The main attraction are the grounds of the hotel - it is set in a large, spotlessly kept garden with plentiful animals and plants. It makes for a very relaxing retreat in a noisy and chaotic town like Marrakech. The room was simple but comfortable and clean. The restaurant is also great quality but very pricey.

The staff was kind but not always as professional as you would expect in a 5* hotel. Breakfast has room for improvement in terms of variety and quality - unlike the restaurant which is great although extremely expensive for Morocco. Transfers to city center are expensive (12 EUR each time) - the shuttle leaves you miles away from the center for no apparent reason.

Definitely exceeded my expectations! The place was soooooo peaceful which was also due to the fact that it is a 15 minute drive from the medina so away from the chaos. I chose the smallest room as I was travelling solo and it was HUGE. I definitely could’ve shared the suite with a partner. The staff were so lovely and always at your beck and call so I felt very safe despite travelling alone. I will absolutely be back!

The only con is that because it is a little bit outside of the medina, you spend a lot on taxis which can accumulate and the taxi the hotel recommended was expensive. Around 25 USD per 15-20 minute trip so over 50 USD a day. I preferred the taxi service offered by Booking.com as the airport shuffle as it was cheaper. Both options felt safe though!

Heavenly! We absolutely loved the hotel… It is so incredibly peacefull and stylish. Even thought the hotel was full you have so much privacy because the layout of the hotel is so good. They have beautifull ponds, a lovely pool and garden. They’re are so many places you can just relax without people around. Beautifull bar with fireplaces. Be sure to eat the sushi there. The tajines are lovely but the sushi is also definitely worth your while. The staff is incredible and the managers are there every day, they say hallo to everyone, making sure you have the best stay. If i would recommend one thing is think another set of pictures of the hotel because the current pictures on Booking just don’t do it justice. We are sure to come back again! Thank you so much!

Beautiful setting in mature grounds. Nice food, comfortable rooms and friendly staff - All in an idyllic setting, reminiscent of a bygone age. very relaxing. Nice breakfast. Comfortable beds and plenty of nature in this mini oasis.

There isn’t much not to like - It is very close to a mosque, which means that the daily prayers are very loud. This may be a challenge for those who like an extended sleep as you will be awoken. For us, it was no issue as we wake early, but it may be more challenging for those not used to the volume. 5 Euros for a bottle of water is ridiculous in a country where water is not optional. However, when travelling in and around Marrakesh, there are many shops where water can be purchased at a fraction of this price.

beautiful property set in a lovely location. amazing attention to detail, everything had been thought through. variety of areas to sit and relax (two restaurants and a bar). a really nice atmosphere throughout the hotel - great food, efficient service, friendly staff, exceptional attention to detail. breakfast was included and was 10/10. the pool was very warm too. our classic room was really spacious reception was also very helpful with organising taxis to/from the airport and to/from Marrakech. just very efficient and seem to be able to cater for every need.

beautiful property, lush gardens, with a peacock and cats, colonial feel, quirky details, plenty of spaces to hang out, the staff was fantastic, very friendly, loved meeting Chantal, the food was very good and the bar was fantastic; while our pool villa would benefit from an update (curtains torn, some furniture quite damaged), it was a lovely place, one of a kind

If you want to get away from the city, then this is most definitely a place to consider, it is located in the palmeraie area and surrounded by stunning gardens and nature. The rooms were decent but I thought lacking a bit of charm for my taste, at least. Food was beautiful and between the restaurant and the bar, it was truly an amazing experience. Transfers can be arranged easily from reception if you decide to go into town.

Well... I have to say that on the day of arrival, it was a Sunday, staff was not very attentive and did not attend the pool area. I was also surprised on how much time they spend on yjeir phones and not away from customers. It was a nit disappointing, I must say for a place of this calibre. Another thing to consider is the fact that once you are in this property there are no other options but to eat there and it can be quite expensive, although the food is simply delicious. (380 dirhams for a set menu excluding drinks) You will only be able to go to town by booking transport through the reception and it will be 170 dirhams one way and over 200 to get back (keep in mind that at might, you will have issues to find a taxi in town to drive you back to les deux tours).

Les Deux Tours is a haven with shady gardens, lots of day beds so you can always find one free, pools with terrapins. Explore and you will find a charming vegetable garden and even some charming goats and kids. The pool is heated to 28degrees - which means that when the air temperature is 34 the pool feels just right. Staff are very attentive. We had a junior suite which came with a massive sun terrace with our own sun loungers, so a couple of nights we ordered room service which came very promptly

The restaurant and cafe serve lovely food. We were there for only 4 days - perhaps if we had stayed longer we would have found the menu a bit limited. But the breakfast was fabulous! On booking.com we had booked two singles but somewhere this had not been communicated to Les Deux Tours. Fortunately they were wonderful and were able to change our room to accommodate this. But my advice would be that if you want two singles instead of a double then dont trust that that was what you selected on booking.com - confirm it also as a special request then the hotel has a record.

What to say about the Les Deux Tours!?I am working in the Hospitality sector since long time and if I should say what Luxury Hospitality should look like, well then I would say take a look a Les Deux Tours.

Probably if I should find something not so perfect, would say some more choice for breakfast would be appreciated and I would put a shield in the pool asking clients not to be loud and maintain the peace of the ambience as we had an English group screaming and laughing all time in the pool and this was not so friendly.

Let's start with the most important: Les Deux Tours is an amazing hotel! We extended our stay with two nights as it was so lovely- total we stayed for six nights. We got upgraded to a Junior Suite in the beginning; the room was spacious, clean and peaceful. The hotel area is like a huge garden, pool area is big and comfortable. The hotel organized nicely the transportation to the city and we also took a day trip to the mountains organised by the hotel. Service was a very good through out our stay in the reception, in the restaurant, in the spa... everywhere! I'm picky with my hotels and this exceeded our expectations. We would come back any day! Extra points also for the music in the eating areas, turtles and Mr Peacock in the mornings :)

- Breakfast could have been a little bit more versatile / changing options during the stay - There was quite limited option to eat "something light and easy" eg. mezze, pizza slice etc. - Service on the pool side was friendly but not so proactive as it could have been, also there was no proper snack menu. No free water was served to the pool side and taken into consideration it was over +40 one could expect that in 5* hotel
