The place is imaculately clean, and everything works. The deco is authentic, and makes you feel you have gone back in time. The description of the place in the website is spot on. The courtyard and the reception area are such peaceful places to hangout. However, the roof terrace became our favourite space to have breakfast in and also hang out at the end of the day. The staff were very welcoming, polite, and pleasant. The managers on various duties, Jamaal, Hamza and Chouaib were excellent. They were ever available to take care of all our needs.

I have so much to say about this Riad and I’m going to start my whole experience about it from the moment I booked the Riad, it was booked for my sister and I, the support and understanding they showed in helping us book airport transfer, restaurant reservation and excursions was impeccable. On arrival to the Riad, Hamza welcomed me with the most friendly and welcoming hospitality, Thank you, Hamza. The level of customer relations they all showed was amazingly indescribable, you can tell they live to satisfy each of their customers and NOTHING was too much for them to make our stay very comfortable. The Riad was very clean and beautiful with so many relaxing areas and the rooftop is beautiful, our room was spacious for the two of us, the bed is huge, the bathtub was eye catching 😍. I checked out at the checkout time 12pm, they kept my luggage for me as I had a late flight and wanted to rest in their breakfast room, so I sat down and rested my head on a cushion. I heard Latifa had a conversation with Said and the next thing Said told me to come with him to a room if I wanted to sleep, when we got to the room he said to me “relax and just sleep like you are at home”. I wanted to cry but I pulled back my tears. I’ll NEVER in my life forget this kind of gesture and hospitality ever!!, the room he took me to was massive and decorated very beautiful, and I spent my last hour there before catching a taxi to the airport, they also provided a room for me to pray. This is the Riad and hosts you want when in Marrakech. Our sincere thanks to all the team, Latifa, Hamza, Said and Chouaib that made our stay comfortable and stress free, thank you ❤️

Absolutely nothing

From the moment we stepped into the riad we were blown away by how pretty and tranquil it was. The staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to make everything perfect. This included express (early) breakfasts on the days we were out early on excursions, organising transfers, recommending a fantastic Spa etc. The riad itself is beautiful and a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. Watching the sunset from the rooftop terrace was incredible. All the staff were friendly, helpful and very professional. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was bountiful and delicious, something for everyone. Cannot recommend this riad enough. Thank you for a wonderful time.

This is genuinely one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed! The riad was beautifully authentic, spotlessly clean and run by an absolutely lovely family who really went above and beyond for us during our stay. The location is just a walk away from the souks which is perfect for exploring in the day time but also a little bit away from the main square which gets really busy and loud at night so this was great. The rooms are beautifully decorated, have working air con and are really spacious. The pool area is perfect for chilling in the afternoon and cooling off. And the rooftop terrace (our fave) is huge - so between them you never feel on top of the other guests. This is a family run riad and you can tell they really want you to enjoy your stay, they provide you with ideas for where to visit, give advice on the cost for things like taxis etc and can book excursions and transfers etc for you too. Genuinely can’t fault this place, it really made our holiday and I’ll be recommending it to everyone :D (shout out to Said, thank you for everything!!)

The place was amazing. Could not believe when we approched through the narrow old streets and ended up in that secret place that looked like from 1001 nights. The breakfast was great. Served on the rooftop, which was really nice. The staff was great and helpful. The room was a bit small, but since it is an old building, they had done a great job with it.

As we stayed there 3 nights, we would have preferred a bigger room, where we could hang our clothes. There was not a lot of space and I had to keep everthing in the suitcase. And also, since there is no possibility for parking, the staff could have suggested the fair price for keeping the car on the street. I sort of had a feeling that we overpaid for the parking, but as we had just arrived to the country, we had no clue. But, as I do not know, I can not really judge

The riad was beautiful, well appointed and relaxing. The staff were super attentive, and we would like to call out Hiba for going above and beyond several times. She arranged several meals for us as well as a guided tour of Medina and an evening meal in the desert. Breakfast was served on the terrace and was never rushed. One evening we had dinner at the riad, which was served in the main courtyard by the water. All meals were delicious. Our room was comfortable and spotless. Would highly recommend.

It was frustrating that there was WiFi in the riad, but not available in the bedrooms. The walk through the Medina can be a bit smelly, with care needed to avoid the cat poo that litters the alleys!

We loved our stay at this Riad - wonderful staff and a fantastic location. Only a 10 minute walk to the Market. our room was very spacious and beautifully laid out. Highly recommended!

We loved everything but possibly a small recommendation - a kettle might be nice in the late evening/night in our own rooms rather than going outside. Our TV didn’t work ( but the communal one did).

breakfast was lovely with home made jams. Plenty of choices given directly to the table. Host was super welcoming. We booked our taxi with them as we were unsure how far we would need to walk once we were dropped off as it looked like there was no road access due to being close to the medina. They had someone waiting for us at the taxi point and took us back after our stay. Everything we needed in the room which was perfect for 3 freinds

we misread info about the pool. Whilst there is one as a cooling feature hence the riad name there is no actual pool in which to take a dip. We only had a 3 night break so it wasn't an issue.

Riad Fleur d'Orient is a beautiful oasis near the lively medina of Marrakech, which is less than 10 minutes' walk away. It is quiet, peaceful and smells very nice, because the yard is full of blooming flowers. The building is beautiful decorated with tile mosaics and colouful carpets. The rooms are practically and tastefully furnished with furniture and accessories, which are mostly the work of local craftsmen. The breakfast on the beautiful terrace is fantastic and the riad staff are extremely friendly and always ready to help. Hamza met us at the square and carried our luggage. They provided us with a great guide who took us around Marrakesh. We will definitely be back. Shoukran!

Our stay was great here as it is a great value and we highly recommend staying here. Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. I rarely give a 10/10 but this place deserved it - albeit for the price. This is not a FANCY place, but it is classic, clean and lovely decorated. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT! Mouncef who served us breakfast each morning was especially friendly and very nice. Breakfast was eggs/omelette, fresh crepes, bread, honey, fruit jam, coffee/tea, juice, cake, fresh fruit. Good location and not far of a walk to main square and after a couple times we knew our way with no problems. We arranged to have a pick up from train station and again a return to the airport (where we picked up a rental car) and they arranged the tranfer and also helped us with our luggage to the pick up/drop off point at the Riad with no problem. (Check with Riad for prices). Great roof top view of Marrakech - also areas on roof area where you have breakfast with cushions and tables and an option to buy a cool drink from a fridge. GOOD WIFI here!! Shower was good, as was amount of hot water, though only hot water in one of the sinks in bathroom in Latifah suite. They also had a good hairdryer and a heated clothes drying rack in bathroom which travellers always appreciate. Quiet at night. We did not use the small dipping pool in courtyard but regretted we did not at least put our feet in after a long day sightseeing. The owner also put fresh cut roses everywhere (including rose petals on our bed one night - pictured) and orange blossom oil filled the air making everything smell clean and lovely. We did not eat dinner here but heard it was good. We also suggest eating at the restaurant Chez Yassine for great pizza and tajines close by...for GREAT pizzas and tajines and affordable. The owner named Zara is awesome!! We went twice and loved it.
