This is a very good value for money place. All standards are held, it's clean, it's at a good location if you don't mind walking a bit, the breakfast is nice and clean. The personnel is very very helpful and professional, they really do their best, they are polite, eager to help, respond to every request right away, always with a smile and good disposition. You will get more than you expect in a 3* hotel. Would stay again when in Rabat.

Some problems in the shower (leaks and poor maintenance, but nothing that made our life hard). WiFi was not always good quality or high-speed but it works ok if you're not there for work, and you can get a 10+ GB Moroccan SIM with 50 euros and get by in all situations.

It's a very cosy place to stay. Price range for value is very good, the staff is super helpful and friendly. The bed is very comfortable. Good variety of breakfast, from salty to sweet. Location is great, multiple landmarks in max 30-40 mins walking range. Recommended

For couples stay maybe provide an extra blanket - only personal preference, we can't sleep with 1 big duvet :) The walls are thin, can hear everything from common walls&ceiling but in general it wasn't super noisy.

Big lobby with lots of couches and tables. Room was really good, it had two individual comfy beds, a desk, small fridge, a TV and a closet with a safe and my room had a small but nice balcony. The bathroom was also good, big towels and the usual bathroom amenities like soap, shampoo… Staff was really nice and helpful. Location was perfect since main tourist spots like Hassan Tower, Old Market, etc were a nice short easy walk away.

There was a funny smell at times but it would go away with the aircon that I had on most of the time since the weather was quite hot, so not a big problem as the rest of the stay was really pleasant.

Great location, rooms were nice and tidy - clean bed linens and towels. Breakfast had great choice of foods and they were kind enough to provide anything that is missing. They were so kind to change the room that we stayed, the only problem was that the bathroom had some smell to it. There was lock box and small fridge in the room. Also we got the room with an ocean view.

We took the shower, after what the bathroom was flooding because of bad engineering. Staff was friendly, but it was hard to get someone to clean it. Only after 3rd time they did it and lied that we placed the red sign on the doors, even though we never touched it. We asked for two room cards, they refused, and gave us only one. Overall the stay was okey and we enjoyed it.

The staff. They were absolutely phenomenal, every single last one of them. They were the most special part of the stay and ensured we we comfortable and had everything we needed. If we ever visit Rabat again we will definitely stay here thanks to the lovely disposition of reception and breakfast dining staff!

The hotel didn't have an iron. But honestly, with how lovely and helpful everyone, it was a minor inconvenience

The hotel was situated in a quiet location, but a few minutes walk away from the hustle and bustle. The lobby area looked like a posh restaurant, and the staff were really helpful. We stayed on the 5th floor, which offered amazing views of the sea, and great views at night. The room was clean (but not the biggest by size), but had a nice walk-in shower. The breakfast buffet was good, with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, especially given such a low price for a 4 star hotel.

The rooms could have been slightly bigger, and not all staff speak english. But overall, there were more positives than negatives.

Probably the best budget hotel in Rabat. Especially the breakfast options. It is nicer than a lot of the others I’ve tried in the city for under £100 a night. There js a great seafood restaurant call Marea next door which is excellent for lunch or dinner.

The standard room is small, like Japanese Business hotel small. The room is a little rough round the edges in terms of signs of it been patched up there and there all over the place.

Very good treatment, top location, clean room and very professional staff, it has better quality than the stars it has. Amazing breakfast, wonderful music at breakfast, but the noise from the kitchen all the time and the serving of plates, glasses... is very disturbing and very loud!

I stayed on 20 jun 2024. 1) Location was perfect and close to old city and Hasan Minaret. 2) Availability of car park but outside the hotel. However, it is save and you don’t have to worry about. 3) Breakfast was good and has reasonable variety. 4) Staff was good and welcoming and helpful if you would like to ask about major activities.

1) No tea or coffee inside the room. 2) the room was very small and tight. 3) no tissue in the room.
