELS LOCATION IS NEAR JEMAA EL-FNAA SQUARE. THE ROOMS ARE SPACIOUS. GOOD BREAKFAST. WE ONLY STAYED ONE NIGHT. STAFF VERY FRIENDLY, WE GOT GOOD INSTRUCTIONS TO ACCESS THE RIAD AND WHERE TO PARK THE CAR.
