Lovely riad with exceptional staff who are so friendly and welcoming. Shout out to Jamal in particular as he picked us up from taxi drop off as no cars can drive into the alleys leading to the riad. Checking in he welcomed us with Moroccan mint tea and cookies. Each time we saw him, he always has a big smile and happily engages in conversation with you to ensure you are OK, checking if we need anything etc. Complimentary breakfast with the stay was Moroccan style and very good. I love that each day is not the same items so provides variety. The riad is gorgeous and the beds were comfy. Fantastic stay and would highly recommend this riad to others!

Nothing to dislike.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was great, the riad was very clean, and Jamal and all of the other staff members were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Jamal really made us feel at ease and provided us with a map of the area. The riad was a beautiful oasis, a place of calm away from the outside chaos, and the terrace was a sun trap. We also opted for the airport transfers which really helped make our stay a stress free one. The breakfast was tasty and we would definitely stay again.

This Riad is a must stay!!! Jamal and the team are so welcoming and friendly. He met us in the city (as the roads to the riad are so small you can’t get a taxi to the location) and he guided us all the way to the Riad. The Riad was stunning, incredibly clean and had delicious food. We also tried the hamman spa and massages which was part of an amazing package deal and was a great experience to add to our stay. To top our finial day we asked for the jacuzzi and that was set up for us and made the last night even more special under the stars. I cannot express enough how friendly and kind all of the staff were. They really took great care of us and were always smiling. Thank you so much friends and team of Riad dar Elma. There isn’t anything I didn’t like! However if I could have one suggestion is to have a new shower head on our shower.

The Riad is absolutely beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and fresh, we felt really welcome, staff were lovely and very helpful, the place was very clean and well looked after. There was a cosy feel to the Riad, with only 5 rooms in it.

The only slight negative was the location - although it was central and walking distance to everything, the last few dark alleys at night could be quite daunting for people. My wife said she wouldn't have felt comfortable walking back alone late at night. Would highly recommend getting your airport transfer through the riad as you would never be able to find it on your own - a sign post from the main road would be good. Would still highly recommend this Road!

Where to begin. The Riad was beautiful, great location and walking distance to everything. Was a calm oasis away from the bustling souks. However, the main highlight of our stay was the hosts, jamal and karim went above and beyond. Jamal made the Riad special and deserves a pay rise for how incredible he is. One of the most genuine, kind and comfortable human beings I’ve had the pleasure of meeting, and nothing was too much hassle. Karim was also wonderful, and had a great, kind energy and always accommodated our needs. Wonderful Riad but the hosts were the best part. Great breakfasts too and terrace.

I loved everything about the riad. Our room was one of the most beautiful rooms I have ever stayed in. I slept extremely well. The location of the riad is close to souks and a short 15 minute walk to the Koutoubia Mosque. The personnel were amazingly thoughtful and kind. We did a cooking class, tried the hammam and massage. This was the full Marrakech experience!

There was nothing I didn't like.

We are 2 romanian girls who wanted to feel the vibe and the culture of the marocan riads. Nights in Marrakesh needs to be spendt into a riad, and we warmly recomand the Riad Dar Elma. Coming inside the riad is another world, a magical feeling of hospitality and kindness. They bake homemade cookies and offee great cozy breakfasts or cook marrocan dinners 🤩. Jamal was the greatest, he was so kind helping us with the luggages to the taxi outside the main street.

The Riad is located on a small quiet street that can also be dark and hard to find at the arrival, but the next days we found it without problems. You have to not look that you get lost and act as you know where your going and the small kids wont blend into ur way.

Lovely Riad. Had delicious breakfast every morning, lunch we ordered was very good. Excellent choice of wine. Staff so friendly, helpful and always smiling. Would definitely recommend. Located a short distance from the side of the medina, where there is lots of choices of good restaurant’s.

What a thoroughly charming little 5 bedroomed riad. We stayed in a triple room with 3 single beds which was perfect. The staff are absolutely brilliant, going over and beyond on a daily basis. The riad organised a spa session for us and also a personal tour guide, both fantastic value for money. We ate lunch and breakfast at the riad and both were freshly cooked and delicious.

Staff were super helpful and went above and beyond to help us book treatments in the spa, dinner choices, excursions, and even decorated the birthday girls room while we were out. There was always someone on hand 24 hours if you had any questions. The riad was beautiful, comfortable beds, and smelt amazing! The spa treatments were so relaxing and the massages was great! We only spent 2 nights here and wished we had longer but every second was great. Food was delicious we especially loved the breakfasts.
