All the members of the staff were professional, helpful and all smile. I loved it and i would recommend to anyone. I surely would book again and again.

The receptionist at the spa needs to extend the same welcoming to Moroccans as to foreigners. I went to get splurged on while waiting for my family to get back from carting. The service was extra warm for the foreigners than us. We were ignored. In my line of duty, I work with customers. That kind of behavior is non negotiable from my staff. She should get some hint from the guys at the buffet counter. Too bad, I just took my business and my money where it was appreciated.

The all inclusive was worth the money and saved a lot of time and hassle trying to find suitable food outlets to eat at, the staff were very friendly and attentive, the shuttle service was easy and handy to use, the grounds was very picturesque and lovely to walk around.

On the first day out room’s sink was blocked and it took the hotel a day to sort it out which meant it delayed our plans the next day as the sink was unusable, the shuttle service only had a few slots, and the two restaurant options only allowed once visit, so you could only book the Moroccan or Italian restaurant once. There should be more snacks available during the day for those that miss the lunch time buffet.

This was an excellent hotel and brilliant value for money. Staff were amazing and the facilities exceeded my expectations. Great for a short stay. Don’t listen to negative reviews on the food being the “same”, it’s only the “same” if you choose the English option every night, they had a great selection and variety.

The hotel is great. There was entertainment for all our family from 2 years old to 60. Food is tasty and rooms are really comfy.

The fridge in the room was too noisy. And they don’t serve tea or coffee for dinner. I had to go to bar station to take some tea for my parents to have it with sweets after dinner.

I stayed at the RIU Tikida Palmeraie for a week with my brother. The aim of my holiday was to explore Marrakesh for 1-2 days and chill by the pool for 6 days. It all worked out very well. Guests were about 70 % English speaking and 30 % french speaking, with some German and Dutch people in the mix. Maybe 20 % families. The location of the hotel is slightly outside of Marrakech, but this is mostly the case with the alternative large hotel complexes (if you want a pool etc.). Otherwise, only the Riad Botique hotels in Marrakesh oldtown remain for those who want a more authentic holiday. The absolute pro is the hotel shuttle to the big Djeffar el Fna market place, which is offered several times a day back-and-forth. This saves you any taxi costs and the stressfull haggling with drivers. The hotel facilities including the room are extremely solid. The entire complex is very well maintained (only a few places really need repair), the rooms are spacious and large. Just as you would expect from RIU hotels. We had no problems with the air conditioning. The staff was always extremely friendly and helpful. You notice a very good training. The animation team gives their best, evidence are the numerous (British) guests hooked up with the daily hotel song at the pool. The food was always fresh and sufficient for a week. Alternatively, there are two in-hotel restaurants, which we did not try. It's true that the morning and lunch menu focuses to 80 % on the same dishes, but this was always freshly prepared and very good. We got along very well for a week.

Nothing particular.

The staff were so very good! The swimming pool was perfect and there were always plenty of sun beds. Entertainment by the pool was really good also. It is always frustrating however, when, in spite of the notices, people "reserve" sun beds with towels early in the morning. Food in the restaurant was so good, and the Moroccan restaurant was truly exceptional. The public areas were all very good and spotlessly clean.

The hotel rooms were a little basic. And the communal staircases were in urgent need of updating and improvement The TV had only one English language channel, BBC World. And although we were very happy with the All inclusive facilities at the hotel, it would have been good to have tea and coffee facilities in the room.

For the level of the hotel I found missing some basic stuff like coton , cotton buds, the towels were not suitable ( small and the quality to review , one per person with no small additional towels for hair …) The covered swimming pool was normally a good plus for the hotel when we did our choice but it was actually not clean , facilities were defective and the person in charge not welcoming at all So I would recommend the hotel works on this small things because the rest is really good so that will give more value to your customers

We loved everything, the amazing food, the staff, the pool…. we would only like the pool to stay open until 20:00 in winter - 18:00 is too early after excursions and activities. About the cleaning in the room was good - we just believe they really need to clean under the beds more often and under the furnitures, is really dusty there - and usually where our kid hides. We stayed for a week and only 2 nights we saw 2 small cockroaches in the shower and we killed them. But i think those small creatures are ‘normal’ in places like that. Maybe some nettings would be wise? Also would highly recommend some balanced ventilation to not ruin the rooms with moisture. Otherwise everything was fine. We will come back

The staff are wonderful very cheerful and extremely hard working The hotel was very clean and the there was plenty of fresh food The entertainment was enjoyable The grounds are beautifully kept and had plenty of lighting at night .. it felt very safe Taxi s were across the road which reception were happy to call and advice u on price The hotel provided a bus service into the Center of town which was really useful and ran on time

Hard to get an umbrella or sun bed …people were putting their towels on them and them not using them till very late in the day WIFI was patchy The Italian dining is the usual buffet restaurant and was self service . We thought our meal would be cooked to order Labelling of food was inaccurate and in some cases non existent

The gardens were beautifully maintained and the communal areas were really very beautiful. All the facilities were very clean clean and in good working order (example swimming pool bar area) It was great to have the free shuttle bus into the Medina The staff were so so nice

The work the Wi-Fi was a disaster: we were in one of the rooms furthest from the reception and had basically no signal but even nearer to the reception it was still very patchy. It seemed a bit ridiculous that you could only reserve once for the Italian restaurant and the Moroccan restaurant The pasta dishes in the Italian restaurant were a little bit tasteless
